So far they have great customer service very friendly but they are busy so you have to be patient depending of what your getting . Im getting a vehicle wrap so they kept ordering samples till we got the perfect color and once i finishing paying ill come back and give an update on what I already know will be an incredible wrap job

I missed my 9am appointment do to Backed up traffic coming from the northeast. When I finally arrived they had several cars already a head of me. I figured I lost my appointment spot because of getting there late, and not calling to let them know. They still found away to but a new set of H.I.D light kit on my vechicle even tho they was already full...I appreciated that because they could of definitely told me to come back another time or day since I missed my appointment.

Biggest crooks . I had a brand new system put in my Honda Accord and a remote start. I paid over $2000. After the first couple months the tweeters we’re cracking and I took them back. I was told I had a year warranty but I had to pay a cost to have the repair done. Shortly there after I noticed my two front speakers were not working I thought the guy disconnected them when he put the tweeters in so I brought it back to the store they charge me for two new speakers and installation. I tried to get new keys for my remote start and they programmed the key when it was time for me to leave the car died. If you want to be scammed out of a Lotta money go to them if you want to keep coming back for the same problem go to them

Ive had two systems put in two cars from here escalade esv and Ford fusion and soon will be the range the 3rd one !! The team behind High End Vine Street Car Stereo Inc has absolutely amazed me with their services as a new and first time customer! Their team is patient and considers the customers given situation.To keep things from being bias. I would like to share my direct experience with the company, which ironically had a rocky start in the beginning, I was essentially looking for a business who can convert my stock bumper into a m3 bumper, which unlike most other places, was very polite during the process of transaction, but then, I was told that they couldnt do it because of a missing and incorrect piece that I have previously purchased(turned out it was correct in the end) and that I would have needed to pay again for the labor fee to drop my bumper, but the work was obviously unfinished and my car was returned to me with scruff marks all over the original bumper. On top of that, I wasnt able to get my car back from them because they have miscommunicated with the gas station next door to hand my keys over. Clearly having an absolute rough experience, I had a talk with Anthony and to the team at High End Street Car Stereo about the situation and to my surprise, he offered that he would take a look at it again, free of charge, and kept things absolutely civil and fair, reassuring the job will be done the second time. Fast-forwarding about a week later, the job was done and the bumper was installed! And will be looking forward into doing more business with High End Vine Street Car Stereo in the future.TLDR; The company is fair and understanding, and will get the job done, one way or the other. Will be doing business again!

My experience here was amazing. Giovanni and Anthony were gentleman and very helpful. They answered all my questions with no problem. When I walked in I was greeted by Meghan and she was so nice. Had a back up camera installed on my car. Price was a little more than I expected, but the customer service and follow up has been top notch. When I got home, I noticed my spoiler was a little misaligned as they had to remove the bumper and some other parts for the install. They got me in quickly and made the adjustment no questions asked. Most shops would claim thats how the car came in. High End Vine Street took care of it without batting an eye.

I have been coming to this place for 20 years. Its good the owners recognize me whenever I am there. They do quality work and they are always willing to negotiate price, which is a plus. Only setback, you will more than likely have to wait a long time for work to be done. Other than that, this is my place of choice to have all my audio work done!

High End Car Stereo is the best place to take your vehicle. I took my vehicle to a shop that was closer to my house and I mean real close 3 minutes away. I asked them 2 times to tell me what system they would put in my Jeep and they told me but would not give me an invoice to compare prices. I found that to be very shaddy and chose to drive 30 minutes away to high end. I worked with Anthony who gave me a great quote but it was a little over my budget and when I told him that he immediately picked a different head unit and brought the price in my range. This system is exactly what I was looking for with sound quality and bass and that was not even tuned. He told me to bring it back for adjustments since he squeezed me in that day. I showed up to the shop at 11:30am and it was in my Jeep and rocking by 6pm. My favorite part of the dealing with Anthony was he kept it straight and honest with me. Yes he handed me invoices straight through the process. High End will keep it 100% real with you and can work with your buget. Really down to earth people who love what they do. Went to have new custom headlights fixed that my normal mechanic couldnt fix. They referred me to High End. They fixed it fast and even threw in a free part.

My experience here has never been good I respect and Im leaving them alone. They have nothing nothing for me at all I dont know how they treat their other customers but mines is very unpleasant every time I go secretive whispering I cant take it and its Im always turned away from them they turn me away is only one particular person but they they family orientated and if one is not treated like the other they back each other up so I respect them thats the way family supposed to be by you will not hear from me again

I never thought it come to life until I went to high end stereo. They were able to take everything I dreamed of for my car and bring it to life right before my eyes. Now I have a 2015 dodge Durango that is like no other anywhere. Now anywhere I drive my car it has a look 0f it’s own. My 2015 Black on Black on Black Durango has a 1954 Original Red Bat man Look. Complete with custom finder logo lights, custom red grill lighting, custom Batt Matt’s, custom batt head lights, custom batt wind shield logos, custom mudd flaps and much more. My sales person Anthony was even able to give my car a custom batt cape and I think that’s the first superhero car to come complete with a cape.😊 This is no lie every time I drive my car somebody pulls up at the stoplight and says dude where did you have that work done. This is a very bad shop. The service attitude of the owners and staff is very unprofessional. They are not responsible for their work. They have charged, but they havent repaired what should be repaired. Their attitude is still very bad.

