I had time to waste while waiting for my flight to Atlanta. There was a powerful aroma of freshly roasted coffee at La Colombe, and it caught my attention. I ordered the Iced Caramel Latte, and it was fantastic. It was light on the caramel flavor and strong on the coffee flavor. This made it much more enjoyable for me as I prefer iced lattes to be made that way.

On an early Thursday morning, only two people were staffed. They were awesome. It’s hard to do the jobs of three people when you only have two and the line is ten people deep. Have some patience friends, they’re doing they’re very very best.

The workers were very nice. But the food??? My goodness. Love their coffee, very strong 😋. It was my first time trying their sandwich, never again, and the price for it to be microwaveable, yep not worth it. Spent about $12 for a medium coffee and a nasty sandwich that I just couldn’t eat. La Colombe please just stick to coffee, leave the sandwiches to Starbucks.

If this store and its workers went any slower, I could arrive 12 hours early and still miss my flight. The wait was over 30minutes and I saw at least 5 people leave line as their boarding times began. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or poorly managed, but it’s a shame because their coffee is actual quite tasty. I would recommend any La Colombe OUTSIDE the airport, but highly caution against going to this one unless your flight was postponed until the following day (even then it might be tight)!

Great for a quick bite but dont try and bring it with you on southwest they will confiscate everything. Even though they are not providing anything but water and nuts. When I questioned them taking my sofa and pretzel they started talking about having me arrested when landing. Thank God the pilot was sensible. The flight staff were the worst ever.

I started ordering a small americano and a Cream cheese + Turkey bagel, the cashier didnt pay attention, (he was counting some cash) he asked me again my order, I repeated and yet here I Im on the plane with a bagel without turkey... Good quality food, just not a good service.

First time trying their coffee, pretty good its got that real hard coffee taste. Its good for those who dont love all the overly sweet specialty coffees and just want bold coffee flavor. The sizes are nice little bit bigger than starbucks. They have a variety of things to eat fresh baked goods, parfaits, breakfast sandwiches, and fresh deli sandwiches. They also have smoothies. The staff at this location were quick and friendly. The line was long, but went really quick because the staff was on point.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the counter about 6pm...I left figuring that they closed . I walked by later at 745pm and a lady was there but only selling what was in the counter and drip coffee saying she closed at 730... I literally watched over 50 people walk up and try to order walking away upset...HUGE business mistake as multiple flights come in at this time and everyone is looking for coffee.

I stopped by here before my plane and asked to purchase a smoothie. However, they were out of all the smoothies that I could have got due to an allergy that I have with some of the smoothie contents. I spoke with a young black lady today at 3:20 with a hijab didn’t get her name. However, she was extremely rude to me and does not understand quality of customer services. When I turned around to go look at another restaurant she was talking about me to her make co worker very loud. Then, I turned around and look at him and he was also gossiping with her as well. I find that this level of unprofessionalism is extremely disrespectful and that they should be reprimanded immediately! All I wanted was a smoothie and they turned it into a whole extravaganza!

I travel through terminal E regularly. If the guy in the Star Wars Vader hat is pulling espresso shots, I’m always jumping in line for a drink. That guy knows how to craft a great espresso beverage. My current preference is the cortado, but his lattes are great too.

I was on a flight to Dallas and had to pick up some quick lunch and preferred this restaurant which is in Terminal E, close to gate E3. The butter croissants, cappuccino and Santa Fe chicken sandwich all were good. The delivery time was really quick and the cappucino was really different from the regular coffee shops. Appreciate the guys.

From what Ive heard about this location I think there has been some improvement in the coffee. Unfortunately the improvements have not been consistent across the board. It seems like this airport location still hasimmense difficulty importing bread from the flag ship in Fishtown as the baguette they served here could also be used to wipe down the joint at the end of the day.

Horrible. Overpriced my first order was the veggie omelette on bread it was burnt and they had the nerve to tell me thats how it is. People working in customer service with this kind of attitude then I ordered the avocado on toast she charged me 2 more dollars where is customer satisfaction??? On top of that my avocado had a hair in it..gross $13 worst spent .. also watch out its a self service so no cash accepted here and you pay at another kiosk ..never coming here..

Not sure I’ve ever been so disappointed by a breakfast sandwich. I ordered a sandwich with egg whites, spinach, and cheese on bread. The egg was so over cooked that I thought it had bacon on it. Nope, the crunch was just the outside of the egg patty. It was so flavorless, I thought they forgot cheese, but it was there. The bread was the only saving grace and made me wish I’d just ordered a bagel. That’s what I get for being healthy, I guess. The coffee was good, except that they got my order wrong. I asked for a dirty chair soy (chai w espresso) but got a regular soy cafe latte instead. No big deal. The coffee is good so it could be worse. All in all, I would have asked for my money back if I hadn’t walked off down the terminal. Go to Au Bon Pain instead.

La Colombe is not the best coffe shop brand to be placed at a busy airport terminal without any other decent coffee shop options. La Colombe service is already usually slower than other brands at street shops, and it suffers miserably at PHL’s terminal F. Only two attendants handling the busiest early morning shift without any IT gadget aid results in long lines and attendants expecting that you shout out your order so they don’t have to waste time writing down order slips. Hopefully a Starbucks will open at terminal F soon.

If La Colombe cares about its name and reputation, I’d suggest monitoring the quality of this location much closer. Prices are thru the roof and I do understand it’s the airport but we paid nearly 10$ just for a bacon egg and cheese crossiant and it was atrocious - Burnt to a crisp. I also ordered a 5$ Black and Tan which tasted like both elements had been sitting out for days. If you love La Colombe I’d suggest staying away so that you don’t get the bad taste in your mouth that I now have (literally and figuratively).

When ever Im thier its a long line. Early a.m. you can wait up to 10 minutes or more. Small black coffee.....10 minutes. Others waited longer. Over priced. Waiting in line to give your order is like being in a cattle shoot. Maybe another way of ordering and receiving should be put in to play. And whats with the super small counter where the milk and sugar and other items you want in your coffee? My advice for a small black coffee for $2.50( oh...dark or medium...lol) wait till your on your flight...or go to McDs right down the end. Maybe not as good as you Think you would of gotten....but faster, cheaper,( half the price ) and more time to relax before your flight
