I loved the wedding factor!! Lucy took amazing care of me and put me in dresses I would never have found otherwise. On my wedding day I felt like the most beautiful bride and my husband almost fell over when he saw me in it. Doesn’t get any better.

On a whim, I requested an appointment at The Wedding Factor the evening before the opening. Even with having just made the appointment, The Wedding Factor, and the amazing bridal associate assisting me, Sarah, were fully prepared. Sarah made me and my Mom feel so special. She listened carefully, provided multiple dress options to try, and shared in our excitement when I got to say yes to my dress.The store is fantastic. Sarah is an 11/10! I highly recommend it to all.

My bridal assistant was Michelle and I could not have asked for anyone better. She picked dresses within my price range I provided and her customer service was excellent. I had an amazing experience at The Wedding Factor. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Iris was the perfect consultant who truly was a pleasure to meet and spend time with. As a curvy bride I was definitely nervous and anxious prior to going into dress shopping, but Iris and the whole staff made me feel nothing less than a princess. The whole experience was comfortable, exciting and it ended in me finding my dream dress (which was a “wild card” picked by Iris!!!”). I need to start by saying I never ever write reviews. After my experience at The Wedding Factor I had to. Absolutely the BEST experience!!! I had been to 4 appointments prior to my appointment here and this was by far the best experience. My consultant found a gown that was everything I wanted in one dress. This is a MUST go to for new brides! And the space is so elegant and when you say yes you get a champagne toast!

I truly enjoyed my experience at The Wedding Factor. Iris was a great stylist and I am so excited to have found the perfect dress. The vibe of the boutique is exactly what you’d hope for- chic, fun, and thoughtful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to start the alteration process once the dress comes in 🤗

I had already purchased a dress off the rack for my reception, but still needed a look for the actual ceremony and portraits. First when I walked in, I immediately loved the ambiance and the vibes were amazing and so cute. I felt relaxed and could be myself. I worked with Sarah Hynson and she was beyond personable. She wanted to get to know me and was asking questions to get a better idea of my style. After describing to her what I liked, she immediately got what I was going for and brought out great options. The first one she had me try on, ended up being my dress! I went with my mom, sister, and future mother-in-law and we all had the same comment of how stress-free and comfortable the entire experience was. I felt valued and Sarah made the process so seamless and fun! It was obvious Sarah genuinely cared in helping me find the one. I am so happy I went here and was able to say yes to the dress! I don’t ever write reviews but I feel that it’s a must for The Wedding Factor. This was the third store we visited in search of my perfect wedding dress and we went simply to help me narrow down the style I was looking for. Before arriving to my appointment, I had to fill out a questionnaire and was told that a stylist would pull dresses for me based on my responses. I’ll admit that I didn’t love this idea and didn’t go into this appointment with high hopes- until I met Lucy. Lucy truly knows her stuff and knew the exact dresses to have me try on. After listening to my vision and making some adjustments, she helped me find “the one.” I truly don’t think this process would’ve been the same without her. She is so relatable, knowledgeable and just an absolute joy to work with. She also helped me find the perfect veil that compliments my dress perfectly. I am SO happy we went to The Wedding Factor. Saying “yes to the dress” at this store was one of the easiest and most enjoyable decisions I’ve made through this entire process!

What an amazing experience! Lucy was my consultant and she was amazing! I was excited yet very nervous to try on dresses as I didn’t have a style in mind. Lucy was so patient with me and really heard everything I had to say while trying on the different dresses. Every dress she picked out for me looked great on me and Lucy helped me find THE ONE. My consultant was Lucy. She was absolutely sweet. She understood the look I was going for with the dresses she pulled. By the time I tried on my third dress I had found The One. The Wedding Factor is a gem in all aspects; store, selection, staff. Lucy was incredible. The finding of the dress experience with Lucy couldnt have been more perfect. I had such a great experience at The Wedding Factor! It was the first time I tried on dresses and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I couldn’t believe how easy and stress-free the appointment was. Lucinda had already selected dresses that matched my style preference and budget, so I didn’t have to sort through the rack myself. She was perfectly delightful, incredibly helpful, and made me feel like I was shopping with a close friend. I found my dream dress within an hour!!

