I had a terrible experience here they were supposed to edit the dress that I paid over $200 for and have it tailored with the same material to cover my chest and arms and also make me a shawl when I arrived the material they used to cover my arms with see-through and nothing else was covered nor was the show me they reassured me that they were going to fix it but then informed me that they didnt even have the material they promised me in the beginning but that I could go and buy my own and they would do it from there which would be another cost out of my pocket with a week left to the wedding they called the proper tailor and had her give me sleeves not to mention when they first couldnt do the alterations properly and I asked for a refund they refused and the one girl got such a bad attitude with me that she literally had to walk away it was a disaster if youre just buying a dress flat out good for you go for it take the rest however if you need edits done to these dresses or expect to have pleasant customer service when they make a mistake its not going to happen I personally will never come back here nor will anybody who knows me

This shop was so wonderful. I bought my wedding dress here today. I met the owner as I was shopping and he gave me advice to help find my DREAM dress in a really great price point. He gave me style ideas and was very attentive during the entire process. He seems very invested in helping women find their perfect dress. Traditional Wedding dresses are naturally expensive so they were here, but if you can afford it the quality you will get is well worth the money. Dont waste your time on a couple grand generic dress at Davids bridal if you have that kind of budget. Spend it here instead and buy a piece of art. There is also a layaway option all the way up until the day before your event so it makes it even more affordable. If you are looking for a non-traditional dress, or really any super formal dress they have a huge selection in their prom store at a more than reasonable price point. Again, the craftmanship is beautiful. They have alteration services, accessories, shoes, basically have it all. If ever I needed another really fancy dress I will only ever go here!

I got a beautiful wedding dress and handmade skirt at this boutique. The owner & seamstress and everyone else is so kind. And the dresses are absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place.

Staff seems friendly, I asked I could take photos, they gave me a definite yes, but warned certain area was off limit (designer dresses). There were a lot of gowns, so I guess a new inventory arrived. Youll have lots of choices ladies. Here are a few shots, to give you an idea of what they have. There were roughly a dozen white wedding dresses that were off-limits they went from good to beautiful. I will add to them later.

BEAUTIFUL dresses but when I was trying to figure out when you pick my dress up they were supposed to call me back AND NEVER DID, I had called 4 times and never got a call back once. Then they LOST MY DRESS and lied about it. And lastly when I finally got it they REFUSED to fix a bulge on the sides of the dress. Customer service could be better.

I purchased this dress for my daughters prom and spend $600. My daughter and her friends took pictures at the park and as she’s walking to the limo the entire top of the dress falls down, imagine the embarrassment. At this point we cannot fix dress and I had to run home and get her another dressshe had in her closet. Talk about devastation it’s putting it lightly. I called and talk to a manager who was very polite, who got back to me several times but was unable to do anything because of the owner. The owners name is Anna, if you check out the reviews you will see every negative thing about Ana. I spoke to her one time she gave me her phone number and told me to send pictures of the dress which I did. That was three months ago and I haven’t heard from her since. I texted her multiple times and she still refused to speak with me. Today I contacted the store they had me on hold for 25 minutes then they hung up on me. I called again and it went to voicemail then I spoke to a gentleman which I believe was her husband, and she refused to speak with me. Do not go to the store do not waste your money, there’s many other stores out there who actually care about their customers. I will take this further, it’s not about the money at this point it’s about the experience and no one should have to experience what I’ve been through because of a greedy, woman who doesn’t know how to run a business. The dress was Ellie Wilde !!!

So disappointed in this place. When first going into the store everyone was super nice. I was appalled when being told that I would receive my dress a week after ordering it and never heard back. I called and provide other employees with the information on my dress to check the status of it. No one in the store would give me a concrete answer. When they finally found the dress (8+ phone calls later) it was not only late but I hated the dress. I didn’t worry because I was specifically told that if for whatever reason I didn’t like the dress I could get my deposit back. I came back to the store with proof of down payment and the lady refused to give me my money back! DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I highly recommend VIP Fashion Bridals. To start, they have a huge selection of prom, bridal, and special occasion dresses as well as shoes and accessories. There is something for everyone in there! Not to mention, their prices are budget friendly. If you don’t have a huge budget there are still many options. Most importantly however, is their outstanding customer service. You won’t find caring staff like this anywhere else! I went there last minute looking for a prom dress. When i walked in the door, i was warmly greeted and a staff member asked me what i was looking for. He then took the time to find me a specific variety of gowns that were my size and style! I was able to shop on my own of course too, but in the end he found me my gown! I left there very satisfied, and i highly recommend VIP!!!💛💛💛

