If I could leave this review with 0 stars I would. But anyway I went into this store yesterday to purchase some products for my hair. The owner insisted that he returned my debit card when he gave me my receipt but he never did. He finally decided to play back his store camera after I insisted repeatedly. Once I watched the video on the huge tv screen with several other customers in the store, one customer screamed out you saw that? I asked for him to rewind it in which you can clearly see the male owner placing my debit card under the register while handing me my receipt at the same time. Finally he ran back to the register lifting it up and pulling my debit card from up under laughing as if it was a mistake. I will never return back to this store. The simple fact that I’ve been a customer for so many years and spending my money and for the owner to blatantly be dishonest and try to keep my card. I hope by sharing this is doesn’t happen to you or anyone else.

I dont shop here often, but when I do they always have exactly what I need and more.

Pretty large variety..I like that they have a black girl working there so u have relatable help.

Do not go here !!! The older lady follows u around like your stealing and stands right next to u while u shop. And the cashier refusednto give me my right change. Never coming here again especially when there is a better shop right up mermaid lane not far.

Need products for your hair this is the place to good, your hair needs it they got it wigs, weave hair, flat irons, curling irons and nail polish, perms, gels, mousse, I travel a long way to get to this place its because I knw they have what I want....u can notice them from the street....products that make ur hair happy

First the positive. Kudos to the young lady that was working the floor. . .clearly knowledgeable, very helpful & a pleasure to speak with. . . The store itself. . . Ehhh lil too cluttered & cramped for my liking. Itd be nice if they offered some more natural products like henna or ayurvedic options & brand lines like Camille Rose or Aztec Secret. Not impressed with their wig selection either. I may go back again prepared to go thru with a fine tooth comb to see if I can find anything worthwhile, but its like going to the thrift store of beauty supplies (gotta pick thru to find anything worthwhile).

Followed me around and stopped and was staring right at me as if I was gonna steal... left everything I was gonna buy right there... treat me like that I wont buy anything...

The owner Anne doesnt wash her hands, they recycle their gloves. The same machine they used for toes (toe polish change - feet not cleaned) and use that machine for your hands. Not a sanitary place. They are mean to some customers and okay with others.
