I was extremely nervous about getting my septum piercing given that it was my first ever piercing, but Hannah was so kind and patient. She explained everything to me and walked me through what she was doing every step of the way. Great experience, friendly staff, clean workspace, loved it !! Would strongly recommend :)

I recommend doing your research and finding a shop with APP certified piercers. I was scheduled for two different piercings, one if which I was told by phone call the day of appointment they dont do and proceeded with my nostril piercing which continues to have issues, which I am told by other professionals are due to angle and placement.

I loved this piercing place for years! I’ve had my septum pierced since I was 19 and I ONLY come here to replace the same exact ring every so often mind you I come from jersey pay toll pay to park simply because I really liked it here AND the employees were always GREAT! I could easily find this exact ring on Etsy for $12 but I come here to support this business and pay over $40 every time, even one time I went it was actually $60 and I still paid it no question again because I always had a great experience! This weekend, not so much I was greeted by this sweet girl who was nothing but trying to be helpful when they didn’t have my ring in stock, it was no big deal I was more then willing to come back and I stated that very clearly. Stacy buts in with her disgusting attitude and truly turned me off of this whole place, I left with nothing and honestly if I never encountered Stacy I would have definitely tried a different style and came back for the original one. 8 years being a customer to Warrior and I will never come back I have never in my life wrote a review before this THATS how disrespected I felt I always thought this was a safe no judgment place and Stacy truly ruined that reputation

Went there the second time and this time to get my septum pierced and I did the stupid mistake to schedule as a nostril piercing ( the one I already had done there 3 years ago) and Jason was a sweetheart and accommodated me even on short notice! I can’t recommend this place enough, if you are looking for a fair price, professionalism and a good vibe definitely choose Warrior.

Went here about 2 weeks ago to get a nostril piercing my piercer was Hannah she was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. It is healing very nicely and i have no pain. I deiced to get snake bite piercing with my friend on her birthday, the right side of my mouth got a infected a week in but my left side is fine. I dont understand it at all 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

Always courteous and friendly, JT tapered two piercings [that he originally did for me over a decade ago] that fell out during lockdown and helped me pick out new jewelry. I believe the piercer who did my piercings name was Stacey. The most professional piercer I’ve come across, a no nonsense attitude, you could tell they take their jobs very seriously. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and I was also a walk in so that’s even more impressive. The shop was very clean and back in the actual piercing studio it was almost like a doctors office, so clean. They walked me through every step of the sanitizing and actual piercing and explained my aftercare at least 3 times in detail. I would very much recommend this shop.

I got a helix piercing a year ago and for the first few months it was fine. A By the time October came around there was a bump on the front near the stone and very swollen on the back of my ear. Went to get a check up and they did not say anything about it and that it was healing fine. I obviously havent gone to get it removed but its in the same state and I am pretty sure its been infected and hasnt gotten better with cleaning it with salt water every day.

Was very clean, patient and informative. Have already recommended them to others. Just wish they were closer. They have a 2 week follow up visit which I love.

If I could give 0 stars I would because that is how bad this place has become. I previously had gotten piercings at Warrior. They used to provide good customer service until a few years ago. Their old place in The North East is poorly managed and they give lousy customer service, Dying for a piercing, I decided to give their South street location a try. Geeze, Louis, their customer service was pitiful to say the least. I walked out before they even could do the piercings because the 2 clerks were that abysmal. Hey, their loss! Because I was prepared to get 2 piercings, which would have been at least $150 sale. Their loss!

Second piercing at warrior. I forgot the young ladies name but she was amazing and fast. She made me laugh and kept me comfortable for my daith piercing when I explained I had a bad encounter out of state with a prior daith piercing on the other ear. I recently got my helix pierced from this shop by a heavy set white women whose name I believe is Stacey. Her attitude was cold, unwelcoming and rude. I came back weeks later because my ear was really inflamed. Stacey was there with another customer and I could see that her attitude was a lot more welcoming to the (white) customer. She repeatedly ignored my concerns and continued to give great customer service to the individual while I stood at the counter being ignored as if my presence was annoying her. When she finally took a look at my piercing she suggested that my ear wasn’t pierced properly. When I told her that she was the one who pierced my ear she simply said “oh” and told me to take it out...I will not return to this shop even though everyone else that works there is amazing.

Booked an appointment to change out my conch piercing with a new ring. I was never told there would be a $20 consultation fee because if that was the case, I would’ve never went. When I got there, the employees were fighting with each other the whole time. The piercer took less than a minute to say it wasn’t fully healed and charged me $20 for the consultation. I spent longer in the waiting room than with the actual piercer. When I said that it was unfair for them to charge me, they said I was paying for the 30 minute time slot and even if my procedure didn’t take the whole 30 minutes, they couldn’t see anyone during that time. I told them that that wasn’t true because I overheard how they scheduled someone for my same time slot and 15 minutes after me. Definitely do not recommend unless you want to be overcharged and given terrible hospitality and customer service.

