Bustleton Bikes is great. We got a new bike for our sons birthday. Mike was really helpful with telling us the availability and the options (given the low supply of bikes in the market these days). When we went to pick it up, Carl spent plenty of time explaining the features of the bike, proper posture, how to shift gears, and more. In addition, they quickly and efficiently put on a bell and the kickstand. Our experience and the merchandise quality there was so positive, I decided to get the same bike for myself. Well definitely be back for service or any other needs in the future. Bike Mike and Cycle Carl are the best.

I purchased a bike on line and took in here for inspection. Mike was great, I needed a simple tune up and replaced the tire. Customer service was excellent treated me with respect and hospitality. I recommend Bustleton Bikes for all repair needed and will definitely use them for all future services.

Super people to deal with. great selection when no one seems to have inventory or dont want to be bothered. I knew what I wanted and they showed me comparable bikes and I felt super confident in my selection after getting the right fit and taking a short test ride. I drove almost 2 hours in miserable traffic on the chance they could help me and it was worth it. The drive home seemed to take forever in anticipation of getting on my new ride. I highly recommend this shop so give them a call and see if they can help you.

I had just had a terrible experience at Keswick Cycle Glenside, and Mike made my day. I came to purchase my first bicycle. And I havent ridden a bike since I was in middle school. Mike was patient and knowledgeable, and I didnt feel any pressure to make a purchase. He showed me the bike I inquired about and said I could do a test ride. I was so excited because the other store didnt offer that. He adjusted the bike seat to my height, and I was able to do the test ride in the parking lot; and after my second ride around the lot, I felt great. You really never forget how to ride a bike. I ended up purchasing the Trek FX 1, a pump, water bottle, and cage they installed for me, and I am waiting for my hot pink helmet to come in. If I stayed, any longer I would have bought everything in the store.😆 I will definitely be back to buy a bike for my daughter. Also, I did purchase a plain black helmet on my way home so I can start riding safely today😁

Amazing, This is one of the best bikes i got in my life... They Patiently explained and waited and if you any Upgrades to the bike They will install it for free! This Bike is Really really good.

These guys are great, we purchased a couple of Trek mountain bikes. not so long after my son got a flat tire, I took it right over to the bike shop to get fixed, Mike took care of it and sent us on our way at no charge... In this day in age you don’t get that type of service. I highly recommend Bustleton Bikes!

I bought bike from them about a month ago, knowing nothing about it they asked bunch of questions and came up with a perfect fit bike for me. Terrible never come here I droped my bike for a tire replacement on the back and told them my front wheel was loose and they took a look but when I came to pick it up when i moved the wheel it sounded like a thunderstorm when they called me saying my bike was done they said u need ur hub adjusted for and extra $20 dollars even though I never needed anything for my hub all I was trying to get was some new bolts overall never come here the messed my bike up now I have to go spent more money to get that fixed

Great experience! They acknowledged us, took the bike and showed us the cause, gave us an estimate and ETC. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. Also was sized for a helmet, given a recommendation, paid, and walked out with it.

First time going there today, went there to purchase tire tubes for my bike, due to covid 19 you cannot go inside the store. waited outside the front door and wait in line, few minutes later, someone will come out and help you. the gentleman that came out to help us did an excellent job, he was very quick and the time we waited wasnt long at all.

I just stopped in to get an idea of what kind of hybrid bike would best suit my desires. I must say, I came away very impressed. I was helped by Mike, who was very knowledgeable about bikes and, more importantly, patient and willing to help a newbie out. This customer service gets an A+ 100 in my book and is reason enough for me to come back, competition be damned!

If you are interested in purchasing a bike without customer service this is your place. Recently purchased two bikes from this establishment and needed some accessories (water bottle and helmet). The owner was belligerent at best and ignorant at least because: (1) i asked questions about the color of a helmet, (2) I was in enroute to his establishment when i asked the question. I do recognize because of corvid-19 businesses have protocols; however, the manner in which the owner talked to me was without question very unprofessional. Again, If you want to just purchase a bike, this is your place BUT, if you have an issue or need your bike serviced, the owner will most likely tell you, like he told me, go to liberty bell bicycle shop if you dont like the way i do business. This idea just might be an alternative in the future.

What a great buying experience! As a biking novice, I bought my first Trek here in the Spring. The team was SUPER helpful and not pretentious! It’s a low key shop where it seems everyone is passionate about bikes. Not intimidating at all.I was so pleased, I bought my girlfriend back this weekend to get fitted for her first Trek. Karl and Mike took great care of us again. Look forward to working with them for all of our future biking needs!

Everybody there was very nice and pleasant to talk to! Shop is kept clean and neatly stocked with various bike parts and accessories on display at good prices! I just had my hybrid bike tuned up at this shop with various parts ordered in and replaced. Service was completed in a convenient 3 days for a total of $117, a great price for the specific labor and work that needed to be put into the bike. The work they do is very high quality and would totally recommend this shop to anyone in the area in need of bike maintenance or shopping for parts or accessories. 5/5 stars, 100% would return!

Very friendly and helpful. My son got honor roll and I promised him a bike. Went here and the showed all the bikes that he was asking for. When he could not decide the staff showed us how we could get it online for a cheaper price. Like 100$ cheaper. All we have to do is order than bring bathe bike back to be assembled. Thanks a lot guys you really made it easier for me and my son and he loves his new bike.