I met with Lucy for my very first bridal appt, and left with my dream Berta dress! One and done for me, and that was thanks to Lucy! I had the most amazing experince with her and the team at Wedding Factor. This place is amazing. I had such trepidation about a dress for my big day. As a 57 year old bride, I had no idea what I was looking for.The staff was incredibly patient and listened to my concerns. Having met my fiancé when we stopped in to schedule the appointment, they also got an idea of his taste too. I want to knock his socks off and they helped me select a GORGEOUS dress.Iris was fantastic. So accommodating and kind. These ladies are pros. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique.

What a phenomenal bridal salon! They have a huge array of dresses and are just some of the most welcoming and accommodating people I’ve come across. My appointment was well over an hour and a half and I tried on so many dresses. I ended up liking quite a few but fell in love with one in particular. I’m very picky and they were able to accommodate a change in the fabric on the back and change some areas of lace. Iris was my bridal consultant and I could not recommend her enough! I went to one store before this and had an idea of what I was looking for. She put me in some dresses I picked out but also ones she thought I might like also. She really knew exactly what to pull. They were respectful of budget and had a lot of options. I really did not want to say yes to my dress without my best friend seeing it. She was only in town for one day and the bridal salon ended up staying open at least an hour later just so she and my mom could come and see the dress. I purchased my wedding dress at The Wedding Factor yesterday and had such a terrific experience the whole time! I found a dress on Instagram that I knew I needed to try on and when I called the store to see if they had it in stock, they made time for me the very next day to come in and try it on! I met with Lucy and Sarah who are truly wonderful! Lucy pulled out the dress I was looking for along with two other similar style dresses just so I could compare all of them. As soon as I put the one I had been looking at on, I knew it was the one! I came back yesterday with my mom and sister and they agreed on my decision.I went to a a couple of other stores previously and while they were all great, the experience at The Wedding Factor is unrivaled. The store is beautiful and the fitting rooms are private and spacious. I also appreciated that they had shoes, bouquets, and accessories so you could try on your dress and really feel like you would on your wedding day. You are not able to take photos of the dresses until you officially say yes to the dress so make sure you bring your support system with you!If you are looking to make an appointment, request to work with Lucy! She is such a pleasure to work with and truly knows her dresses and how to make you feel special!

I had an amazing experience at the Wedding Factor and said yes to my dress! I had gone to a larger, box store previously to try on wedding dresses and it felt very crowded and not at all special, I had a totally opposite experience at The Wedding Factor. I began working with Iris as soon as I made my appointment. As a mid/plus size bride, I wanted to make sure that they would have samples available for me to try. I told Iris the styles I was interested in and she went above and beyond (even borrowing samples from other stores) to make sure I could try on what I wanted.When my mom and I arrived, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Iris told me she had a feeling my dress was in that room, and she was right! We had a private area and there was a nice seating area for my mom to sit. While we were trying on dresses, Iris asked me about my fiance, how we met, the wedding, etc. Since we cant have an engagement party because of COVID, it was nice to relive some of that initial excitement. When I found my dress, everyone congratulated me and we were offered champagne. They were very patient as I took tons of pictures and videos, and the whole process felt very special. They even offered to let me come back and try on my dress again to help select my hairstyle and accessories. I am so happy I found my dream dress at The Wedding Factor!

I had such a great experience at The Wedding Factor! I found their website by searching “wedding dresses near me”. I clicked on their photos page and noticed a brown customer, this caught my attention. I was able to look at their website and notice their selection of dresses. I am not a professional at looking for designers, just options. I booked an appointment via their website. I immediately received a text confirmation from a live agent. They were able to inform me that the time I requested was taken as well as an available time. After discussing the best time, I was able to come into the store alone. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly “hello” paired with a smile; that was a plus! I was quickly checked in and immediately paired with an associate. She introduced herself as Iris, she is amazing btw!!, asked informative questions, and got me started immediately. Iris was super creative in her dress choices by following my vision and going above. In the end, I was able to find my dress and schedule a final viewing before purchasing. If you are like me and are having a difficult time imagining what you will look like in a dress because you are Brown, The Wedding Factor is the place to go!Thank you so much, Iris!

