STAY AWAY. Bought a vanity and a marble sink top from them. Sink top had numerous imperfections so we tried to return it. They told us that all there products are lower quality and will all have imperfections. They wanted a 15% restocking fee to take back the low quality top. We paid the outrageous restocking fee and ran like heck to get away from them. Save yourself time, money and agrievation and look some where else for kitchen and bath cabinets

We wanted to send a review about this company! Lets first start off by saying we live over 1 hour away and have a ton of places near us. We visited them and were greeted and treated very professional! Our rep Marina was top notch and was great in meeting our needs and budget. She spent as much time as needed to answer all of our questions and answer any concerns we had. The quality of the cabinets are very well sturdy built. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company all day everyday

If you go to this store, be prepared for NO MASKS. Not on the employees or the customers even while we are living through a Philly mask mandate. Apparently it’s “personal preference” here.

After bad customer service and being totally disgusted at both Home Depot and Loews, I had rode past this store and did a u-turn and went in! Beautiful kitchen and bathroom displays! A delightful selection of materials, hardware, granites, laminates, marbles etc and backsplashes. The Service rep ( if you have your measurements) will print you out your kitchen design with the cabinets you choose so youll have your personal blue print. My experience was wonderful! Make this your first and last stop!

When you are moving to a new house, you really want everything to look perfect. So we were looking for a perfect laminate color for the floor, not light and not dark, fairish and pleasant. And we easily found it in a AAA Distributor company! My husband was happy even more when he realized that it is so simple to install it. The price was also reasonable. So now we advise all our friends to buy laminate in this wonderful company. We are very thankful for AAA Distributor stuff! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I was a little hesitant ordering from AAA Distributors as I live in Minnesota and the items would have to be shipped in but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a bathroom vanity cabinet and marble top with a sink on Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday. The items were securely strapped to a pallet and the delivery driver placed it in my garage I was in a hurry and did not open the boxes as they looked fine. It turns out the marble top was cracked in half. It looks like something heavy was placed on top of it at some point. I sent a quick polite email with pictures of the damage that night and got a response the next morning from AAA that they were shipping me a replacement at no cost. The replacement arrived the following week, this time I opened it right away and it looks great. I assembled the cabinet and was impressed with the hardware, heavy duty full extension soft close slides and heavy duty soft close hinges. Even with the original shipping cost the price was lower then what I could find locally. I ordered from AAA because they were the only place I could find that had the size and style I was looking for and the price was right. The excellent customer service however was a very nice surprise. I will definitely look at ordering from them again when I remodel my kitchen.

My husband and I are renovating the kitchen and we purchased kitchen cabinets, hardware, sink/faucet and countertops from AAA. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The sales associates were beyond helpful. Our kitchen design is even better based off of the recommendation made by the associate who helped us. I will definitely be a return customer. My kitchen will now look like one out of a magazine thanks to AAA.

Great customer service and quality cabinets. Only 4 stars because the shipping fee was unfairly priced in my opinion.

Went here beginning of September was told everything was in stock. even added the farmhouse sink cut out to the cabinets. Day before delivery they called to tell us that 4 doors of our cabinets were not in stock. When I emailed asking for date of delivery I got a two month window frame. I told them that this was unacceptable as I paid in full as they requested and they weren’t budging to give me another option. After many emails of going back and forth I had to switch my color cabinets from white to gray and I had to ask for that. I was also told that the cut out I paid for was now not able to be completed because I did not buy the sink through them which they knew in the first place. The cabinets themselves are nice but if your handy and can assemble them yourself choose that option. I wouldn’t recommend having them assemble and deliver them to you. I felt like it was nothing but a hassle!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We were promised a delivery date on cabinets, only after leaving the store, they called over the weekend to tell us the date would be pushed back by more than 3 weeks!! When we attempted to cancel our order, because the new delivery date no longer worked with our timeline they refused to refund us our money.They knew before we left they could not honor the delivery date, they were just trying to make a sale, and now we are stuck because their policies are not customer friendly. I would NOT recommend AAA to anyone in search of kitchen.

Our order of kitchen cabinets arrived on time, however one cabinet was completely missing and another was missing drawer parts. After calling them and talking to multiple company representatives we still had to pay for the missing parts and the cabinet, even though they admitted it was missing because the receipt and packing slip didnt match. This is outrageous. Quiality is fine, except some drawers dont exactly fit in the gliding mechanisms...I wonder if they were packed wrong or its manufacturers fault. I dont see a point in calling them because they would obviously charge us for replacement parts.

I bought cabinets from them and went back for a replacement part they told me I did not get it there I know I did. And the lady in charge was very rude about the whole thing. I know where I bought the cabinets and no Im file poor attitude

Actually bought $10,000 worth of kitchen cabinets from this place and the quality vs price was outstanding. I picked them up and assembled them myself. Assembly was easy, although a lot of work. They even designed the entire kitchen on their computer for me and gave me 3D renderings.

