When I needed an inspection done without an appointment, I stumbled upon this place during my research. I was in and out in under an hour. Very professional staff. I never got the guys name but he did a very thorough inspection on my car. I was very pleased with that and the pricing was very reasonable. I plan to return here for my future car inspections.

Very, very, poor costumer service overall. I took my vehicle to this location to be serviced for overheating after I poured in a gallon of antifreeze and I received a call stating that there was no issues with my vehicle and that it simply needed antifreeze and to come pick it up. 2 Days later and several more bottles of antifreeze my vehicle was still having the same issue.

$90 an hour for labor?! My labor charge was more than the parts itself with a total of nearly $1000. Not to mention getting my car back with a new problem totally unrelated to why it went to the shop in the 1st place.Update: I called today to arrange for the repair of my locking system that I didn’t have an issue with for the 2 years of having my car before bringing it there. The gentleman on the phone laughed about the labor being too much. Why would I potentially be charged for an issue that I didn’t have with my car prior?!I should’ve stuck to my usual shop in the first place, CONVENIENTECH AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES located at 2230 Bridge Street. I know they’ll fix it without the ridiculous labor fees. Best part is they shop around for the parts and give the option of cheaper parts when they have them. Don’t mess up a good thing.

Friendly staff, good prices. Was able to fit me in right away and didnt have my car at their shop forever. Will be using them for all my auto needs going forward

Service was superb, l was in and out within 40 minutes. Customer service was awesome, the owner was extremely pleasant, helpful and respectful. I am very impressed and satisfied with overall experience.

7/17/21 My pick up truck got locked while driving in the middle of traffic, I called every Towing company in the area I was in, and the ONLY most professional service was Mr. Kitts Service Center and Towing! The other day I got hit by a drunk driver and I was super devastated. My friend referred me to mr.kitts for them to tow me. I had no idea what to do or how to go about this. My driver Bill was super nice and helpful he assured me everything was going to be fine as well as grabbed me something to eat I was starving because I was waiting for the cops for a long time and never left the scene. Bill showed up in less then 30 minutes I was so relieved at the fact that he was so nice professional and transparent about everything. I have never had great customer service like this in a very long Time. I would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE ! I have never in my life felt so good about spending almost $1000 on a car repair. However, after this experience I just had. All I can say is first time for everything.So I took my car to the dealership last week for general maintenance and a state inspection. They called me and told me I fail due to a list of issues and it would cost me $2600 to pass. A coworker suggested that I get a second opinion from MrKitt’s Service Center. The place they had be going to for sometime now. So I did just that. Took the car to the shop and told Eric the service manager all that they said was wrong. They checked the entire vehicle while I waited and came back finding only 2 of the 6 things the dealer said was wrong. 4 tires and brakes and rotorsHonest repair shops are very hard to find anymore. I’ve been thanking my coworker everyday for the great referral. I would recommend them to everyone. They are very professional, the office is nice and clean and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming.

The customer service here is absolutely wonderful! Having the experience I had here was important because auto shops tend to take advantage of female customers........well, not here! Mr. Kitt makes sure whatever issues there may be with your vehicle that it is addressed completely. This was first visit to Mr Kitts and I was pleasantly happy with the service that I received. I was greeted by happy professional men. My appointment started on time and was finished on time. I waited for my car but it wasn’t an inconvenience to me. The 2 hours wait went by quickly. They did an awesome job. I will definitely return in the near future.

There prices could be out there some times. But, they will work with you. And they have great knowledge of GM supercharge vehicles. Had a buick Super. They kept it running like new.

Saved my butt. Managed to lose the keys and needed the car towed without being able to put it into neutral. Their professional arrived, was super pleasant the whole time, and managed to finagle my car up onto the bed without damaging the car in any way. 10/10, would lose my keys again.

My car broke down a block from Mr. Kitts shop. I walked back 2 the shop to get help. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of me and took the fear out of going to the mechanic (esp. a car service Im using for the first time). The staff is pleasant and personable. They make you feel very comfortable and dont rip you off like a lot of those other places. I definitely recommend Mr. Kitts. Its at least a must try. You wont be disappointed.