I had such a great experience at The Wedding Factor with the help of Lucy! It was my first and only store I went to for dress shopping and ended up saying yes to my dress! I even went back a second time just to be sure and they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I had a terrible experience at the Wedding Factor this past weekend. This was the third shop I had been to in Philly and the only place that critiqued my body and commented on my dress size. My hips are larger in comparison to my torso and that is a fact that I am fully aware of and fine with, but my consultant Michele exclaimed upon my first dress “Oh my you must be a 16 in the hips and a 12 in the torso.” At first I didn’t care but she kept GOING ON about it every single time I tried on a dress! She made comments like “Well the hips are going to be your problem”, “It’s just not fitting because of the hips” and “I wouldn’t continue doing this if you were crying.”By far the worst part of the appointment was when she took my measurements and told me how many inches I was from being a 14 at the bottom and digging the tape measure around my hips to demonstrate how I wouldn’t fit into the dress. Mind you I did not say I wanted a 14, I was always fine buying a bigger size. Needless to say I did not buy a dress from this location and would not recommend anyone I know or love to shop there.I left the appointment less confident than when I walked in. Other aspects of the appointment that we’re frustrating included that you couldn’t take any pictures or even know the name of the dress you were trying on. There are plenty of other places in Philly that care more about making you feel amazing and I would recommend going to them!The only reason I am giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 is that the consultant apologized when I emailed and told her how she made me feel in the appointment. I really write this review just to urge people that have hips to think twice before going.

My day started off very poorly at another wedding dress boutique in Philly. Then I had my appointment at Wedding Factor and my entire day turned around. Iris was so incredibly helpful and helped me find the dress that I said “yes” to! Everyone there was so amazing. Iris made me so excited about wedding dress shopping. My day at Wedding Factor is part of the wedding planning journey that I will remember for the rest of my life. The Wedding Factor was the second bridal store I went to and I was blown away by how perfect the experience was. First off, the store was remarkably clean, and their covid protocols made me and my family feel safe. Second, the actual process was so streamlined and made dress shopping feel like an event. You stand on a pedestal while trying on dresses and your saleswoman takes the time to perfectly clip the dress to your body making sure there arent weird bunches or other quirks. Theres a curtain which separates you from your guests, and with each dress you try on the curtain is swooped aside to show the option to whomever is accompanying you. These little factors made a huge difference, but the key was the two associates I worked with - Lucy and Michele. Both were absolute delights, upbeat and genuinely excited about helping me find the perfect dress. But they also went above and beyond to make sure I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was clear that they closely read my profile information ahead of time and already had a few great picks in mind. But every time I tried on a dress they pinpointed exactly what I did and didnt like and altered the selections based on that. It didnt take long for me to find the one, and even though I was pretty certain, Lucy and Michele were totally fine with me trying on several more dresses just in case. Once I was 100% set on my dress, Lucy and Michele put the icing on the cake by identifying the perfect veil to match. I ended the shopping trip with the knowledge that I found my perfect dress and a champagne toast for me, my mom, and my brother. This was the perfect experience, and if a close friend or family member was getting married I would steer them right to the Wedding Factor.

I am literally over the moon about my visit at the Wedding Factor. I was getting to a point in my previous dress shopping where I was feeling defeated and stylists were not listening to what I wanted. As soon as I got to the WF my AMAZING stylist Lucinda sat me down and really got to know exactly what I wanted and didnt want. She did not try to push me in any direction, but really tried to get to the root of what I did and didnt like about certain dresses. Im a picky person, but she literally nailed it right on the head with her choices. She made me feel so beautiful and OK that I hadnt had my moment yet. A lot of stylists in other salons get sort of fidgety if you cant pull the trigger. Lucinda was not that way at all, and was determined to read if I truly loved the dress and had my moment WHICH I DID! I told her in the beginning of our appointment I didnt think I was going to cry when I found the dress, but I CRIED. Lucinda made me feel so special every step of the way and I would give her 10 million stars if I could.

Michele was such a pleasure to work with! The store itself is beautiful with plenty of dresses to try and the changing area has seating for your guests with a curtain for you to change behind. They do have a no picture policy if thats something you care about, but she took pictures on her phone for me to look back on and compare styles. I said yes to the dress here!!

