For those looking for an upgrade in their wardrobe, whether it be adding a pop of color, adding more casual pieces, or playing with a new texture, look no further! Scotch and Soda is doing something new and fun for people who may have been stuck in a uniform look (like myself!). Take your time here, it will be different at first glance, start with pieces that feel more neutral then work your way up to something right on the boundary of what you would normally wear.The quality is excellent, the in store service is good and the sales are a great way to get hooked on the brand!

I love this store but the employees close the store a lot during business hours. I’m sure it’s for a good reason but it’s a little frustrating especially if you’re traveling from elsewhere.

The clerk in the store was so unhelpful and seemed like she wasnt sure what to do. I asked her about some nice sunglasses that they sold. She is looking at me as though I came from another planet I was only visiting from out of town for the weekend. My wife and I were on our anniversary, so we decided to stop in the store. I would have gladly bought the glasses, but the store clerk was so unhelpful and standoffish we left. I went and bought shoes from Allbirds. They have better customer service!

My favorite brand of clothes right now :-). The store has a good selection and the quality is better than any American founded brand (Scotch and Soda started in Amsterdam)Pro tip- sale items are on racks in the very back of the store.Make sure to give everything a solid browse. Its easy to miss some really good finds hidden among other items.

Experience in New York was much better. Sizing on jeans is a little off- store heat was cranked so high I could barely breathe. It’s a cool store for men more than women I would say. Expensive but when stuff is on sale you can find some good stuff! Let’s hope I can make returns because I’ve heard horror stories on return policy. When I asked the girl said “14 days” but then said “but it doesn’t really matter they just told me to say that” ???

Scotch & Soda has been one of my go to places for myself and clients to shop. Our company has shopped with and for clients at many locations such as Montreal, New York, San Jose, Las Vegas, Beverly Hills, and Philadelphia. Your staff has been a great help and treats myself and our clients with great hospitality up until my most recent on August 13, 2019.Passive aggressive tone toward my clients teenage relative when asked a question about taking a picture of an outfit that my client was trying on and very offensive responses from management.Our company has shopped with and for clients at this location since it has opened and we never had an issue until that day.

They acted as if they’ve never seen a black person before. When I asked to just try something on they looked at me like I was confused. When I asked follow-up questions about the garment that I tried on they pretended as if I was wasting their time.So ultimately I bought nothing. They definitely need to improve their customer service it was borderline terrible. The one sales associate who was African American stared me down before even saying hello to make matters worse I had to say hello to him first very bad customer service!

My wife and I were looking forward to shopping at Scotch & Soda ever since this location opened. The clothing and atmosphere are very attractive. Unfortunately, last Saturday we had a very negative experience. The man that worked there bumped into us as we were passing and then told us that we should have said excuse me. We were two of only three people in the entire store! We were stunned that this employee, who represents a store and a brand, would be so rude and unwelcoming. We will not be returning or recommending Scotch and Soda.

Every time I go into this store the employees are extremely helpful.

Poor customer service. When I walked in, an employee asked me if I was looking for anything in particular or just browsing. I replied “just browsing.” He continued to stare at me after I walked in so I figured he hadn’t heard me and repeated “I’m just browsing.” Then he gives me an attitude and “I was just asking!” I walked right back out, and he sarcastically told me to “have a nice day.” There’s really no reason to be so petty to a customer.
