Horrible Ill never go there again.. Im surprised theyre still open... nothing like it used to be and Ive lived in germantown for over 40 yrs..

All that bad commenting is not even true, this place is clean & organized, I order food here most of the time & it taste so good, & customer service is pretty fine, they have time management, sometimes when I be there it be crowded but they make sure to treat everyone with respect, Hijop meat is amazing I order over $100 on meat every two weeks & is pretty fresh, I have nothing bad to say about this store, amazing workers, food & meat.

I been working here for about two months, & I really like it here, it doesnt smell bad like other people are commenting below, the chicken is always fresh & the kitchen is always clean, when the cooked cooks he makes sure to put on gloves & wipe his area before he puts down any food, & the meat like I was saying is great, fresh meat comes every week to make sure everything is good, we wouldnt sell something thats rotten & also like the ham & bacon & ect, & also fresh bread comes in everyday, you should definitely come in & see how amazing Hijop Meat Market looks, in fact I know this is the best poppi store.

Hijop has improve and upgraded so much it’s clean all the times and it smells amazing the bad comments are from years ago so please don’t listen and you won’t regret to come and get food and etc.

Maybe it was just that day but it smelled like a dead rodent. And the bacon cheese egg sandwich was too cheesy, but the only thing that was good was the turkey bacon

Smells bad. Dont want meat from a place that smells bad. Amish in Reading Terminal is worth the trip.

IF YOURE THINKING OF THE HIJOP YOUR GRANDMA AND THEM USE TO GO TO...STOP THINKING THAT. THIS IS NOW A BASIC DIRTY CORNER STORE WITH A MEAT FREEZER.
