I have been astounded by the quality of meat they provide. They are guaranteed Zabiha halal. The meet is clean, doesnt smell, and everything at a reasonable price. The butcher worked with getting us exactly what we wanted and how we liked it. Ive eaten ground beef from many other suppliers but this is hands down the best quality I have had.May Allah reward the brother and his family and put barakah in his business and make it a source of good deeds.

Food is always fresh been going there for years and they getting better or service and supplies The butchers help me a lot of times to select the right meats for the occasion with advice on grilling for what I should bake or put on the grill makes the food be like bon appetit

Just moved to Philadelphia a few months ago and moving is strange during these times but fortunately found this place. Yes, its small but they have great quality steak, pastrami and they also cut whole chickens in a curry cut manner which I appreciate.

I love quetta. It always smells clean. The meat is always fresh. The guys in there, are great and welcoming. Theyre always ready to help and are knowledgeable about butchering. Added bonus its halal. Like you cant beat the quality and hospitality.

Their beef was full of blod. We paid for chicken but they forgot to put it in our bag. Their store stinks like bad meat. A very bad experience overall. If you care about hygiene, even a little bit, you will find your shopping experience disappointing here.

The staff is always very courteous and helpful. We basically eat only chicken and turkey but sometimes my family has a taste for beef and lamb. The meat is always fresh and tasty.

Been getting meat here for years, even now that I live across the bridge in Jersey. probably the best place anywhere near me for great quality halal meat, especially proper cuts of steaks etc and good lunch meat, and their housemade sausages are great too. Its definitely pricier than the halal shops closer to me but you get what you pay for so its worth it. The guys behind the counter have always been awesome as well, very professional and super nice and helpful.

We are mid-western steak snobs and until we went to this place we found every single place in Philadelphia sadly lacking.Trader Joe’s steak was disgusting, DiBruno brothers steak was ok but not worth the price. This place is 100% the real deal! You can get quality meat cut to order. We got an enormous bone in prime rib for $10 a pound! Their incredibly tasty filet is $15 a pound. When cooked up at home this was incredibly tasty and fresh with an excellent meaty flavor!When you eat a cut like filet the quality matters a lot because you eat it so rare. This meat is of excellent quality and I would not hesitate to even make a steak tartare from their products. They are also practicing excellence social distancing techniques, only two people at a time are allowed in the store.In short we could not recommend this place more highly and we intend to go back every single week!

If I could give six stars I would. Ive been going to Halal butchers all my life. New Jersey New York Pennsylvania. This Halal Market is hands-down the cleanest and sells the freshest meat. Notwithstanding the fact that they are organic, they even tell you what to buy and how to cook it. I have cooked steak and burgers following their instructions and it has always been delicious. Vegans should visit this place and I assure you their lifestyle will change.

I have used this shop for several years and find it is a good selection of meat and the meat is good. Sometimes the beef is tough, but perhaps they are grass-fed cows. They have turkey bacon and so many other things. I always buy my halal organic turkeys here for Thanksgiving and taste is excellent.

A one-stop shop to grab raw meats. We usually come here for chicken breasts and ground meat. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They also have a lot of beef based hot dogs and sausages.And let us not forget the best item here: beef bacon! Toss some on a pan, let it sizzle, and enjoy the closest thing to pork Ive ever had (so Ive heard).

Customer service is very good. prime location and very hygienic, but quality of beef i have bought have always been poor. Meat is hard, probably from old cow, has too much connective tissue, and old fat with unwanted flavor, chuck roast tastes like organ meat. I also doubt if cow were slaughtered in halal way, you could spot undrained blood in beef meat. Really low quality meat, too much fat, rather than fresh protein.

Came here because they claim organic and halal, when asked regarding the organic, was told I would have to take their word, as if there isn’t a certification that can be obtained to make such advertised claims. As waiting in line I see a delivery of grain feed being delivered, hygiene is terrible and requires immediate inspection, I am highly upset that this allowed to be happening near the heart of the city!

Quality and reasonable prices. There are few real butchers left and I can tell the difference. Im never buying supermarket meat again.

I Absolutely Love Quettas Halal Market - the meats are always fresh & such a wide variety. The service is Excellent & Courteous - been shopping there since the 80s ! I travel from Northeast Philadelphia to South Philly - so you know they must be doing something right (lol) !

Very questionable hygenic situation. I came here for the first time and there were woodchips all over the floor, right mext to bits of ground meat. They were currently making burger patties with a machine from which meat was squeezed out through all moveable parts. Lastly, the server was wearing gloves, but touchdd cards and countertop with these as well as the cuts and cheeses.

Customer Service is above and beyond. Thank you, Quetta Market...the people in my home are happy...and my Pups and their Foster sibs are over the Moon with their Marrow bones!

I have been using Quetta for the last two years. I live in center city philly and there are not many halal butcher shops around. I found this one on Google and have not been disappointed yet! A bit pricy, but not bad at all for the convenience!
