These guys are 100% nice people and I’ve never had a bad experience here.
Nice local beer distributor. Prices are a bit high, but fair due to state laws & rent prices in the area. Good mix of popular beers & independent breweries.
Free Snacks! And yes there is often a large contingent of family doing a meal, karaoke or something together towards the back of the store. But honestly it is part of the charm.
The price of beer changes drastically depending on who works there. We bought a 6-pack of beer for $11.99 a week ago. A week later, we bought the same 6-pack for $17.99. We were stunned. We went to ACME later that day and saw that same beer for $11.99. Not coming here anymore...
Imagine the most expensive Manhattan hotel bar prices and then add 30%. It also smells like fish in there.
Dont go here unless you have nowhere else. Theyre extremely overpriced. Acme on 20th and Oregon is open until 10pm 7 days a week.
They need to learn how to talk to customers for info .
Expensive but there when you need it.
Exactly as luciano said. I dont drink much but my neighbors complained many times about stale or outdated beer.
Rude people, high prices, old beer
The prices change depending on who is working! Its a family owned business that makes a very weird shopping experience. Everytime you go in there theres like 20 plus family members around! Ive been in there and theyve had a full course dinner at a table in the store! Ive been there other times and theyve had karaoke! im not joking speaker and all! Its just a weird experience and i stopped going there. Go if you want an awkward experience and all over prices...
Overpriced. Charged $22 for two six packs (red stripe and yuengling).
