Unprofessional scam and a waste of time. Go somewhere else the employees here are shady af. I arrived at 20 minutes to 9am for an inspection. I was then told they don’t start until 9 am. 910 and still nothing. He then states he’s ready at approximately 915 and gets my insurance and registration information and sends my car on a joyride with some girl as a requirement of the inspection. While my car is gone he then comes over and states he needs an additional hour to get I‎t done. Needless to say I wasted a whole hour and got nothing done but a waste of time. Don’t go here. You have been warned. I‎t is a scam and a waste of time.

Got charged $75 Just for a fuel pump fuse, not even a relay. Fuse cost less than $2. Definitely over priced. They also sell cars that are way over priced. You would think they would take care of charge returning customers, but dont remember you. Though Mechanics are nice thats why they got 1 star.

Messed up my car, refuse to pay for it. The people in charge hide, wont pick up phone calls and theyre rude as hell!On July 23rd 2018, I went to pick up my car from a service at NECOMMUNITY. I paid for the restoration of the front bumper, a detail job, and an oil change. The car was returned to me with the rear bumper scratched and paint was scraped off, which was not like that prior to me taking the car to your shop. After looking at the camera videos, it was confirmed that the car was mishandled and the damage to the rear bumper was caused at your shop. I have DATED pictures of what the car looked like before me taking it there and what it looked like the day I picked it up from your shop. After MULTIPLE attempts of trying to get a hold of leadership at your shop, FINALLY I was told to send an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the damage. I have voicemails and calls to prove the conversations. I have an estimate which was sent to you on SEPTEMBER 23rd attached to this email. CLEARLY, your employees are NOT CAREFUL, your leadership is IRRESPONSIBLE and your business CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Therefore, you CANNOT FORCE ME to repair MY car at your shop and RISK my car being DAMAGED AGAIN BY YOUR EMPLOYEES!Therefore, I URGE that my CONCERNS AS A PAYING CUSTOMER are HEARD before I TAKE THIS TO COURT! YOUR BUSINESS IS LIABLE!

Terrible service - Went to fix my car and they messed up the paint in back by hitting the car with another one!!! No one answered and they told me they wouldnt pay for the repair. OVER PRICED and IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

The worst place to take your car.I let my van go all day to change the brakes, oil and repair the windshield. And at the end of the day they call me to tell me that the van was ready and they didnt do anything, but if they stole my money from the oil change they never did and also the change of brakes they didnt do, they also charged me for the change of a AC fan that never changed.They are thieves and when you get to claim they dont listen, they just talk and talk. They are thiefs.