My daughter was trying to buy her graduation dressso we went to VIP fashion and paid a deposit so they could bring the dress which cost $400+ from their warehouse in New York, they told us that we would receive the dress the following week on April 14th since we paid the deposit on April 7th and after many calls and being pushed around by the manager and then they told us that the dress was still in New York and then they told those that address was in probably in the warehouse because of a shipping that they received, then they told said no the dress was mistakenly left in New York two weeks went by and my daughter missed her photo shoot for her graduation pictures. We received the dress on April 21st and we went to the store and we asked for the refund of the deposit because we didnt receive the dress on time and when she put the dress on actually after all this the dress was nothing like what they offered. I will not recommend VIP fashion what they do is the is lie to you because I asked a woman and I believe her name is Anna the manager if something went wrong and she would be refund my deposit and she said yes and then when I contacted her at the store and my daughter too she said no no refunds she was yelling and very sarcastic.

BUYER BEWARE: This store has beautiful dresses but HORRIBLE owners. I purchased a dress from VIP FASHION last year January 2020 and guess what I still dont have my dress. I ordered this beautiful Jovani dress for my baby shower and Bam COVID happened in March. I called and called about my dress no answer. Then in August I receive a call saying my dress is ready with the alterations. What a joke! My baby was already 3 months old at the time. According to the Owner I should have came into the parking lot of Philadelphia Mills at 7 months pregnant to pick up my dress from the alley. ( During a Pandemic, very smart ??) or search their Social Media pages to track down this dress. Mind you I am heavily pregnant AND still working as a Nurse in the Hospital as a frontline worker. At least contact me and even though my baby shower was cancelled I could have worn it and taken pictures for my maternity shoot. Then the owner says her Daughters wedding was cancelled too. Maam a wedding dress can always be worn. Women dont have Baby Showers every day its very time sensitive . She didnt have any compassion or care. Then the owner goes even further and insults me saying I could still fit in the dress now( trying to Body Shame Me) mind you Im back to my pre- pregnancy weight and the dress I ordered was a size 18 ( to accommodate my baby belly at the time). They hit me with a $200+ balance for alterations for a baby shower dress that was ready in August and was purchased for ($700). Lets be Fair. These scammers are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please save your time and $$$$$ and go to a store like Camille La Vie or elsewhere . This store has pretty dresses but who wants to buy beautiful clothes from a Classless and Shady business.

VIP fashion is an acceptional dress store. They have a variety of beautiful dresses for each and everyone’s body type. I got my dress for prom from here and it was the best investment I ever made. Their price range is also amazing, so if you are on a price budget, they will find you an amazing dress as well. Disaster from the beginning. I tried on a dress in the store which fit PERFECT. They ordered it for some reason and it came in the wrong size. Had to order it again, and it fit so wrong forcing me to have alterations performed. They had nerve to charge for alterations and I opted to have someone else do it much cheaper. If you complain, they get nasty. The company doesnt even have a valid website anymore. I urge anyone not to buy from these people, worst bunch of folks Ive ever met or delt with in my 50 years of purchases.

Beautiful experience yesterday. We came up from Ontario Canada for a prom dress. Edward and his fellow staff members made my daughter Mikayla feel like a princess. Edward took his time with her, exploring all her options, all the while keeping my budget in mind. Bonus points to the fact that when her dress comes in at the smaller size, they will ship it to us! Highly recommend!

Do not choose this place if you may need a refund. Even if you put the dress on layaway there is a no refund policy. My daughters prom was cancelled (due to COVID-19 no fault of hers) and I was very close to paying the remaining balance when we heard the bad news. They would not give back the deposit even though nothing was altered on the dress nor was it a special order. The only thing they did was put it to the side. Its not even like they could have sold it because the store has been closed since we put the money down. I am so thankful I didnt pay the remaining balance because we would have been stuck with a $500 dress she would never wear. Many places have changed their policies temporarily due to the COVID-19 but this place is not one of them and they are very unforgiving about the circumstances. I wont be back or recommending this place to anyone I know. If you are unsure whether you will need a dress this is not the place to go if you have to change to your mind. I can understand no returns etc. this dress never left their store. They literally made money off of us for putting the dress on a different rack.

