My car battery died (on a brand new car) and I had called multiple Honda locations to get a new battery under my warranty. Sloane Service Center manager? Cameron and associates (Tom ?? I have a tough time reading names on shirts) allowed me to come early so they could fit me in between appointments (so I wouldn’t miss ANOTHER day of work because of my car). They were professional, had excellent communication, and took care of the car within just a few short hours. Forever grateful. Will definitely use this service center over the other local ones in the area. Their reception is very friendly as well, opposed to the others I had called.
It is quite literally a Honda service center but this one is slightly different. Service representatives after the departure of a certain person have been a bit low quality. I was told I had to pay $700 for something on my car that was under recall which made absolutely no sense. I had to show them the actual notice from Honda saying my car had the fix(battery drainage issue Honda CrV) under warranty and that was after 10 minutes of explaining. I wish they were more knowledgeable.
Dan in the service department was terrific. He got me in and out very quickly even took care of a recall for me that needed to be done. Thanks again
I am having trouble with my car I called the dealership and talked to Ms Milly (hope I spelled her name right) she went out her way to get me in the shop a lot sooner then then the appointment I had she also was very nice and respectful to me and what I needed Thank you Ms Millie
Place is a terrible they offer extended warranty but dont keep there word worst place ever never will buy a car from them again. all they are is liers

Absolutely horrible, every time I call apparently everyone doesn’t know anything? There’s a charge for this and that and this and that, and are so quick to try and sell you anything. These are people know absolutely nothing. ALL THE TIME. I wouldn’t recommend this HONDA LOCATION. Completely unprofessional and plain lost. Let’s put this money to train these people on customer service and efficiency. Not only are they wasting my time but Honda’s payroll. When I bought my car everyone was all smiles and so happy, when it comes to my fixing something on my car that was bought at this same location... it’s like I’m bothering the workers with the issue my car has. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
This place was okay in my opinion. I stopped in to check out 2015 Honda Odyssey (with a good engine) but lots of inside damage to the cosmetics. I was about to leave and the manager assumed I wasnt interested and start giving me attitude. I asked how much and he said, oh Im sorry seem like you wasnt interested and walked off.

Standard honda facility. Theyll get most service done within a day. Theyll take you without an appointment but you wont be able to wait there while they finish.

My experience with the collision department was extremely poor. I had a minor collision. Dropped it off a Sunday night. I asked for an estimate prior to getting work done... took 3 days... only after I called repeatedly and even had to speak with higher management. They said they would put on a lift to look at it and never did. The car was in the exact spot I left it. Then they gave an outrageous quote! So glad I left without having them do the work. Had another shop do it for a fraction of the cost.

Went there for a airbag recall, staff was understanding and willing to work with my schedule, they have different options on when you can drop off and pick up your car after maintenance, they stayed in touch with me via SMS which I prefer

For 2019, Sloane is no longer doing express walk-in for things like oil changes. If you do manage to talk your way into the queue, be prepared to wait. Seriously need to find another Honda dealer now.