Decided to stop in and get a cartilage piercing here this past weekend. Both the person behind the counter and the piercer were very quick and professional. By the time I was done picking out my jewelry and paying up front, the piercer had already gotten out and sanitized exactly what I wanted. And today I have very minimal pain and almost no swelling. I would definitely recommend going here!

Stacy was very rude, pushy and seemed a bit pretentious. Any questions had were answered very sharply and with attitude. It seemed like she was bothered that we were asking questions. Insulted other friends who were pierced elsewhere. Seemed annoyed overall and made everyone feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

They didnt give me the information that I needed to take care of my ear piercings and then wouldnt take the earrings out even though the piercings had gotten infected. They seem to be a respectable business and I know others who have had good experiences here, but mine were consistently confusing and frustrating and I wouldnt go back here.

They charged my gf $32 dollars for a miniature industrial bar. I thought she was joking when she told me that, if I knew she paid that much I would have went back in there and threw it into their face! Industrials only cost $12!!! PLUS they are way bigger than this one!! I will NEVER let anyone I know come to this place EVER again.

I was on vacation out of state and broke my lip ring. Afraid of the hole closing before I eventually got home to the rest of my lip rings, I popped into this local shop. Very pleased with the affordable replacement I was able to get - its now become my everyday jewelery piece. Because I tend to mess with and lightly chew on my lip when Im thinking, my lip rings tend to wind up breaking pretty fast. This one has lasted the longest so far - hoping it stays that way!

Warrior is an amazing place. For me i think its pretty neat. Its really clean. I had my ears pierced by Bryan! He made me comfortable in the chair. It was quick, and clean! All you need to get Right piercing done.

I went hear to get my nose pierced the other day. The people who helped me were really nice and friendly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Came out perfectly and they sent me off with soap to clean it with and a quick explanation of how to take care of it. They also offer a free check up two weeks after your piercing. The whole experience was the best case scenario.

I get all my piercings and jewelry changes done at Warrior now- its all they do so theyre really good at it. All of my piercings from here have been healthy with easy healing, and the jewelry selection is great too. Cant recommended Warrior enough!

This lady did a 45 sec consultation on me just to tell me my 11m conch is not healed and then charged me $20. Awful customer service, the piercer has the social etiquette of a frozen turkey

I got my lip pierced here a simple snake bite type piercing the person who did it gave me barbells that were way to small and both of my piercings got impacted not to mention they both fell out in a few hours after having had them done I went back to them and showed another piercer my lip and she said it was fine I ended up taking both out because they were soo painful and the pain was only increasing. I ended having them redone at a piercer in Iowa where I’m from and had none of the same problems. I also bought a replacement tongue barbell with a flat top and it broke in my mouth, it was metal?! DO NOT GO HERE OR SEND PEOPLE HERE!

Been here at least four times so far and would highly recommend. The piercer is usually very calm and friendly, and the jewelry is included in the piercing cost which is also a reasonable price for the city

Got my eyebrow pierced here and Sev was my tech, they were great! It looks fantastic. They were really friendly and carefully explained everything while still professional and quick. A few people were in and out pretty quickly while I was there without feeling like anything was rushed.I forgot to tip and felt awful since the service was so good. Hope this could kind of make up for it.

The piercer there is very rude, and talks like she’s talking down on you. She acted as though she didn’t even wanted to help me with my problem. Love the bustleton ave location the piercers there are super nice! I went to infinity when it was all said and done.

I went to Warriors yesterday because my daughter wanted a nose piercing. It was very packed and hot. But I stayed because of my daughter. Stacy waited on us and was very condescending and arrogant. Again I stayed because of my daughter. When it was time to go back and get pierced I wanted to take a picture but Stacy quickly pointed out a poster they had up stating no pics or videos. Ok. So I sit my phone down and they she says “mom you have to put your phone away” WHAT!!! I just did it. Then she’s piercing my daughters nose and cursing at her. Stacy I could tell has a lot of years experience. But she’s arrogant and is not every professional. I hope she reads this and takes heed to what I’m saying. If you work with the public you have to be professional at all times. Especially when people are paying money at your establishment.

Had a custom industrial and my ear lobes stretched. The piercers were very informative and knew their stuff! I will only get work done here!

They really messed up my nose piercing. They put in a ring that was way too big which caused major irritation. I felt like it wasn’t the right size when they first placed it, but I trusted their opinion, which was obviously a mistake. I eventually had to let my piercing close up after developing a huge bump. Save yourself the headache and go to Infinite Piercing down the block.