First time buying kitchen cabinets, I live on the west coast and I was able to get a good deal on the cabinets I liked. Locally I would have been at around $ 3,500 to $4,000. I got mine for less than $2,500 with shipping and I have to commend Kate who was very patient with me (more than 40 emails). Thanks !

We used AAA for 2 of our houses, we got all wood cabinets for about 50% less than all the big box stores, the best thing that cabinets were in stock and we were able to get the kitchen right away! As a contractor I have dealt with many suppliers and distributors. This was my first interaction with this firm. The home owner was looking for a particular look on a toilet and we found the shape she liked. It was LT4 model from this distributor (they also claim that they are the manufacturer). We ordered (4) LT4s and the price was high (close to $400 each including shipping). This order is for a new custom home so they were looking for a quality product. We received the order several months before we actually needed them. We checked for breakage and we did not see any so we stored them for when needs to be installed. At installation we found out that one of the tank cover had a small manufacturing defect but since it was up front you could see it. It was not broken but had a curve in it but polished. We contacted this company and sent them the photos. Although they admitted that it was manufacturing defect but they made us pay for the shipping. Which was very unfair. When we installed the 4 toilets we found out that all the moving parts are cheap plastic. When you sit on this toilet it make all kind of squeaking noises. Soon we found out that parts inside the tank are leaking. During construction we did not notice that (with all the noise and people). The big water bill made us look for the water leak and we found out 3 of the toilets have been leaking for a long time. Our plumber had to change the internal parts. When you buy a $78 toilet from Costco or Home depot is solid and you dont find any problem with it at least for several years. Toilet from these guys are about $400 and we had to replace and trash parts before even the home owner has moved in. I would never buy from these guys. They are a bunch crooks. It looks like they buy the toilet base from somewhere and they add a bunch of cheap plastic and chines parts to it (that is how they say they are the manufacturer of it). I would stay away from these guys.

I purchased 2 shower doors, a toilet, and a panel. They arrived promptly. I had to call comes toner service once to change shipping address. The man I spoke to was very nice and helped me changed the address. The products were nicely wrapped and they look very nice.

We have been searching for great quality cabinets at a reasonable price. We found AAA online and went the next evening for a consultation (we did not schedule an appointment). We were greeted quickly and energetically by Ed, who was extremely observant to our design requests and patient with any changes we had while he was working with the design program. I typically don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Triple A. Their customer service was excellent! I work directly with Max, and he was very helpful in assisting my wife and I with choosing our kitchen layout. We had a hiccup occur when choosing a slab for The kitchen countertop, and Max was able to affectively resolve the issue immediately. They seem to only carry quality products, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend their services, and I plan on using them again for any future renovations.

My contractor told me to go here i really didnt know about the place but i went. Alex the manager at grant was a great help i found the lazy Susan i was looking for and the quality was great for the price. I WILL DEFIANTLY DO BUSINESS there again.

Hi to all that are going to buy Kitchen cabinets. I had done my research and by looking online and going to several cabinets dealers. Home depot, Lowes, and a couple of local dealers in my area. I even priced matched online dealers to ensure that I was getting a good price for the quality that I wanted. I wanted the Geneva all wood with the easy close hinges. I saw that AAA Distributor was doing a special on Ebay but that would not work for me. I called AAA Distributor and sent them a layout of my kitchen and they sent me a detail model of what my kitchen would look like and how many cabinet I would need to complete the job. I made my order and everything came to me in three days. That was fast shipping. I started putting them together and it was easy. There was only one cabinet that I had a problem with and that was the lazy-Suzan. I looked on you tube and it was a snap. There were three cabinets that had small defects and I called ED and my cabinets were sent out that day. I had the replacement in two days. I just want you to know I have had a great, great experience with this company. Thanks Ed for all that you did to make this a great online experience.

Wow this please is what Im talking about last week went out Shopping for my kitchen cabinets, every day on way to work I see this please Aaa distributor kitchen place for last couple year I was wondering what was that place but when I needed my kitchen done I google kitchen places near me it show them up couple min away so I visited that showroom, when we come in with my husband, some one just come to us and said welcome to aaa was nice then me And my husband was thinking this place have high end kitchen will be so expensive and etc but we sales person took us around and show us all three kitchen style and door colors we set down and with designer who was our sales man he designed our kitchen lay out in 5 minutes its unbelievable how fast it was and we made some update door and soft closed drawers and then we think this kitchen in cherryville will cost like $20,000 or more finally we asked sales person what are the damages for set like this and he did coupes of click in the computer and give us price of $3424 I asked this is this $34 thousand dollars he said no its $3424 I dint believe it as first all wood kitchen cabinet only cost $3424 was like nice we the asked him what granite will cost he asked me what color And edge and sink we need we picked color in showroom as well and size and he give price of $1945 we was happy what we hear and we got total from then of $5369 so we said will be back next week to buy it and we left, when we left we went to other places to shop around to compare prices an quality of cabinets with other ! Oh we guy as you know in life your first stop it the one !!
