Poor, poor, poor customer service. Each time to interact with the older man it’s not a good experience. This man makes up rules as he goes. I called last week to see about their hours of operation and he failed to tell me to send an email prior containing my order, yet he obliged those ahead of me WHO did not call ahead of time. This is worth mentioning that I traveled from N.J.God forbid if you call him... he’s short with you and tries to rush you off the phone. You guys are a business too. Your survival is contingent on your loyal customers. You just loss a good paying customer. If you’re seeking a beauty supply wholesaler... check out Ben’s Beauty in Philadelphia. The only convenience is that you guys are a cash-n-carry... but I’ll take good treatment and customer service before convenience. Everyone else that I’ve interacted with is kind and professional..you Mr. Chen are not. Take lesson from them..work on your customer service skills.
