Never used was looking to see if worthwhile company. It was not the reviews that changedmy mind about doing business with them,, it was the responses from the owner, nasty and snarky. Why owuld a business owner behave like this?

The guy was very helpful! Sold me my iPhone plus & put me on a reasonable plan! Unlimited everything!!!!!! Also cracked my screen a couple weeks later and gave me a great deal on my screen.

Went in for a new case for my daughter and ended up buying an iPad as well. She loved it. They had a good selection and I didn’t have to wait that long in line. They had 2 guys working. I would definitely go back! Thank you iwireless.

Dont buy used phones from this place. They sold me a phone, and after I went home I opened the back of the phone and took out the battery. It was discolored. It means that phone was water damaged.When I took it back they tried arguing with me. When I showed them the battery, they said it was a mistake. They gave me my money back, and before I left the store I saw him insert a new battery in the phone and put it back for sale. Changing the battery doesnt change the fact that the phone was water damaged. They tried to cheat me with it, and they cheated someone else with it.

No star.After I picked the plans for both of my phones, he took my money, gave me the sim cards, and said my system is down, I promise to do it tomorrow. Tommorow he didnt do it. I called him, he didnt pick up the phone. I drove 40 minutes to the store to find it closed, in the middle of the day.Day 2, he returned my calls with a message at 9 oclock in the morning telling me I will do it now. His now was stretched out to 5 oclock in the evening. One phone was done, and not the other. A call after a call after a call, came another tommorow. The same delema. Struggle, struggle, struggle. It took him 4 days until I finally got my service with the wrong plans.Unprofessional, very ignorant.