I came in here to get a nose stud put in that had fallen out and they told me my piercing was closed after ONE day and told me to come back and spend more money to get it re pierced. they wouldnt refund my money after doing nothing and I had to go to another place to get it installed, where they did it for FREE.

Had my nose pierced here while visiting Philly on a whim. It bled for over 72 hours which is not normal so I went to Infinite to have it looked at & they said the inside was torn and the piercing was really angled. Had to have the ring removed and 8 weeks to heal. Dont go here.

I’ve never met someone so rude and so unaware of it! I came in because the top of my belly button piercing had come off. I told her that I had got my belly button pierced at infinite body piercing and she rolled her eyes and started to complain about how people at infinite say they’re mean to there customers and I wanted to look at the peircer and be like damn they’re right! Then she proceeded to pick out my belly button jewelry without asking me what I wanted and when I asked for a bigger stone she made me feel stupid for asking and basically argued with me until I agreed to the one that she wanted. Good if you absolutely have to get jewelry ASAP because they are open late but, if you can avoid dealing with the piecer and not going to this shop I WOULD! AND THEY DIDNT CHECK MY ID OR MAKE ME SIGN ANY FORMS BEFORE OR AFTER CHANGING MY PIERCING!

I travelled to Philly and last minute decided to get both my tragus pierced. This was my first non- earlobe piercing and although I was relatively relaxed about it, Im very glad I chose this shop. I went to the South Street location around 3pm on Wednesday and it all went awesomely. The tech (I wish i remembered his name, he had both his nostrils pierced) answered all my questions and was very clear about the steps and what to expect. he was warm and fun but very professional and gave out a really confident and reassuring demeanor. If I get other piercings I would definitely try to come back all the way from Florida. A plus plus! :)

The google schedule is INCORRECT. They are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday... I just drove all the way from Delaware.. so I’m not too happy about that error. It needs to be updated.

I got my industrial pierced a little over two weeks ago and its healing very nicely. Sev was so great. She was patient and let me talk away (I was nervous lol) I really appreciate that they made sure my ear was a good fit for the piercing for I paid. This location is a bit out of my way but I will be back for more based on this experience.

Everything was very clean and professional. I was getting an industrial piercing, and the piercer measured my ear and showed me where it would be, before I decided or paid. I got pierced by J.T., and he was really good about telling me when to breathe and explaining what he was doing. He was also great with my friend, who was super nervous about getting her septum piercing, but she loves it and shes already talking about another piercing.Afterwards, I was given the soap to clean it and a bottle of water (and a lollipop!). Both the piercer and the guy working at the front were very helpful and friendly, and answered all of my friends questions. My friends and I will be going back in a few days for our free two-week checkup.It cost a little more than what I was expecting to pay (it was $60 for the industrial, including the jewelry), but it was worth it.

I 10/10 recommend Stacy!

I went in there to buy a nose ring & as I walked in the big lady with the tattoos working was piercing some girls nose. So I went up to the display case to look at my options & I knew what I wanted bc Ive been wearing a nose ring for years. I know the kind that fits my nose. I waited for her to get done so I had a seat for a couple of minutes. She finished so I walked back up again & she asked what I was looking for & I said nose rings. She walked away & started fiddling around with the jewelry blatantly ignoring me. She didnt let my boyfriend look at the the dollar off bc he didnt have plugs, but he was asking for her to take it out for me... Because I have plugs lol. She was just downright rude & she was arguing with me about my size nose ring. & then she said to me oh am I doing something thats pissing you off? I was lost for words when she said that to me. Since when are you allowed to also curse at customers? I have a job where Im around people 24/7 & you should never treat a customer in such disrespect. I just wanted a nose ring. Also I wasnt gonna comment but my friend said something about the same woman too so I felt like this was necessary.

I got my septum done here. Staff was knowledgeable & frendly. Clean & professional enviroment. I will be returning here for my next pericing. Highly recommend!

I Already Have The Right Side Of My Nose Pierced For 3 Years Now And Pierced Twice In The Same Spot After Closing But No Bumps Or Problems But I Wanted The Other Side So I Went To Warriors Because I Was Already Was Down South Street. I Cleaned And Took Care Of My Piercing The Way I Always Had. A Week In A Half Later It Got Infected And I Got A Big Nasty Red Bump ! I Went There And Talk To Them And The Lady Gave Me A Real Smart Ass Nasty Come Back About My Piercing! I Told Myself Ok Im Going To Clean It With Sea Salt Water And It Didnt Work, Now The Ring I Got Was Suppose To Be Metal And It Broke ! A Lil Ring ! never Had This Experience And I Will Never Go Back Or Prefer Anyone To Go Here Please
