The messed up my brake job. Went back (stupidly on my part) a second time and they messed it up a second time. Go elsewhere. Trust me.The attached image is of my drum shoes after getting them replaced at this shop. They were not installed correctly and wore down extremely fast. Had to pay to get them replaced AGAIN.Update: They put the wrong size shoe which is why they wore down so fast. I don’t know how you can mess that up on a Honda Civic which is a fairly common car. AGAIN, please go elsewhere!!!

I normally get really good service here; from flat tires to state inspections they have me covered. Today though I have an appointment for 7 AM and no one is here to service the car. Might I suggest you open the place at 8 AM if you’re unable to get here on time? That way I’m not waiting for absolutely no reason.

I went to firestone to have my brakes checked for wear. When the mechanic told Chris the manager my brakes were good Chris the manager stabbed my radiator with a sharp tool then he proceeded to yank pull and tug on my radiator hose. Then he came to me and said it will cost 1149 dollars to fix. And made me wait four hours for the job to get done. All I asked him to do, was to inspect the brakes. The problem I asked them to address was never addressed. I had to miss four hours of school on the on the best day of 2021.

Made an appointment for 12pm, car wasnt taken back until 3pm. When I asked the manager why its taking so long their reply was The appointment time only guarantees you a spot. What is the point of booking the appointment if youre going to make customers wait hours for their car to even be looked at? This appointment was for a simple oil change, as well as to check a tire for a slow leak. Nothing overly complicated. Poor service would not recommend as the answer i received was just unacceptable. When a vehicle comes in for its appointment a tech should be ready to assess it, not 3 hours later.Edit: NEVER go to this firestone, they claimed to change my oil and come to find out today that they didnt change my oil at all.

Absolutely the worst automobile repair shop ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Charged me 2800 and didnt even do the job correctly. I will be hiring a lawyer since the damage to my car is catastrophic. My sister who is a journalist for nbc news down on cityline ave has documented my entire experience with them and will be doing a piece on how they are robbing their customers. As we speak i have been on hold for the last 20 mins with them. They dont answer the phone and none of them ever know anything. The manager chris should NEVER be near a car again.

Firestone on Elgin st in Philadelphia is the best in this region the store manager Chris is wonderful and he provides the best customer service experience ever. Him and his crew gets whatever you need done and they tell you exactly what you need done trust me I had my fair share of mechanics using me. They are great mechanics there.

Worst experience possible. Would not go there again. Only good thing about whole visit was the good customer service of one of the staffs. The way they pulled my car out, knowing it has a flat tire, is enough to never go back there again

Woke up with a flat tire and drove to the nearest auto shop and the staff here was great. Chris was very helpful and other staff were very polite. Would definitely go here again if I run into any car troubles.

Equipped quick and knowledgeable staff (or better yet - Team). Shop gets busy and you may have to park in the street (store front is all glass tho). Once a quote is agreed on they dont jack up the price. Tim, Chris and head mechanic Dakota all an excellent job!

Stay away from firestone. Got 4 new tires from them for the snow last November. These tires were TERRIBLE in the last snow storm that we had a sometime last month. I was sliding everywhere. No traction at all. They were worst then the tires that I had on the vehicle before these new tire. I went back to the store to complain about it. The manager made up story about that he sent my info out to management and that they will get back at me. Thats been atleast 6 weeks now. Lies lies lies. Stay away from the getovers. Never going back to firestone and you should not either. Over $800 down the drain. Thanks for nothing.

As most of the comments here. This firestone is rude and unprofessional. Went for an appointment at 9am for tires and was told with great sarcasm that my appointment was moved to next day. I said why no phone call. He told me that they did not do that and an email was sent and I should check my emails. When I checked email was sent at 845 on a 9am appointment. Wow. Firestone just lost a 8 year customer. The person there today should be terminated for unprofesionalism. At the end of the day I am a paying customer and should be treated as such. Very disappointed in this store and that nothing has been done regardless of all of the comments on Google. Seems like Firestone doesnt care about customer relationships.

Got a flat on my way home from Thanksgiving dinner. Took it to Firestone without an appointment but they were able to fit me in that day. Told me the tire was unrepairable and the other front tire was almost bald. Both diagnosis I had made myself before taking the car there so they werent trying to oversell me. They did recommend I get a front wheel alignment which from the wear pattern on my tires I could tell I also needed. The price was right in line where I expected it and the Firestone card gives me 6 months to pay without interest.

The manager of the store is extremely rude unprofessional and disrespectful he has no manners to discuss with the customer and extremely racist only nice person behind the counter is Miss Tina. She knows how to greet customer and resolve the issues I have gotten my alignment from them the manager was extremely rude and told me that this is the best. We can do it you can go to somewhere else I spoke with the higher command and they helped me off of that and it was fixed I do not recommend anybody to go to this branch especially to this manager there

So unprofessional I went to them with a punctured tire that just needed a quick patch job. The mechanics in the shop literally ignored me even though they didn’t have a single car to work on. After going inside to get help they were so rude and were not interested in helping only that I had parked unevenly in the stall EVEN THOUGH MY TIRE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO AIR! Then when I went to leave they told me I could not change my tire in their parking lot and made me drive on a flat tire out of their parking lot so I could put my spare on. If I could give a zero star rating I would. DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT, however if you choose to anyways you can’t say you were not warned.

