Sloane has many well trained representatives in every department. I had the pleasure to work with Ling in the service department for my latest visit. Ling is by far one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. She is professional, courteous, and highly efficient. She kept me abreast on the situation with my vehicle and explained everything very clearly. Ling is definitely an asset to Sloane and should be recognized for representing Sloane in such an excellent manner.

Everyone was very friendly. No high pressure sales tactics and I felt like the price was fair. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. We were at 2 other Toyota dealers the day before that left a bad taste in our mouth with the way we were treated but Sloane turned it all around. My Name is Len, my wife and I, visited Sloan Toyota on 6/8/21, we talked with Evan, the salesman great guy. We test drove the Hyundai Tucson, we loved the car. We loved it but we didn’t need it so we decided to sleep on it, we got home and we decided to look on the internet before we decided that we would purchase the car at SLOANE TOYOTA, the Hyundai Tucson we test drove had the sticker mounted in the window and the price was $17,991 but we found the same car the on AUTOTRADE.com, yes the same car we had test driven, and SLOANE TOYOTA was advertising the car we were going to buy on the internet for $16,991, so I called and asked why was there a difference of a $1,000, Evan, said he would ask and call me back, Evan called me back stating that he spoke with his Manager JASON, and to tell me I could have the car for $17,500 I said wait the car is listed at your dealership for $17,991 but the internet on AUTOTRADER your DEALERSHIP has it listed for $16,991, Evan said he would speak with JASON the manager and call me back, he did not call me back. I got home from work and decided to call Evan, he would not take my call, I asked to speak with manager JASON, he took my call and I explained everything to him, JASON, HUNG UP ON ME, I thought possibly we were disconnected so I once again called and JASON would not take my instead someone else got on the phone said I began to speak and he hung up on me also. So I will not be doing any business with SLOANE TOYOTA, I have told family and friends about this and they agreed that they will never do any business with them again, it’s a shame because we really wanted to buy the car.

I waited for my car while it was Inspected. Everything was explained to me and nothing was done without my consent.

My 2008 Yaris was in for inspection and replacement of the bushings. I had been advised previously about the problem. They fixed everything and had me back on the road. I am always pleased with their service.

A remedy for a recall repair was completed.

Toyota told me they checked my fluids and everything was fine. I took it back two weeks later and ask why my car was having difficulty driving. They said i needed a transmission. I decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion showed me that there was no transmission fluid, no oil in the car. And that i absolutely did not need a transmission. Thank goodness i got a second opinion.

The fact that i can leave my truck and you provide a Lyfte ride home and back when my truck is ready.

The person that took care of me wasnt helpful at all. Asked for my keys back to leave. I young man came over asked me what was wrong and I explained the problem. He helped me resolve him. Bravo young man for your help.

I went here for a simple oil change and once I returned to my car I noticed that the passenger bottom panel was laying on the floor. I alerted the manager Al And he had them fix it however there was Another piece still laying on the floor that went to the panel that Al had to personally put back himself. After leaving Sloane Toyota I went on vacation and I decided to go inside of my glove Box and it just fell down and before the oil change it used to open very smoothly. I also notice that there were little marks on my hood like someone took something and hit the hood several times with. I have a dash Cam and I decided to look to see what happened when I was not with the car. The footage on the dash Cam was erased and it only had footage from when I returned to the car After the oil change. Once I return from vacation I went back to Sloane toyota to alert the manager of my findings. He told me that he thought the marks on the hood came from the debris hitting my hood while driving. This is extremely hard for me to believe because I have Had many cars in the past and my driving Habits have not changed and Ive never had little marks appear on my hood out of no where. However the manager did solve the issue with the glove Box not opening properly There was a piece that was broken on it so he did order a new one so that it would work properly.

The service was quick, did not have to wait a long time, and the staff were courteous and friendly.

My friend doesnt know why this was taken down, and then it cant be put back. They cant go back to the department where they repaired the car, saying that there is a broken button in it, you need to buy replacement parts, and then you have to pay the maintenance fee. I just looked at it, it was not damaged at all, and then I put it back. They are very simple technical problems, but they cant solve it. I guess they wont install it even if they buy that accessory.

I loved it, because all the staff is first class, very friendly and efficient.
