Beautiful store with lots of goodies for mama and baby. awesome selection of second hand (very gently used clothes in huge range of sizes) and great price points. one of the employees even offered me a space to breastfeed my daughter when she was fussy while shopping. Cant say enough good things about nesting house!

I was just starting out cloth one month ago now 9/25/21. It seems that some of the covers that I bought the elastics are stretched out giving me the impression that they aren’t really “new”. The stretch on other diapers I’ve gotten since at a different online company were really perfect and obviously brand new.Second I was getting information on what I should need to start and it was all a bit confusing and I really can’t use a lot of what I got that day on my 4 month old. Large cotton Osocozy prefolds.I only use about 3 of the diapers I got from there out of the 20 I bought. I use the 3 AIOs and the rest were covers. I was going to do the 30 days return policy for store credit but honestly its 1 hour 1/2 away from me and a toll bridge. So it wasn’t really worth the exchange.I’m more bummed out about the elastics in my chicka boom boom diaper. Oh well I guess.

I love the Nesting House. I regularly sell them my childs gently used clothing and shoes and love buying the gently used items they sell. I almost always find something suitable when Im looking for something semi-specific, like a pair of sneakers in a particular size. They also sell new an excellent selection of high quality clothes, shoes, books, toys, and other kid items. The store owners and staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. We attended a cloth diaper workshop 6 years ago that was very informative.

Selection of used clothes is adequate, clean, and is nice when your little one is running out of clothes that fit. Toys in the front are dangerous as your little one will pick out their favorites.

This is the best baby/toddler consignment shop Ive ever been to, and Ive been to dozens. Everything is super organized, easy to search for your size, type of clothing, etc.. shoes, books, puzzles. Prices are affordable. Really cute stylin stuff.Recent finds-nice new condition $2 board books-Melissa & Doug sound puzzles $4-Kickee Pants 2pc summer set $7-$2 hipster toddler tees-$5 converse sneaks-sweet toddler boys sweaters, new smocked newborn dress, quality denim, etcThis place is a real gem. Id be there several times a month if I lived closer!They also sell some of my favorite things like Allafia Lavender Bubble Bath and Grimms Rainbows at retail. Recommend highly!

Wow! I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Nesting House! I’m pregnant with our first child and we wanted to look into cloth diapering, but were overwhelmed with the information online. We took the online diapering class and it made us feel so much better! It was so well done, with time to stop to answer questions, and thoroughly going over the different types of diapers, how to wash, and anything else you could think of! Then, we went in to pick out some diapers and the cashier was SO helpful!! She came over a few times to help and was more than willing to answer all of our questions and help in any way possible! There were so many great used clothing options and new options too! This was my first trip to a store since Covid started and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable and safe. I’m so impressed with The Nesting House. It is definitely worth the trip and I know we’ll be back soon!

I was looking for a sensible yet cute gift for a friends baby shower. Went in there after I was feeling overwhelmed from some other stores. The store has some great collection and I could choose the perfect gift quickly.

The nesting house is a great local place to buy kids clothes (used and affordable), toys, and baby accessories. I can always find a great buy for under $10. I was there yesterday and had wonderful customer service. The woman was helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back as part of my visits to this great corner of stores in Mt. Airy. Recommend highly to anyone with kids.

So glad I finally visited! The space is beautiful and everything you can imagine is in store for mom and the littles. Items reasonably priced and super convenient to sell items. Gabby welcomed me and was the sweetest.

Such an amazing store, it has carried out family since the birth of our son, he is now 7 and we still shop here and consign here each season. Its a wonderful community and its concern for the environment and eco style store is really top notch with all kinds of whole and organic products for baby and kids!

A woman who I assume is the owner (middle- aged, dark hair, always at the register) is for whatever reason, extremely rude. Every time I’ve been there, she has an additude, and is just overall not friendly, seeming as if she doesn’t want you there. As a business manager myself, I understand the value of how you treat your guests, because word spreads fast. I gave this place 3 chances, and after being treated rudely each time, I won’t be going back. You can find every new retail item they sell for far cheaper elsewhere, and there are more child consignment shops in the area than I can count on two hands. Stop treating your customers like you’re above them and try appreciating their business!

Great place and great customer service. Any parents that are in to cloth diapering, this is the perfect place. You can get new or pre-loved. They even offer classes if you need additional help with cloth diapering.

I love getting gently used Waldorf type stuff at the Nesting house.

Ill make any excuse to stop here whenever I have time. Great little place with all kinds of useful items and clothing for the little ones. They also have lots of great resources for new moms and seasoned moms alike. Love this place!

Great place to find reasonably priced clothing for children up to size 8, especially name brand clothing. I purchased a beautiful Ralph Lauren dress for 8 dollars and added matching socks for 25 cents!

I like the inexpensive finds at the nesting house. Thats about it...customer service is ehh and knowledgeable staff... Ehh. They have their regulars and you can tell they only cater to them. Outsiders beware!

Really like this store but wish they opened on time. Today stood in the rain until 11:15 with a grouchy toddler. The shop never opened. Then gave up and drove home with a disappointed child.
