I was in a pinch to get my car fixed when I was in town from Baltimore. I called Reid Auto late in the afternoon on a Friday and Jimmy was incredibly helpful. I was able to come in Saturday morning. Jimmy was efficient, fair, great at communicating and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working. I highly recommend!

Jim is an excellent mechanic and stands behind his work. He is punctual and does what he says hes going to do. As a small business owner myself, I respect how he takes care of his clients and his business. He replaced a door handle in the sliding door of my work van. I had to go back because it had become loose after 2 weeks or so. He tightened it and it loosened up again. It turned out that it was faulty. He called his parts place and they delivered it that day (because he insisted!). He put the new handle in, free of charge. I highly recommend his services!