I highly recommend this place. Dont just walk in and walk out. Talk to the sales person and let them know what your looking for and your budget. They will find you a perfect dress.Went shopping for my daughters quinceanero dress. Very expensive everywhere we went and would take over a month to have it. When we first stopped at this store we looked at price tags and were also disappointed at the price tags. We left. I looked online for a dress and found that VIP carried it. My daughter and I decided to go back and talk to a sales person. We ended up talking to Anna, most helpful person, we told her our budget and she went over to her 2nd store, a few feet from the first, and found my daughters dream dress in budget. Even though the one there was not the right size she wanted her to try it on anyway so my daughter could see what it would look like on. Dress came in less than 2 weeks. So happy.

I went here 2 purchase 2 pocketbooks for my daughters sweet 16 the cashier got them out the display and Asked me CAN U AFFORD THIS? I looked at her and said WHAT, YES WE CAN AFFORD THIS. BUYER BEWARE 😳 I bought a dress here for my niece. The lady said the price is $650.00 probably i was not paying attention however when i reviewed my bill when I got home it said $690.00 plus $55.00 in taxes which made the dress $742.00 in addition she threw in the jewelry for free which i thought was nice, however when i bought the jewelry to the counter she changed her story and said only earrings and necklaces was free. Very dishonest, I dont like dishonesty and i believe that place has a dishonest staff I will never spend a dime there again they lost a customer for life.

Before they came to Franklin Mills they were at Willow Grove Mall. They are completely racist. No one bothered to help me or even acknowledge that I was in the store. I am getting married and was looking at dresses for at least a half hour. Then another race of people walked in and they jumped all over them trying to help them and accommodating their every whim. My fiance was in the store with me but we werent in the same area--he looks differently than I--but they were all over him too. He suggested that they help me first since I was there before him. She didnt seem to want to bother with me, but she glanced at my engagement ring and suddenly she wanted to give me her card. They were all snickering and laughing and speaking either Ukrainian or Russian. My fiance then came over and said to me you dont need anything from them, with his Superman blue eyes...suddenly the snickering and laughing stopped. I dropped the card on the floor, stepped on it and walked out. If you cannot respect the brown you wont get my green!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!I would not recommend this store. If it was up to me I would not give this any stars. They’re very unprofessional. I ordered dresses the end of February for my bridesmaids and they told me the dresses would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 months went by and we still haven’t seen the dresses. My bridesmaids were constantly calling and so was I and they were not communicating. I came up to the store to see what was going on and they told me they ordered the wrong dresses and didn’t seem sincere at all they said they were going to order the right dresses after they pretty much laughed about it. Another 2 weeks went by and there was still no answer so I showed up again and the manager said she was going to give me a call. A week went by and AGAIN I heard nothing so I decided to call and they told me that they were not able to get the dresses that we ordered. They were very unprofessional they didn’t communicate at all and pretty much left me screwed with a little over a month before my wedding not even leaving enough time for me to get something else. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!!!!

There was a limited selection in dresses for size 8, and the individual who had been assisting me was also assisting various other people at the same time. When I came into the store I did not feel welcomed and the dressing rooms were full and chaotic, I felt very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this store at all.

I bought a dress for $1000, it was not ready when it was supposed to be and to top it off the dress was falling apart the entire night i had it on, turns out the rhinestones were hot glued on instead of sewed on like they shouldve been. So i basically paid 1000 dollars for hot glue that i couldve done myself, and all the while the pieces are falling off left n right

I find it horrible that I even have to change my review but I am so disappointed. The first appointment there to get my daughters dress it was a good experience. Then we go for the first fitting and the dress is not what she had tried on. There were multiple differences between the two dresses and I was told it was fine they can fix it. Then we have to call every day because the dress was not complete when they said it would be. Finally I call and the dress is done I can come pick it up, the dress is still not the dress that we had originally ordered but at this point in time there is nothing that i can do about it. I would not recommend at all

My sister ended up calling and they told her the dress we wanted doesn’t come in the same fabric anymore and suggested a completely different dress from what myself and the other bridesmaids ordered. I fear that they are making money by telling people at the last minute they don’t have the product so that people become desperate and have no other choice. Please don’t make that mistake!P.S - We got our money back. And are still looking for dresses. We have 5.5 weeks left. Wish us luck!

I took my daughter here yesterday looking for a red ball gown for senior prom. The ladies their are energetic and kind. They allow you to try on gowns in peace and they answered all of my questioms! They also offered to make agown for my daughter IF we didnt find one she liked.. Although we are still looking, Od highly recommend making this one of your stops!
