I thought having a hair store near me would be convenient but I rather go way up my way to my old hair store. The lady behind the counter is really nice but her staff, all my years going to a hair store Id never seen anything like that they dont know how to talk to people it doesnt compliment The Establishment at all and the young ladies seem like they get an attitude when you ask to see different wigs

The greatest location to open up a beauty supply store. Went to go briefly look around a lot of assistance friendly faces will be going back to buyReal soon. Two days later Went back spend almost a half hour they’re looking at all the different selections more color weave than I can imagine good price. All different types of crochets hair.

This is my new go to hair store for my wave/hair care supplies. Everything Ive purchased has been under th price of other local hair stores. Hair Boss gets a 5 star review. Notnto mention they are friendly they greet you when you enter. The store manager speaks good English and is very nice. If they do not have something you want or need they will order it! That is the ultimate customer experience! The store is well stocked majority of the time so that isnt always needed but its great to know that they are willing to satisfy their consumers

Went for a wig today. This is the 1st place Ive ever been in where they dont let u see the color u choose, even if they have to open and hold box. So I had to chose color, praying it was same as other brands make, and nope. So now Im stuck with $50 wig and cant go to where I was going tonight. Woman behind counter was nice, and she may be the owner, but I will never go there again. And besides the fact that my 1st 2 choices for wigs the girl said they didnt have my color, although she never went to check. Ruined my entire night. If I would have know, I would have just gone 15 mins further away where I know I could find what I wanted and also check the color. Aweful.
