Always have nice wigs here. I never bought a human wig from here but the synthetic ones usually be nice. The customer service is pretty good they definitely take time helping you and giving helpful advice on colors etc. I always get a free wig cap when I buy wigs from here. Very friendly staff

My 1st time in this store and honestly is was a little tight..Barely any room to maneuver around AT ALL...especially during covid however it had everything you could possibly be looking for in a hair store..definitely worth it to run on and out for what you need.

The ladies who work here are very helpful. I just shaved my head 2 months ago and while I love my pixie there are times when I want long hair (going out in the city, girls trip, ect) I have very fair skin and I am completely unknowledgable when it comes to wigs and installing them. The lady who works here installed my wig today for only $30, and it will last for at least 2 weeks! She also gave me some glue and a comb to take home. She taught me how to install my wigs. Bye bye bandanas!! They always help me find a wig suited for my skin tone too, and when I’m indecisive they help me pick out the best wig for my face and head shape. Cheap prices, quality wigs for only $50 sometimes BOGO. Small store but I’m sure they’re looking to expand at some point.

We live in Montgomery County. Late Saturday night googling led us here as we needed a supply store that was open on Sunday. The drive was worth it. The workers greeted us upon entry thanking us for coming. Showed us to our desired section and rang us out with patience and appreciation. I will take this drive again (didnt have time to look at everything... and they have everything) instead of fighting for parking and hoping my car is not side swiped at my local supply store.

They are always most helpful and knowledgeable. That means alot to me. Im always wanting to try new styles & products .

If I could do 0 stars I would. I was beyond disappointed. I arrived before 6 and they refused to let me and anyone else who showed up in. I politely requested to run in and quickly grab my stuff since I drove 20 minutes to get there. I’m frustrated because if you say you are going to close at 6 you close at 6 not earlier. They need to be more flexible with people coming before 6 or change their hours

Rude staff great hair and prices

My all time favorite hair store in the city. Cheapest and friendliest place. They don’t follow u around like u stole something, the always give free samples. And they honor my license for tax free.

They have good variety of hair and accessories. The aisles are tiny but its probably bc they have a lot of stuff which is great. They do have someone at the door keeping count of the amount of ppl going in to make sure it isnt overcrowded during this pandemic. The employees are super helpful too especially bc I had no clue what I was getting and was just grabbing hair my daughter was trying to describe to me lol. Its my first time here but Ill definitely be back and bring my daughter to look for her own stuff 😆

Worst customer service ever! Young Asian guy was so nasty to me. I asked couple of questions about hair and gave me nothing but the attitude. I dont know too much about hair and this store do not have any young African American ladies working here so had to ask that guy. If you dont want to help and dont work.This store is THE ONLY store I know do not have any African American girls working. ITS ALL ASIANS WORKING AT HAIR HAIR and counted over 10 people working there. Do not shop here people! They dont appreciate you shopping there and they just want your money. Also, no African American girls working here at all!

Great selection of hair but they are not friendly...like at all. They watch you like a hawk. The store is very tight, two people cant walk down an aisle side by side. Prices are very reasonable. If youre looking for friendliness and customer service, this is not your store. If youre only interested in getting decent hair, this is your store.

Its to small for how much merchandise they have inside. Which makes it very difficult to move around in the aisle.

Bad customer service. They don’t honor their hours they post online! They want to kick everyone out 30 minutes before they say they close. They expect you to give them your hard earn money without making sure you like the item. Not worth the drive!

Nasty attitude and don’t appreciate their customer with a hello and thank you for your business type personality. Black people wake up and let’s not support them until they show us the respect we deserve. We are the number one consumers and we deserve to be treated like one and start spending with our own people.

I love this store but the staff follows you as the you want to steal from them. On the good side they have just about everything you need from hair care, natural hair care, wigs, hair pieces, makeup, a lot to choose from. With cameras in the store they should not have to follow you so much, other than that 5 star store.

