Guys did a great job. They worked very hard and the floors look great. Wilson inspected before and after. We had to do a little clean up after because it had some dust and smudges. We will be using them when we get new rugs for our upstairs.

The service was impeccable. We shopped around for the perfect flooring and, because of their vast selection, we were able to find exactly what we wanted. The prices were also very competitive. Especially considering the great quality. I would highly recommend them!

It was a great experience working with Philadelphia Flooring Solutions and probably the easiest, least stressful project I’ve ever had with any contractor. Wilson and I believe Angel came out for the estimate and gave me a comprehensive overview of the best options out there. The installation happened on the day it was supposed to and 2 days before the lease at my old place expired. Wilson kept me informed throughout the whole process with the extra materials needed due to the state of the floor underneath (I got to see this in person and got a thorough explanation). He was also thoughtful about my move and my cats living in the house during installation. I did end up spending more money on the project than I’d hoped but I think you truly get what you pay for! These contractors work so hard, truly deserve the best, and should be the model for all contractors out there!

Finally found honest and reliable flooring company. I’ve been dying to change my floors for years and finally made my decision to go with them. I contacted few vendors but was rejected due to the amount of labor that was needed for the job. I am *SO* happy with my new floors! From start to finish, the team at philadelphia flooring solutions was fantastic. I had a ton of questions about the floors and how the installation process would work during the pandemic, and they were very patient at answering all of my questions. They also brought me samples so that I wouldnt have to go in to the showroom.In terms of price, District Floor Depot came in the same as the other large national company (which claimed to offer so many discounts). Their customer service set them apart by far. Plus, I wanted to use bamboo floors. District Floor Depot had many options and the other company had only 3.

The workmanship shown was excellent. They were better then prompt, they actually arrived early, which meant the work done earlier then expected. They ensured that everything remained cleaned as they worked, taking great care of everything the moved. When they were done they took all of there trash with them simply leaving me with a clean living and dining room with an absolutely beautiful floor.

They were awesome every step of the way from the initial estimate, us figuring out (and refiguring and even more refiguring) which floor to go with, and being flexible with the installation process. It was amazing how fast they were able to do the job especially since they had to work in tight closets. Our floors came out just like we hoped: looking great with our exposed brick wall!

Sony and the team at Philadelphia Flooring Solutions were great to work with! We had their team replace carpet on the entrance stairway for one of our apartments. Sony was out to take a look at the job and provide an estimate just a day or two after I first inquired. Sony was prompt, professional, took all the necessary CDC safety precautions and very easy to work with. He had the team install the new carpet the following week as soon as the carpet came in stock, which was appreciated given our short tenant turnover window. The team had the new carpet installed within a few hours and it looks great! Would definitely recommend Sony and the team for your flooring project!

The fact that they want you to buy the flooring then contract out someone to come measure your floor then Contract out someone to deliver the flooring and the last contract is for the actual installation became very arduous and extremely expensive Not to mention overwhelmingly frustrating.Philadelphia flooring solutions is a one stop shop from beginning to end your dealing with the same sales person and representative they Are fully equipped to bring a full show room to your home measure and deliver the flooring that you choose, install expertly and clean up after themselves this is been a really enjoyable experience and last but not least we absolutely LOVE our new flooring

The end results of the work done were pretty good but the process of getting that work done was a nightmare. My kitchen floor is beautiful but doesn’t match the existing tile, because it’s not the color we picked or even the backup color we picked. They tried to do the same with the hardwood floor color throughout the entire house but that wasn’t negotiable. This was done after getting an initial deposit for 10k. Just not a good way to do business. Makes no sense to to be good at the hard part, doing the actual work, but run your company this way, not knowing what’s in stock or when your crews are available for installation. In fairness if I could give an extra half star, I would give 3.5, but I couldn’t give them 4/5.

I had a wonderful carpet consultation with Wilson. We went over colors and available carpet styles that would go well with the color of the two rooms I was having done. He even gave me some ideas on what colors to paint my rooms. The installers came early. They finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They left no marks on the walls while taking out my old carpet and bringing in the new carpet up my two flights of stairs. I would definitely recommend.

Angel helped me choose a modern, LVT floor to install in my condo. Came out looking great, and though I had a complaint about the dust left behind, Wilson quickly called me and worked very hard to reconcile with me by offering to send a crew out to do an additional cleaning. I have full confidence that Philadelphia Flooring Solutions will ultimately work to ensure the job is done correctly and to the satisfaction of the clients, and I commend this level of customer service so rarely found today.

We had a superb experience with Philadelphia Flooring. Installed a new core-tec floor in the basement family room and carpeted our downstairs steps. Their quality and attention to detail was excellent, they were highly responsive, and the work was done at a very fair and appropriate price. Highly recommend Philadelphia Flooring Solutions for anyone needing new floors. Angel came to our house with samples which we liked. Even when we vacillated times, multiple trips to their showroom, he was able to give us pros and cons of so many types and styles of engineered hardwood. We ended up going with the fist sample he ever showed us.The demo and install crew are artists. They were able to level out our very uneven condo floor to make the whole install appear seamless. The crew showed up every day and time they were scheduled and our floors look great. Price was very reasonable. You will not be disappointed.

In reading the reviews I didn’t come across not one negative review. Sonny came to my home and did a walk through, quoted me a price and within three weeks my floors were installed, he is very knowledgeable about the products they use and what would be the best choice for your home. They were very accommodating because they had a major project on the same day I was starting a newjob, and made some phone calls to move somethings around so that I didn’t have to miss work. My walls are concrete and the guys were having trouble nailing the baseboards on, they made one call to Wilson he called me to inform me of the problem and in a hour new merchandise was delivered to my home and the guys were back to work. I was highly impressed with the the quality of work and effort they put in to make sure the new hardwood flooring exceeded our expectations. They had a wide variety of hardwood floor selections and the store associates did an excellent job thoroughly explaining the installation process and cost comparisons. The floors were completed a few months ago and they still look as if they were just installed the other day.

We were really happy with their work. We had our second floor and two staircases done in a day which was pretty amazing. On top of that, Wilson warned us that they could scuff up the walls but they left them pristine.

They went above and beyond my expectations.After having a difficult experience with a developer and purchase of a new condo (700SF) with inadequate flooring, Philadelphia Flooring Solutions was able to come in an install a beautiful Shaw Endura flooring over a poorly executed concrete floor from the developer.My main point of contact was Angel. He communicated/ found a product that would meet my needs, budget, and timeframe. After selection, their team was able to install next day, and sent photos along the way!

First I just wanna say that these guys work there butts off. I got my entire house done in hardwood and it looks absolutley amazing. On Monday, 7/29/19, I met with Phila. Flooring Solutions Jose Aponte. He expertly measured my third floor, created a detailed floor plan, took pictures of anything that might be problematic for the installers, thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions and provided an estimate much lower than a previous big box quote. On Friday, 8/2. his very young, but very competent crew arrived and worked almost without a break to install the laminate flooring in two bedrooms and a hallway. Mr. Aponte stopped in to check on the guys and to leave care guidance for the floor. When the installation was completed the floors looked amazing. I am extremely pleased to recommend this company most highly.