Excellent Service. I went in to buy a new road bike but not exactly sure which one. After I told them about my riding habits, they matched me with a bike they had to order, but I couldnt be happier now. Its perfect for my needs getting around town. I had an emergency with my kids bike on an early spring day. The place was busy, but it seemed to have a very positive feel as everyone was smiling. They could have easily downplayed my issue but instead, they fit me in and fixed the bike very quickly. I was home in time for my son to use it that day. Bought 2 bikes this past weekend, one for me that was 40$ less then other local shops and had a factory 50$ off and my 9 yr old son also bought his own bike with his own money. When the manager heard he was buying it himself he took an additional 25$ off with the factory sale price. Nice dude Brian helped us and gave me all the info i needed. I spent 3 weeks researching what i wanted and he pretty much walked me through it. Good guys and treated my son well which is most important to me than anything. I already sent 2 friends to go buy there.

My wife and I went there to get her a mountain bike. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great service, great prices and no hassle. Im certainly going back for all my bike and accessory needs, and would not hesitate to send friends or family there too.

I had good experiences with the previous visits to this shop until now. I got a new bike, and ask them to do a full service and some adjustments to the brakes, I picked the bike a week later, when I got back home I realized my hydraulic seat post was not working, to which I saw the cable was loose. Same day I picked up, brought it back to the shop to see if they can repair it since it was working when I dropped it there and I paid for a full service. One of the guys in charge that helped me said that it was probably an accident and they will fix it, he called me later on that day saying that it was not their fault and they can fix it and give me a discount, even after I explained him what I mentioned before. I decided to take my bike to another shop to get this and future services done.

Reliable and friendly. Im an amateur bike rider and after getting a flat they replaced the tube on the spot for a reasonable price, and the mechanic gave me tips on how to care for my bike and showed me how to replace the tube myself. Im very happy and will come again in the future!

This bike shop was so good that I’m going to drive all the way back there from Baltimore next time I need a bike or service. Also the prices were very reasonable, if I could give this place more stars I would, I recommend anyone to come here👍

Took my 1 year old trek bike to get it looked at before the ride to the shore and they had it for 2 weeks and had not worked on it. I finally went and got it today. I hope that I have time to get it looked at elsewhere. Come on. Two weeks. Hire more help or take care of the off the street customer first and your contracted police bikes last.

I shopped here as a kid loved it until I came in much older years later. The owner wanted to clearly over charge me for minor repairs to my bike. I spoke out about it they rudely explained how its labor I tried to pay with my company visa but they refused to take it because it was a company credit card.. Because company cards are for everyone who works in company gets a company card they dont have each employee name on the card. So they kept my bike and I never went back RIP to my first bike

Honestly, I just got into bikes not that long ago. I bought my first mountain bike at Bustleton Bikes because of the people that work there. I went to a couple places with a friend of mine because we were buying bikes together not knowing much. We wound up going back to Bustleton Bikes and buying our bikes there just because of how nice and helpful they were. Mike and Carl are two of the nicest guys Ive ever met.

Bought my first bike from them in fall 2016 and indented eventually to take advantage of the first free tune-up. Thats not a big deal but makes a lot in terms of customer loyalty. When I brought the bike for the tune up at the end of 2016 I was said that no tune up was needed at that time and I could use it later. Regularly visited them during 2017/first half 2018 for upgrades and repairs of my second road bike and each time was said that as long as my bike worked fine I could postpone the free tune for later. Last time come to them this June and was persuaded again that I was eligible for free tune up. Finally brought the bike for the tune up today and have been said that Im no longer eligible since more than one year had passed since purchase date. Thats definitely frustrated me and prevented from being a loyal customer in future. Was thinking of them as great local bike shop which deserved support but they turned out to be one of many just business services alternatives out there.

I havent ridden a bike in like 10 years and know absolutely nothing about bike stuff. I just wanted to get a bike to ride in the nice weather. I felt bad at first because we went about an hour before they closed at 4 and they seemed pretty busy, but the guys who helped us didnt make me feel weird at all. They sized me and made sure to do a safety check before letting me test drive for a comfortable geometry (which is, as Im learning, the posture and framing of your body in relation to the bike). Overall, the guy who helped us, Mike, was just an absolute peach. He didnt seem to mind staying later to get me situated and was accommodating on the price. Will definitely be going back for all my biking needs.

Love this place for many reasons. I used to frequent another bike shop but because a friend bought his bike here I decided to check it out, and am glad I did. The sales staff is not pushy and offered to bring in several different models and sizes for me to try. They also dont just try to sell you the most expensive thing, the staff and I talked about my needs and to my surprise they did not try to up-sell me over my budget but offered me options for what I wanted, and lower priced options that were comparable, such as a 105 grouppo bike vs the Ultegra one I was looking at.Service is also quick, and I cannot stress how friendly the whole staff is. The other nice thing is that they are willing to work with the prices and get you into what you want, not by magically turning a $3000 bike into a $2000 one, but I was able to make deals on both bikes I got here (one for me, one for fiancee), and in the case of her bike it actually ended up being less expensive than I had expected.Great shop, have already sent a few people here and will continue to do so.