New tires mounted and the vehicle began shaking badly at speed. Had to wait for an appointment 3 days later to get it corrected because the wheel weights used for balancing apparently fell off... I took the car here hoping that the professional tire shop would do a good job with the tires. Will not be coming back here.

Unprofessional. Went there twice my fault for going the second time. First time I went I dealt with someone very rude. He seemed frustrated with the questions I had about the tires they offered didn’t even mention to me that they offer price match. Second time the guy just completely rude when I went in to get my tires rotated. I just walked out.

Made an appointment @3:30 got there on time, asked how long does it take for alignment, he said it could take from 15 to 2 hours depending on how bad it is. As I was waiting in the waiting area and seeing all activity my vehicle was lifted at @3:55 and it was out @4:05. It took less then 10 minutes to do 4wheel alignment. Its freakening joke to waste over $80 for leas then 10 minutes, I hope they did the right job!!Im not happy!!! I cant even go back because it was one time alignment!!Had to pay more if I want to come back if it wasnt done right..Forgot to mention he said my car took 15 minutes, as I was watching every movement of theirs!!

Did not look into my problem to fix it. When I called them the manager talk to me like its customer mistake to tell him they did not look into my problem.He said if we forget to check 1st day bring it back will check it for another day waiting ur time . A very positive experience all together. Customer service is exceeded my expectations(Mike) and respected everyones time. Service and maintenance prices are reasonable and couldnt be any happier since technicians are well experienced. He also explained about future service offers what how I save money on those. I had two chargers taken from my car and the manager said no one in his store would take something like that. Well it was taken from my car and your employees did it! The manager was rude and did not care to help. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Management is a joke and their employees are petty thieves.

I was charged $97 for a regular $65 state car inspection. When I told the Sales Rep that Ive doing my car service at Firestone for the past five years, he did not even seem to care and kept stating the balance. I am not going back there again.

After being scammed and put into danger by the negligence of the workers at a Delaware firestone location, I brought my truck to this Firestone for an alinement and replacement of much of the suspension system. Chris was managing at the time and he was incredibly helpful especially after I explained my situation. He went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done competently without exceeding my budget. 5 stars. Complete professionalism, the opposite experience from the one I had at the Delaware location. He made me feel totally safe and taken care of. My truck has never driven more smoothly.

I called down to verify the proper tire size and confirmed it twice that it was for a trailer and that I needed it mounted to it, I got down there and was told they couldnt mount the tires because it was firestones policy.after figuring out who could mount the tires I said I would at least like to buy them, after waiting 30 minutes and they finally brought them out I went to have them mounted and they werent even the rite ones. After calling back I was told just bring them back and you can get a refund. When I asked if they had the rite tires I was told that they dont sell trailer tires. If I could give negative stats I wouldNeither the sales person or the management have a clue about what they are doing. He had ONE job to check the proper tire size and that was wrong, the management also seen my trailer because it was in the parking lot and at no time did he ever mention that they didnt sell trailer tires.

This place is so terrible. I was treated like garbage when I came in with a flat tire this morning. This guy came out and started screaming at me and telling me I cant be here. When he finally asked what I needed, I told him I had a flat tire and asked if he could help me with it. He said it would take him 3 to 4 hours to get to my car and fix my tire. Mind you I was there first thing in the morning, I am sure he had other things that he was doing but changing a single tire should take no longer than 20 minutes. I am very disappointed in the way this man treats his customers, I will strongly suggest for my friends and Family to never go to another Firestone if this is how they treat people in need.

Just did a Wheel Alignment here and it was very timely and very friendly. The Manager in this place hired the Right and Smart people in here. Great Job.

I usually work on my own vehicles to give them dealership-type service at no cost, but I cant do everything when I dont have the time. I really trust these guys. Corey always takes care of me and is always very honest with me about my vehicles. Theyve found minor problems that I already knew of, and actually caught them to bring to my attention without pressuring me into extra work. I dont find many shops I trust, this is one of the few. If you want to talk to someone who really cares about you, the customer, then talk to Corey. Cant say enough good things about him!

Just as bad and incompetent as the nearby pepboys. They always want to charge you to do a diagnostics, because these bozos cant look at an engine and figure out whats wrong with it. But the real reason for this is that theyre just trying to soak people for as much as they can get.

I had a 11am appointment they told me it would take 45 mins to a hour which was ok. Ive been waiting 45 mins my car still hasnt been worked on for a flat. I called another location in Abington they told me 20 mins to half hour. Service and customer support sucks. I asked for a manager and Jack stated he was. He has no sense of urgency nor did he care. He told me the tech had my work order on the tool box. Another lady that came in after me received a status on her car and had no appointment. I will be calling Firestone.

I Took my new truck in just to have a new turn signal bulb changed. After the service was done I noticed the inside mud cover was partly missing.