I hope someone sees this right now .. I’m in this store and i made my appointment but i waited 45 minutes to do that. Then i come for my appointment which was at 9am. It’s 9:49am. On July 2nd i still haven’t been helped. But EVERYONE else was. Then i noticed. That ALL the black people weren’t getting served. Because that’s all that’s left in the store... i literally saw people skip line!! Maybe I’m inpatient you tell me ...

Came here a few years back for rims on my Volvo XC90, and came back recently because of a shotty job another shop did wiring and hooking up a new stereo in my Mercedes. They were honest, did an excellent job, and had great customer service. Prices are reasonable especially considering the quality of work they do. Highly recommend them, and I am definitely going back for future work on my other Mercedes as well. The owners are very attentive, and listen to your concerns.

They did an awesome job installing my system in my Maserati. Everything was included all the extras even that were necessary for final install that weren’t even included on the original quote. They also upgraded my amp for free everything looks stock and bangs super hard.

Went on Monday 3/13/2017 and spoke with Anthony about installing a radio into my 2005 G35. Complete awesome experience. They had everything in stock and in a few hours later the product was installed hassle free. Great team there as well. I got a chance to look around their shop which is awesome they had a BMW i8 in the back which was a sight to see. Will definitely be back for some more mods on my vehicle and have already referred my boys to come there. I cannot explain how happy i am with the service I received. 10/10 guys, keep up the great work.

Recently went here for a touch screen plus backup cam setup everyone from the woman answering the phone to the guy named Tom was very helpful and professional and gave me a pretty good deal on pricing for the equipment plus services I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone that is curious or remotely considering using their services trust me you won’t regret it. Update......things are different from 3 years ago ant was cool and other staff but definitely didnt feel as friendly as the first time and prices shot up insanely highly high I got a touch screen and backup cam the touch screen is awesome but backup cam and view of it could be better I felt a bit ripped off so Ill modify it myself but maybe when things slow down it will get better but I definitely wasnt as satisfied as the first time around especially when the big guy gave me my keys and just seemed to get ignorant out of no where and rush me out the door Ill look else where for mods

Went to get a compact sub kit installed. Tom took a look and said he could do it today no problem. Told me the price upfront and it would be about 2-4 hours. Called me in 1.5 saying it was ready. Very professional job. A bit pricey but I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. These guys are the real deal. My job was simpler than most of what they advertise - just an aftermarket stereo head unit and rear camera. Nonetheless their work was top notch and professional. Cables to the external USB port, microphone, and rear camera are all invisible. Its as if my car came with this system installed. They charge more than Best Buy, but it is money well spent.

Stopped in because my rear-view camera stopped working. They diagnosed the issue quickly. Told me the different options. Very concise professional the entire time. Ultimately decided to put an aftermarket rear view camera in my car. It works better than the stock version. They use the existing mount in the back for the camera and my screen that was previously there. Prices were very reasonable. Im highly satisfied with my visit at high end Vine Street car stereo. Would highly recommend. I worked with Anthony and he was great.

This place is amazing! If your into customization on your car, this is the place that will help you get over your innovation block. Now granted, I was only there to get some LED headlights put in(cause the way they make cars today...its just not possible it pop out the bulb & replace them), but while your there, you get to see how they interact with customers, & you get that personal treatment. & They love theyre work! They have no problem showing you how crazy they can get with customization while your waiting on your vehicle. They do some great things here! Awesome experience from beginning to end. Everything went well from the initial call to the install. I actually had to get a double din radio put in a commercial vehicle for my business. And these guys delivered.! Radio looks incredible in the dash of my truck. A unique job but these guys did it with precision and quality. Install took about 2.5 hours. I went to High End to get my windows tinted. I heard of them through word of mouth and read about their great reputation. These guys are highly professional and very nice. The establishment looks professional. The tint turned out PERFECT, no bubbles or wrinkles. It was totally seamless. They gave me advice regarding tint by showing me real life examples of tinting options and giving me instructions on what to do after the tint is placed. The process took approximately two hours, which means that they took their time to make sure my tint was exceptional, and it is. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to customize their vehicle.

Went here with a friend he was looking to have rims put on his car. We also was looking a purchasing a new stereo system for his truck. They do really nice work here but they are expensive and very very busy!! So it may take awhile to get any kind of work done but they do a good job. The BEST experience I have ever had purchasing an aftermarket Radio Deck for my Jeep. That place is a family. I drove from the Bronx New York to have the work done there and they did not disappoint. Dont go here unless you have an appt. You can get here an hour before it closes and they will turn you away. Came down here in the hopes of having 4 speakers installed. I had my 13 yr old son with me and he was really excited to finally get it done. We were turned away by a young, Spanish girl. She said, they need at least two hours to install speakers. Thats ridiculous! I know of a place that did it in one hour.