Michele was very sweet and helped me find the silhouette I was looking for! She was trying to help me reach my price point as well. I love the set up- it’s adorable!! I ended up buying my dress elsewhere. I took away a star because due to COVID, I could only have one guest with me because they had to stay under 50% capacity. Me and my maid of honor were the only ones in the store though! I just thought it was strange. Great experience other than that!

I had an amazing experience at The Wedding Factor! First, the dress selection cannot be beat! Lots of variety at all price points, which is such a huge plus. Second, the store was incredibly clean and their Covid policies made us all feel very safe. Lastly, Michele was such a huge help finding “the dress”! She was patient, listened, and kept me on budget. 5 stars all around!!!

I had a phenomenal experience here. Lucy is incredible - she listens to what you want and is able to pick up on things often before you say them out loud. You can tell she’s highly experienced, knowledgeable and takes seriously helping find the perfect dress for you.

I did not have a great experience wedding dress shopping here at all. First of all, I did not feel welcome. They have a policy that you’re not allowed to take pics with a wedding dress on unless you say yes to a dress. Because of COVID, they only allowed 1 guest to come. Being unable to even take pics severely restricts this supposedly joyful experience meant for sharing with your family, friends, and loved ones. I had then gone to multiple other places that did not have this policy and had a much better experience. In addition, I was treated like I didn’t come in with serious intention because it was my first time trying on dresses and my first budget was not that high ($3k). I was treated like I didn’t deserve their time and came in just to try on nice dresses.I went to the Wedding factor twice. During the second time, I increased my budget to $5k and was presented with a dress by Milla Nova that I fell in love with. However, it was on the high end of my budget so I needed time to think it through and make sure I make the right decision. When I went home and googled the dress (rmb no pictures allowed), I found out that the dress is priced at a much lower rate than what I was quoted at The Wedding Factor (over $2k difference). I even emailed them to make sure I didn’t misheard the price during my appointment. I understand the upcharged price tag to wedding dress shop in old city Philadelphia but that discrepancy was a hard pill to swallow. I ended up contacting another store that also carries Milla nova. Even though they did not carry the exact dress, they were able to order the sample in my size for the RIGHT price, waived the rush shipping fee, refunded the sample fee once I said yes to the dress.Planning a wedding can be extremely costly and unfortunately some business do not mind ripping you off since this is your once in a lifetime experience. Every bride who comes in the wedding dress store is willing to spend a significant amount of money. That range can vary from person to person but everyone deserves to be treated the same - professionally, invitingly, and with respect. I did not receive that kind of service at The Wedding Factor and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

Absolutely LOVE ALL of the ladies here at The Wedding Factor!! I knew that I wanted a Berta Bridal Dress and they were the closest boutique to me that offered this designer. From the moment I called to make my appointment and spoke with Stacy, I knew I made the right decision. Iris and Stacy both took care of me and my family at my appointment and made the experience nothing short of what I had always imagined it would be, FABULOUS. The customer service level was an absolute 10. Every appointment was personable and exciting! Brenda is an AMAZING seamstress! I was so confident in knowing that my dress was in her hands! Berta dresses are not the easiest to alter (their seams are hidden). She made the dress fit to my body completely. Ladies, I cannot thank you enough for making me feel like the most special bride out there! Ive received so many compliments still and cannot stop recommending this boutique to everyone I speak to!!!

