I mean this is the go to your hair store for me !tshe know how to work with people if they don’t have enough money, she know exactly what type of hair brand to use

Hmmmm am I missing something here, this store is in my neighborhood Ive gone in before never had an issue not until today I walked into the store with my mask on coving my face and nose with the rush of warm air hitting my face my glasses fogged up and I couldnt breath very well so I pulled the mask away from my face to take a quick breath and to fix the situation the lady behind the counter (who wasnt even wearing a mask) screamed at me to pull my mask up she was standing behind plexiglas so I quickly did what she asked without saying anything to her I went down the aisle got what I needed and went back up to where she was she told me it was 30.00 I asked how it could be that much and she refused to explain to me I just asked for a simple answer I wasnt rude nor mean I was confused I paid for my purchase and asked if I could speak to the manager she told me that she was I said to her that, she isnt very nice and, she made me feel like I was doing something wrong the minute I walked in I I apologize for having to adjust my mask when I first walked in but, there was no one else in the store at the time to begin with she could have said at least Hi before screaming at me the way she did and she wasnt even wearing hers !!!! I told her if a customer is confused over pricing its her responsibility especially as a manager to explain it not just look at me like Im the crazy one as consumers we have thousands of choices these days how can I support my local stores in my neighborhood when, I receive such poor customer service doesnt make an sense. Btw I have been working in retail/customer service for over 25 years so......I just might know a thing or two about this

I love Sue, she has such a great personality. They are always so helpful when I enter there establishment. Great quality hair, and I tell her my budget she makes it work.

Love them. They really work with you... When I go there I say how much money I have and what length of hair I want. And they work with my budget. Very nice

I knew sue for years..its sad they changed her location where she was making a good profit...now shes not making as she should and personalities have changed some..but I still support her...she dont have that same spirit like she used too..🤗