Mr Kitt is one of the most honest guys I know. When my car costed $2,000 to repair he let me know in advance and repaired my tire so I could drive it off the lot. When I opted to not fix the car, he only charged me $40 for the used tire. Good guy.

Great customer service, but if you don’t know anything about cars they’ll exploit that. They charged me double the price for a part replaced it with a cheap one and within a couple months I was back about to shell out more money. Buy your own parts and find someone else who won’t charge you 85 an hour for labor.

This is the place you feel comfortable sending your mom, sister, daughter, and wife with their vehicles and know that the things the car repair industry gets its bad name for will not be their experience. I hope this place stays like this for 100 years, so I can send my next generations as well. EVERYBODY with a vehicle should try them out and experience the honesty, customer service, and attention to detail on their vehicle(s) that I have with mine.

Ive taken my car to Mr Kitts several times and I am always pleased with the service I receive. As a woman, at times I have hesitated with taking my SUV to the mechanic because of being taken advantage of in the past. This has never been the case with Mr Kitts. Truly honest repairs at its best. I took my vehicle in to MrKitts Service Center after having another shop diagnose it. I thought I was doing myself justice by getting my own parts after the other shop told me what was wrong with it. Well MrKitts gave me a price for the labor. After returning to pick up my vehicle. They informed me that I didnt need a couple of the parts and my bill was $173.89 cheater. Honesty in this business is hard to come across these days.

The service here exceeded my expectations. I was stranded with car problems on Roosevelt Blvd in my BMW and was in need of a tow. I went online searching for a towing company and came cross MrKitts Towing. I called and they was there in 15 minutes. While waiting I saw that they also had a repair shop close by with awesome reviews. I had the driver Antwain take me there. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Dwayne the service advisor who did everything in his power to assure me everything would be just fine in no time. They diagnosed the vehicle to find that the oil screw was lose from the oil change I just had done the prior weekend and oil was leaking out. Which caused the vehicle to go into safety mode to protect the engine from harm. They topped of the oil and inspected a few other things and I was back on the road in less than a hour after paying less than $150. This has got to be the best and most honest shop in Philadelphia. I have found a new repair home for my cars and will be recommending the to my entire network. I also met the owner and I would not have known if I didnt ask. He blended right in with his wonderful. This is my new mechanic, I brought my vehicle in expecting the worst because it was overheating and Pepboys told me they couldnt help me but within the same day actually a few hours not only did Mr Kitts diagnose the problem but it was fixed and ready to go. I was refered to MrKitts Service Center by a coworker. My car cut off on me three times on my way to work this morning. She gave me the phone number to call and they had a towing truck come get my car in less than 30 minute. When my car arrive at the shop a young lady name Rochelle called to inform me that my vehicle had arrived and already had a diagnoses ready for me. When the the work was completed. I received a text message to inform me of the work done. Then they sent a shuttle van to my job in Center City to pick me up and take me to my car. I have never been so thrilled with having to get my car fixed ever. I have found my new repair facility and will tell everybody I know about them.

The service I received was excellent. I was in a car accident and called Mr. Kitts towing nd recovery. He immediately came to the scene of the accident. Mr. Kitt communicated with me from the time my car was getting serviced to after I received my car back. I felt at ease throughout the process.

Hello All,March 2nd makes a year I’ve been coming to Mr. Kitt’s Shop. When I say a lifesaver I mean it. I’ve had everything from getting my stickers done to having a water pump put in, getting my oil sensor fixed, oil changes the whole nine. The really won me over when I was stranded at work for 6 hours up in KOP Mall. Mr Kitt had a driver in the area and in 30mins they towed me to his shop at 2 in the morning because my AAA towed never came. Not only did they tow my car but took me home as well at 2AM free of charge. Respectable, honorable, HONEST BUSINESS 🙌🏾💙 I drive my car knowing I’m safe on the road because I deal with honest people who cares about your safety first. The Best!!!
