I Went there for inspection the car the father who is a nice owner and very professional wasnt there but the son was there who is very rude, unpleasant, aggressive, no experience he has no sense of customer service and he has no manner. he charged me for a inspection and emission and I paid him but when I asked him what part should be changed he didnot answer me telling me to leave the shop he was threating and yelling at me inside the business shop at the same time his father arrived the shop and tried to stop him but it didnot work lol i know his father for many years he is very well known Iranian gentleman but sadly his son is damaging fathers business badly. Just make sure if you go there dont deal with son wait for father.

I took my car for service..they checked it and let me know what needed to be done in the order of importance. I like that they didnt take advantage of me being a female! I highly recommend this place.

I went to this place to change my tires. They broke my tire pressure sensor in the process then told me it was broken. I paid for the part and they replaced it. It never worked. They said it was a programming issue. I brought the car to Toyota and they said there is no pressure sensor installed in the tires at all. Ive gone to this place for years. Never again. Now I lost 60 dollars for parts to them and Toyota wants 450 to replace the sensors this place broke.

In and out service for annual inspection. Staff even printed out necessary docs for me that I forgot home for the inspection. Def will return next year for services.

Thank you for being honest, well-educated people who know how to do a job well and do it at an affordable price.Here’s my story: I started hearing a squeal when I turned and took my car to pep boys to get an estimate. They quoted me over $1300 to fix a whole list of things. I decided to think about it. A few days later, I could barely turn my steering wheel at all. I went to United Auto Repair and they fixed the problem quickly for $200! Apparently a valve was leaking oil onto a belt. They cleaned off my belt and tightened it, changed my oil and replaced my valve gasket cover. They said that the work that pep boys was going to do would not have even fixed the problem. Plus, there’s a great hole in the wall Chinese food place across the street (Hunan). You can eat there while you wait.

Before I had kids and after, Ive taken every car I have every owed to them. Even though people refer other shops to me, I always find myself going back to them. They will let you know if they can fix it or not. I was even told by the owner stop putting money into my previous van and just get a new car! I go in thinking its going to cost me a arm and a leg for whatever it is, but to my surprise its not and I have money left over. Thanks for being a shop with mechanics that are trustworthy.

Been going to this shop for about 2-3 years now...I brought my older truck in a 1997 was told by the owner an his son that they dont work on anything that is 20 years old or older .. because it gives them to many problem...The owner said when u touch one thing on a old car sumthing else gos wrong ... didnt ask what was wrong wit the truck or anything just said we dont do old cars ...they wont have to worry about me sending anyone here again

Very nice people very helpful but just found out I have to get my fuel pump replaced only a month or so after I got a brand new one put in at this place if I have to get a new fuel pump I cant go to these people anymore do I recommend them yes but at your own risk once again very friendly and helpful but they might need better mechanics imho

PLEASE DONT EVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Our regular family mechanic was honest and couldnt fix the issues with my grandmothers vehicle. She decided to take it to this place. She has a 2002 Chevy Malibu and the people at this place ran diagnostics on her car and told her that all she needed was a tune up.... They charged her $341.00... Then those fools tell her that her car still wasnt running and they couldnt fix it. Finally the car was towed to back to the dealer and was informed of a bigger issue (that should have come up in United diagnostics) and not to mention, the spark plug from the tune-up that these cowards did, were placed incorrectly and had to be fixed smh. Shame on this business for taken advantage of an elderly woman. All she wanted was a honest mechanic to work on her vehicle. Ladies, please dont take your car here!!! If they did it to her they will do it to You! Further more if you dont know anything about cars please allow someone who you trust to go with You! After the car was fixed by the dealer, my grandmother drove back to the business and told the guy he had ripped her off, informing him that the tune up wasnt needed and that it was done incorrectly, these spineless individuals only excuse was that the diagnostic machine wasnt working properly. So basically you lied to get money out of her. I will be contacting the BBB!!!P.S your only getting one star because Google wont allow me to post without it.

I’ve been getting repairs from this place a while now, they’re really nice folks, reasonable and do great work on your vehicle and if you’re not satisfied they find a solution, I just got my swaybar replaced today, my dealer was charging a arm and leg but they fixed my problem with the price I believe is very fair ...👍🏾

WOW..I read all the negative reviews and im sorry people had a bad experience! They went out their way to fix my 2006 maxima that another mechanic screwed up, the price was fair [ they are a business] and even turned away customers because my car was a priority...not because it was a super priced job but because they over extended themselves to me.I will continue to buy cars from them and do repairs in the future and appreciated them enough to write a review and im not a review type of dude.....L.Penn

If I could go into the negative #s for this place I would. DO NOT bring your car here!! they will charge you an arm and a leg! I brought my car here for a brake job last month and the price was through the roof! I needed them badly so I paid the money. IT WAS THE WORST JOB SOMEONE COULD POSSIBLY DO! I had to take them BACK because they were still sqeaking and beginning to grind. They adjusted them 2 times after that before I called it quits and got a CRACKHEAD to do a better job than these professionals A friend of mine also got an inspection done here and had a horrible experience... it was only an inspection!!!! I dont recommend ANYONE going here if they want quality work!

I called for an estimate on fixing my blower. The guy insisted that I bring the car in so they could be sure of the location of the blower. I took my car in to get an estimate. After about 20 minutes of my time they decided the work was too complicated...lol. The manager behind the desk and the elderly lady office staff were not customer friendly.They suggested that I go to a foreign car repair shop or the dealer....lol. This was shocking considering they claim to do foreign car repairs. What wasnt shocking in retrospect is that the shop was empty.Also, my car smelled like cigarette smoke after the diagnostic.

They do good work and have nice discounts.

I went here in hopes to have my radiator changed after watching multiple YouTube videos and being too lazy to do it myself. This place had the audacity to tell me its 4 hours of labor and Im looking at 400 dollars of repairs. My cousin and I did it in an 1 and 15 minutes without using electric tools. WHAT A SCAM.
