I pulled in I was told to move to the side because it’s gonna be a wait I proceeded to get back in my car and wait another car pulls up and they start to attend him. I don’t understand how this place has nearly a five star review when the employees seem disgruntled poor customer service in my opinion. Needless to say I left to look for a different location to fix my tire.

They listened to what my problem was, trouble shot it and repaired it in a timely and professional manor. They gave me options on the repairs. The price for the work they did was good.

This is one of the worst use tire places I have ever been. So I call in advance asking if they have the tire size for my vehicle and told me yes. I drove 10 miles on a flat just to get here just to tell me the tire they have is useless. They offered a bigger tire just to get me to a closer tire place then come tell me that tire is Defective too. Then they tell me there’s nothing they can do for me but for me to buy a brand new tire. So instead of just buying a tire from these guys I had to call my dad to go to another shop and pick up the tire that I need it for my car. This was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. If you buy their new tires I say go for it but the used ones are the ones you have to look out for because they probably have a lot of defective use tires.

Called to find out how much it costed to get two of my tires put on and the guy on the phone quotes me a price. I reiterate is the price you are quoting for one tire or for two. The guy says its for both with an attitude I explained that I wanted us to be on the same page for pricing and the guy cuts me off and says No we are on the same page it’s the price I quoted you to install two tires with a sarcastic attitude.I immediately hung up on the guy and called Mavis where Augustine was pleasant and answered all of my questions and was professional over the phone. I don’t spend my hard earned dollars with businesses who lack customer service and professionalism over the phone. First impressions are everything and they are lasting impressions. You will never see a dollar from me until you have someone who exemplifies courteous and professionalism over the phone.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!Quality Discount Tire Service - 3219 Willits RdI took my car in for an oil change this past Friday and they told me they would call me end of day when it was finished, I never received a call. I walked down to the shop on Saturday in the off chance that someone was in the building. The shop was closed and I saw my car in the parking lot with all the doors unlocked! I picked up my car today (Monday) and I found out that they wrote down the wrong phone number. I asked why all my door were unlocked and they could not answer me. As I was pulling out of the parking lot the owner came up to my car and I told him that I could no longer give this place my business because it is unacceptable that my car was left unlocked overnight, my car could have been stolen. His reply was “if someone wants to steal a car it does not matter whether it’s locked or not”. I told him that his shop invited someone to steal my car by leaving the doors unlocked. He turned away and gave a sarcastic apology. As I pulled out into the street to drive away he yelled at me, “Loser...loser”Please do not give this company the luxury of you business. They are unorganized, irresponsible and disrespectful.

Horrific customer service. Poor business ethics. No integrity. Unreliable.I was given a total price for 4 tires including wheel alignment, taxes, etc. I gladly paid the bill for the tires and their service even after being treated poorly. The ride felt rough and wobbly. I knew something was wrong. Three days later my dealership confirms wheel alignment was never done. My car is running smooth again thanks to Honda auto service. I prefer paying more money to get the best quality than dealing with unethical organizations. I will be reporting my experience to the Better Business Bureau.Ha! heres Better Business Bureau response on this shop:Quality Discount Tire and Service Center Inc.BBB made one or more requests for background information from the business. BBB has not received a response from business and/or has not been able to verify information received from business.I got my answer. They do whatever they want to do.

This place gets two stars ONLY because my first experience here was the primary reason I returned today.My first visit was quick and pleasant. The employee was personable and professional. Had I written a review that day, it would have gotten 8/5 stars!Today, I was treated rudely after waiting triple the time for the same exact a repair (tire plug) as my first visit. Not only was I charged more, when I asked why, because I feel Im entitled explanation paid services, I was told I think I know what Im doing after 30 years and Im still without definitive answers.Also, after the work was completed, I returned to my vehicle with a low psi reading only to be told to drive around until it resets. Insisting he recheck the tire pressure, he had filled the tire below the manufacturers recommendation.I was still offered no apology, explanation, or thank you. I will never go back here again, unless its to speak with management about the poor (or worse) customer service delivered by a supposed 30 year veteran. What a disgrace!

Super unprofessional. Was suppose to get my car back same day they wrote my number down incorrectly and ended up keeping my car the whole weekend when I went by to check on my car they left all the doors unlocked. When I expressed my feelings towards my experience owner followed me to my car and then screamed at me. They find no fault in what they did wrong.

Always quick and lasting tire repairs

Great place. Gone here twice for a tire plug. This time around I got an oil change and I thought rear break rotars and pads. (was told from last garage that they were low). They call me and say they are actually at 50% and no need to change. That service goes a long way.
