I just visited Hafiz Sisters Beauty Supply today. The gentleman who assisted me was both welcoming and attentive. He also guided me through each item that I purchased. I absolutely love this beauty supply store. I told them to get some items that they didn’t have & they got them. They called me when the items came to the store. Now that’s customer BBC service. Only gave a 4 star because they don’t have a huge wig section. But other than that they offer water snacks & a warm greeting & they’re appreciative of your business 🙏🏾💯

The Owners and employees of the Store are very friendly, helpful and informative. The store itself is kept ALWAYS Very Clean, Organized and Well Stocked with Products & Merchandise. I prefer coming here than any Hair USA store. Another plus, is this Store is an Amazon Counter Pick-up location and when you send your Amazon Orders there for Pick-up, the Store gives you a Special Discount towards any purchases you make while youre there. Its definitely worth the trip to try them out.

Small but well-stocked with a nice variety of hair products. They need some more support to carry a wider variety, but what they do have? Great mix of products at good prices.Also: it’s CLEAN. The cleanest hair supply store I’ve walked into. I’m a bit of a germophobe, especially when it comes to buying beauty or health products. I wouldn’t buy groceries at a dirty supermarket, why would I buy hair or skin products from some dirty shop? Cleanliness is a plus for me. And it’s owned by helpful, friendly Black women! I don’t mind the long drive to have a great experience.

Im somewhat disappointed. I dont think I will order online from them again. They dont carry the size the website says they have, so they sent the wrong size but I paid for the larger size. I ordered 4 to get free shipping PER THE WEBSITE but they charged me shipping. When I called after arguing about the shipping and what I should pay we agreed they would just charge me for the 4 smaller items I bought and not the shipping. I think they need to get their website under control and actually know what they are selling on it and what their shipping policy says. However, the Hollywood Beauty coconut oil is wonderful!!

You are greeted with a smile and they value your imput on products you would like them to carry. Its not a big store but they are continually adding so you find everything you need. I always go there first and if I dont find what I need the I will patronize another business. Check them out and see for yourself 😁

It is great to see that we have a black owned beauty supply in the community. When i was there they were very low on stock, but this is not a bad thing because there were about ten people in the store. I found out about them on social media and looks like so did other people and business is booming. The customer service was very good as well. Hope to see them to continue to flourish.

She was so happy and emphatically told me “this is the only place I’m buying (she’s 14 and jobless) my hair from -no more ........(the other place). I totally agreed (I have the income). I really enjoyed purchasing her items. The family was so kind and carried the products that we needed. However, I want to know how they knew I was thirsty and my daughter was hungry AND that we were 40 minutes from home. Thanks for the water, pretzels, and cookies. Can’t wait to return 🖤.
