Wouldnt recommend this place to even my enemies. Had several issues. Had to constantly hound them for my registration for over six months. Never answer phones and keeps the voicemail full. I’ve had my car going on two months now. And everything is going well. Absolutely no issues. I absolutely love my car. The dealership appearance was very clean, neat, orderly & welcoming. I came in to see if I could get approved with no credit history & I was denied. I ended up needing a co-signer. So if you have bad or no credit history you will not be approved. My sales guy Marcel was amazing from start to finish. He made the process less stressful and he was super informative and patient. He even did a follow up call. Marcel was the realist as they can come! So definitely ask for him. My car only came with one key and they were kind enough to have a copy made for me (on their tab). I also left with a car fresh car wash & a full tank of gas . So yes this place is amazing. I did try a number of dealerships during my car buying process and I thank God this dealership came across my Ig timeline because I was about to give up lol.

I went into Danis Auto yesterday with very little hope. After a month of rental cars and about 6 dealerships later, I wasn’t too optimistic about leaving with a car. From the minute I walked in, Christian stopped what he was doing and made sure to give me the attention I needed. So far the worst place ever. I bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV AWD on August 2021. On September 2021 the vehicle is on the verge of breaking down. I took it for service and they told me that I shouldnt be driving it. I take it to Danis and unfortunately they CANT DO A THING. I have a warranty I have to go through where the warranty tells me to call someone else. Now theyre playing volleyball with me. And I have dropped a massive amount of money for a vehicle that I cannot use. Now, Im advising yall ahead of time. They WILL NOT take care of you like they claim they will. I would give it zero stars but unfortunately it only goes below 2.