Was just here for my sisters wedding dress and has a fantastic experience with Iris!!! She actually helped me find my dress 3 years ago and was able to help my sister this weekend too! I was impressed with the new location and how they were prepared for Covid.The store was exceptionally clean, we all were temperature checked, filled a waiver and washed hands before heading to the fitting room.Iris had hand selected dresses based on what my sister had sent her and made the decision extremely difficult, but in the end we left with the perfect dress! The entire team working that day were friendly and professional! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at the Wedding Factor! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment I left the whole staff was really welcoming and made the whole experience really great! The stylist I worked with, Lucy, was super friendly, upbeat and accommodating. I had a specific Mila Nova dress that I wanted to try on which they luckily had in stock. This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and it was better than I could have anticipated. My consultant, Iris was simply the best! She was so sweet and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Before the appointment, I emailed Iris beforehand to show her some of the bridal gown styles I was interested in trying on. After trying the first dress that Iris picked out for me, I thought I had found the one! However, she and my sister encouraged me to continue trying on more gowns so that I could see more options. That was a really good idea because I ended up finding the wedding gown of my dreams! The dress that I decided on was actually a “wild card” that Iris had chosen for me outside of the styles that I had shown her. I’m so thankful for her expertise because I wouldn’t have found this beautiful gown myself! Thanks to Iris, I said a resounding, “YES!” to the dress. I do not know where to begin. I was so stress thinking I would not be able to find my dress on time due to short notice. I called and over the phone I was assisted so well and Understood. From the moment I got to the place I felt so comfortable. Iris was my consultant she answered every question and was able to assist me. I explain about my budget and she was able to work with me. After trying on the first dress I just knew it was it. The place hands down is the best bridal place I have been to and so many I have went to. All I can say is WOW!! The wedding factor was a life saver for me. My dress needed to be amazing so I ordered 2 dresses online, unfortunately a let down so I searched and searched then came across The Wedding Factor so I called & left a message, they replied back the next business day, gave me an appointment right away. Had a great experience at The Wedding Factor! The stylist had pulled dresses for me that were exactly my style (and some that I didn’t think were my style but I loved), she clearly really knew what she was doing. She also had me look at the dresses from multiple angles and distances which was really smart and helpful in figuring out what I really liked. And when I did finally settle on a dress they were so nice and happy for me and offered me and my family some celebratory champagne.Even more above and beyond was that they were able to make my tight timeline work. The dress I chose normally would have taken a while to get in in my size but they were able to sell me the sample I was wearing so I walked out with my dress that day. I understand these were extenuating circumstances but I was so grateful!

The Experience was amazing. I found the dress I wanted with the help of iris in less then 2 hours. She was amazing she had me try on dresses I wouldn’t even had picked. I tried them and fell in love. I had a great time at the Wedding Factor... and found my dress! The staff were great and flexible (hello, Covid). I had already been to a handful of other shops and hadn’t quite found the dress yet. I told the staff what I was looking for and after trying on my first dress, I knew it was it!

I just purchased my wedding dress from the Wedding Factor and I am on cloud 9! I saw it online this past weekend and reached out to a few retailers looking for a place to try it on. The Wedding Factor called me first thing Monday morning telling me they were ready to ship it out after a Trunk Show, but they pulled it out of the box once they saw my email. I was able to go in and try it and I am SO happy because it was THE ONE! It truly was meant to be! If they hadnt pulled my dress out of that box, I may still be looking today! A big shout out to Iris for letting me try my dream gown multiple times and for helping me make such a big decision. It feels amazing to know I can count on them throughout this whole process. I cant say enough good things about my experience with The Wedding Factor! I had a pretty strict budget, and I was scared I wasnt going to find anything within that budget in Philadelphia. I was so wrong! The Wedding Factor is a relatively small shop with tons of dresses in a wide variety of prices. I found my perfect dress, and I felt amazing the day of my wedding. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I did alterations through the seamstress they hire, and she was just as amazing. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a beautiful dress for their wedding!

I went in at 11 am Saturday morning. Lucinda was there with huge smile and very warm and welcoming. Theres a 3 person max for the number of people allowed to attend the fitting that I wasnt initially aware of so when I showed up with 7 she was super accommodating in making sure we all were able to stay and enjoy the visit. She already had some dresses pulled to my room based on the details I sent and we walked through to see if there was anything else I wanted to add. My guests were made comfy cozy as we went back to get started. She was very informative on the dresses letting me know about all the details of the dresses and color options. She was very patient with my group whom had tons of opinions and requests (especially my mother). All in all it was exactly the experience that I wanted. It was as if i was the only bride in the world the way Lucinda and the staff granted every wish and request. I felt like i was doing my fitting with a good friend Id known for years. Lucinda worked her magic. I came in at 11 and said yes to the dress by 12:30! We then were treated to champagne while all my guests took photos. Lucinda also graciously played photographer with all my guests phones. This fitting went better than I could have ever hoped for. I cant wait to see the finished product on my wedding day!

A Stella York preview trunk show brought me into The Wedding Factor and I could not have loved my experience more. It was the first time I tried on dresses and I ended up buying my dress the same day! Michele was amazing and patient! She made the process effortless and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

I had such a great experience finding my dress here! I worked with Stacey, Iris and Michelle and all three of them were incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgable and so encouraging. The dress selection is great and the store itself is super cute. Highly recommend making an appointment here at a time where you can be the only one trying dresses on in the store!