Ive always loved visiting this store. Ive been coming here for a few years now. Always great customer service from Andy, he makes you feel so appreciated. He helps figure out whats the best product for you and even give you advice as to what works best with your hair texture. However, *sigh* Jeanie or Genie Im not how to correctly spell her name, but she has tube worse attitude! Ever! Shes never nice to anyone! She makes you feel like youre doing her a favor by spending your money! If it wasnt for Andy this place would be out of business. Not sure if it is family owned and thats why she treat customers the way she do, but its so unprofessional and just plain rude! She needs to be replaced or youll continue to lose great paying customers like myself!

If u want beauty supplies geared toward African Americans this place has probably got what u need. the prices are comparatively cheaper than larger simular stores within a 10 min drive. its too small and you can barely move around. the staff watch everyone like theyre thieves. i am too cheap to pay more at other stores, so i suffer through and always promise myself to order online in future. if u didnt order online in time this place has the stuff u want & excluding the blatant watching the staff are nice enough.

I havent been to many hair stores but this hair store is pretty nice. It seems like they have every weave, wig, hair, in the nation. Lol So much that it seems a little overstocked with everything. The aisles are narrow and merchandise hits you as soon as you walk in the door. Wallets, hats, earrings,....ect you name it they seem to have it. First time in. I will be going back. I left one star off because the Chinese worker SEEMED to linger in the aisle as long as I was in the aisle. 😒Didnt bother me much ...I dont steal. However, some people do and they make it their business to go in stores with the sole purpose of stealing merchandise. And its a shame so I dont even blame the store owner I would probably do the same thing🤷🏽‍♀️

What annoys me about this store is how you are watched, they always fixing shelves or looking for something when youre in a aisle. And watch the register cuz they will over charge you with the quickness. Its the only hair store in the area so I use it naturally, but ill just go to 60th street from here on out

The cashier is rude as hell and the older lady that works the floor acts like she cant hear at times....and stop following customers around...trust me its no delite coming there in the first place...the prices are too high.and customer service is horrible...good point is they have a large variety.....change your attitude and lower your prices....

Ive been going to Hair Hair for close to seven years. I absolutely love their ample inventory, and the staff, very professional (especially Andy!) There are a number of hair stores in this area, but Hair Hair is by far the best offering products to help you achieve any style youre going for. I highly recommend.

Its an obstacle given the many products.Only when it doesnt matter.

Went to the store at 5:25 tonight to pick up a hair oil I needed. Was greeted at the door with We closed (the store closed at 5:30)! I went to the counter for help since I knew what I needed and was met by the same curt associate. She nastily asked me What do you want to which I told her never mind, I was going to spend my money elsewhere.The past couple of times Ive gone into the store curtness is what being nice has gotten me. As I said, I will go elsewhere to spend my hard earned money. I would encourage others to shop where they will be treated with courtesy.

Average, crowded hair store. They have a decent selection, but once they run out of a product, they dont restock, they just replace it with something no one wants.

Staff tries to be accommodating. Amazing selection of wigs and hair products. Staff tends to speak to each other in their language and youre wondering if theyre saying check this chick out...her hair is hideous....giggle giggle.

This store carries a wide variety of products. However it isnt welcoming at all. I feel uncomfortable shopping there. I honestly try not to go there and only if its a hair emergency. You will followed constantly. My last few times I utilized their behaviors and used them as my personal assistants. I made them walk with me everywhere .Ive been doing research on other locations that offer the same and sometimes better prices . The helpful more personal approach may help with customer service . The staff come off like drones

Hes been working there a long time. He is super helpful and knowledgeable about hair and products based on feedback he gets from customers. The store is a bit small and often crowded but they have a lot of stuff. They always have what I need different from a lot of other hair stores.

An employee was recording a video of me on his phone. Sad because they offer things other hair stores don’t in west philly . But I will gladly go out of my way somewhere else because the staff constantly watch the customers like we are all theives !