Stacey graciously worked with us in order to make this experience truly unforgettable. You are warmly welcomed and treated with the greatest of care upon entering this bridal boutique. Price points of the dresses carried here have a nice range (gowns are absolutely beautiful) - Stacey shared with us just about everything and did not just lead us to just the high ticket items. I found a picture of a dress that I absolutely loved, and of course googled away to see where I could find Berta! Pleasantly surprised, I found that The Wedding Factor right here in the city carried the designer, and also had the dress in store to try! Coincidentally, the week of my appointment my husbands coworker highly recommended the shop, which just made me even more excited to go! From the minute we arrived, my mom and I could not have been more pleased! Kathy and Stacey made us feel like family! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional through the whole process! They helped me pick out the perfect gown for the most memorable day of life and made me feel like I was the only customer they had. They promptly answered any ridiculous question I had throughout the process. I am recommending everyone to go here for the best selection of wedding gowns and impeccable customer service. The Wedding Factor is indeed first in class!

I must say that this place is a little pricey. I would suggest you go here if your budget is the minimum of 2,000. I had Michele and I believe that she is one of the best sales person’s that I have ever met! She is just simply amazing. I definitely went $800 over budget but she did all she could do to help with the cost. If I could give her 10 stars I would! The reason why this store lost a star is because of the manager. I can’t remember her name but she was very rude. The store is intimate so it wouldn’t have hurt to introduce herself to me and my party. Even when it came down to purchasing the dress she never came down to say thank you or congratulations. I actually had to ask to speak with her and had to wait just to introduce myself. They do serve wine and I had one glass. After that one, less that what a normal glass would be, I asked for a celebratory glass to cheers and she said no. I was shocked as I was there for an hour and half from my first 1/8 of a glass of wine. She said no because of liability reasons. Now I have heard of this before but usually it’s a two glass max. either way it wasn’t a big deal, I just thought that was a downer. The manager could really take a lesson on interpersonal communication skills from Michele because if it wasn’t for Michele, I would not have gotten anything. The other staff in there were pleasant as well. Great job ladies. Of course I said yes to the dress!

I would absolutely recommend The Wedding Factor to anyone in the market for a dress. They have quite a selection and varying price points-something for everyone! The consultants make the difference, they were amazing. Michele worked with us and we loved her, too many nice things to say!

I had the best experience finding the perfect wedding dress here! All of the ladies are so nice to work with and really do their best to make sure you will feel and look absolutely beautiful in your wedding dress! Kathryn and Brenda were a pleasure working with! Brenda is an amazing seamstress and made sure my dress fit exactly how I wanted! Also they were so helpful and answered any questions I had. Since I had a destination wedding I was worried about how to get my dress there but they made sure to give me great advice on traveling with my dress! I am recommending them to everyone that I know who will be getting married! A+++ on customer service!

Stacey exceeded our expectations on many, many levels. I have to be honest, me and my daughters bonus mom did not feel as though she was necessary ... well we were proven wrong. Stacey was one of the most important parts of our wedding. From dressing Dayna, to duct tape, to cleaning chocolate, blood and sewing up zippers and buttons. We had an arms worth list of issues, including the pouring rain and Stacey was right there at every single moment .. fixing, helping and calming us down. I urge anyone and everyone looking for a wedding coordinator / planner to hire Stacey V. of the Wedding Factor!!! Love her!

Thanks to the Wedding Factor I found my wedding dress on my first day of searching, which for me is miraculous. The ladies were all warm, welcoming and professional. Iris was the one who assisted me, and she was a dream, but Im sure you will be in good hands with any of the other ladies as well. Iris suggested a few items to me based on my budget and my comments regarding style preferences, but she also let me wander around to see what may or may not surprise me. Im so happy she did, because I wound up selecting a dress in a style that I normally would have avoided. The staff here lack the condescension you may encounter at other bridal stores - The Lovely Bride being one of them, as I know from personal experience. I couldnt be happier with both my dress, and my experience at the Wedding Factor. I hope they keep up the great work!
