Came here for a PA state inspection. Forced me to change perfectly good wiper blades saying they r streaking. I checked before i went, and wiper had no streaks. Will never service here again. They also tried to get air filter changed and also oil change, which were not at all necessary. I had oil change done 1 month earlier at honda dealership. look at the pic showing oil life 90% remaining and this station suggesting an oil change. There were not able to read the 1 month old “faded” sticker - not even Aware that new cars have oil life reported by the car itself.Charged extra 45 $ for wiper blade change in order to pass state inspection in addition to 85$ for state inspection. 121$ total - twice as much done anywhere else.STAY AWAY from this place, total rip off.

I walked in on Friday afternoon after driving from NJ and getting a low tire pressure alert in my VOLVO. I was nervous to take a chance without having it checked and fixed if needed. The team there was professional, courteous and able to fix the nail in my tire within an hour. I will definitely be back! They were all great!

Went to this location to get tires for my car first thing the guy telling my son not to play with the blinds cause they cost 3000 a piece and saying smart remarks saying he’s active not knowing my son is autistic. Then I waited for the computer system to come up cause they was moving slow for him to tell me I have to pay cash for my tires since I’m not getting them installed there and before that making jokes saying I want to see you carry these tires out of here. So I asked why I had to pay cash for my tires and he says cause there is no returns and I can leave and cancel the payment on my credit card. Which was strange to me and for someone to even say something like that to me made me feel like I was being discriminated.

High praise for this shop. The shop was clean, and everyone was friendly and courteous. The staff there works well as a team. Id bought 4 new tires tires online from Goodyear (those rebates!), had them shipped, and made an appointment. It all went smoothly. I showed up early, and they still got me started before my appointment time. Everything was explained to me and the estimated time it would take. The work didnt take long, and my truck rides great now. I would definitely recommend.

Ok, I order my tires online but when I got to the Oregon Avenue Goodyear location Dennis checked my current tires and suggested that I stay with the run flat model that I had on the vehicle. I was hesitant about the tires he recommended. It has taken a few weeks to get used to the tires but Im impressed with the ride. It was difficult and took days for me to find the correct match. Very friendly and good customer service from the guy in the front. In and out fairly quickly. No one likes when they need a new tire, but they made it a very easy process and did everything they could to make sure I paid the lowest price possible. Super grateful.

My tire sensor came on and my pressures were on point. I thought I possibly had a nail in my tire so I stopped in and explained everything. I cant not say enough good things. The manager waited on me and had my car looked at immediately. They checked all my tires and there was no nails, it was the sensor. I was out of there in about 20 minutes. I will never return to this goodyear or any goodyear ever again. I had a 9am appointment this morning to get my car inspected which was in the appointment details when I made the appointment online. I took off work and which is a pain in the rear end with my job. I get there and the guy says Cant do it, got no stickers . It would be nice if I was informed that I couldnt get an inspection before I took off work and showed up! Goodyear is done in my book.

This place scratched my cars fender when they took the wheel off to replace the tire. Do not take your car here or trust a word these people say . Will never come to this place again or any other Goodyear.

Dishonest.Had a slow leak in one tire. Took it to Good Year where I bought the tire. Good Year told me there was a nail in the tire, and there was nothing they could do, wanted me to buy a new tire. Took it to Trays Tire Service at 6th and Oregon, and Trays plugged the leak for $10.Good Year not only told me they couldnt fix the tire that Trays plugged, they made up reasons why I needed three tires, even though my tires were not yet worn out according to the tread indicators.

I have a problem with my front driver side tire and the tire keeps losing air. I suspect a small nail, so I took my car to Good Year. Dennis the manager and my favorite technician Pao took great care of me and my car. They fixed my tire and Im good to go. Thank you so much.

I continue to be impressed with this Goodyear. I have been taking my car to them for years. I never feel up-priced and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The work is quality and I will keep bringing my car back here for maintenance and necessary repairs.

The workers here always give 110% at their job, friendly service and top notch work. *RECOMMENDED* Try to call and set up an appointment, dont get me wrong but they do accept walk-ins and give great services but it would be better to call in first. Also very handy in emergency situations but like i posted.... give a call.

Had a part coming off the bottom of my car and they took my car right in and we’re quick resolving the issue. Randy was especially helpful. Nice waiting room with complimentary drinks and television.

I have been going to this shop for 4 years and Dennis, Randy, and Tiffany have always taken care of me. I trust these guys and they are honest. Im sure there are places for a few bucks cheaper, but these guys are worth it.

Good deals on tires and inspections

The absolute worst at communication and accommodating their customers schedules. It took them 4 days to put on TIRES! Then another 4 days and run around for them to complete a Ball Joint and Axle job. They kept giving excuses and false progress updates when asked. They assured us that the car would be done first thing this morning, then when we called the day of...car hadnt even been touched and they were still waiting on another part. The same part that they said came in at 1 pm YESTERDAY! Totally unacceptable! Horrible service! Do NOT come here if you need your car within a reasonable time frame.

This will be my go to spot for having my work fleet vehicle serviced. Pleasant and efficient staff, and they don’t try to swindle you!

They forgot to put my protective cover back on tightly after a oil change and it fell off on the highway. They did replace the cover and promised a free oil change next time I need one. Ill report back on that later. :)Edit: the cover was replaced and just like they promised, my next oil change was free. Ive been back a few times since then for service without any problems. I would reccomend Goodyear.

Made an online appointment and it was confirmed for 530p the next day. Got there at 518p and the worker looked me up in the computer and my appointment popped up. He looks up and says i have to reschedule you Im backed up. I said why didnt anyone call me, and he just stared at me with no answer then offered me 5 dollars off my next visit! Seriously? What would be the point of making another appointment if you dont honor them? Avoid this place, horrible customer service.

First time change 4 tire for my civic, next day got sensor said TPMS and complaint they said my TPMS sensor broke and I take my car go to Honda dealer and second time on January 2019, change my 2 tire next day got sensor need air, I though because cold weather make my tire always need air but now got worse, TPMS sensor on again . People make is okay for first time but happen again for second time is meant not pay attention on job . No more change tire or buying tire on this place again

So thankful to Stephen and the crew on tonight (4/7/18) for repairing our valve stem on our tire that broke 3/4 of the way to Philly for the flyers game. I live 100 miles away and there is no way we could have made it home safely without them. We were terrified especially having our 20 month old son with us for that drive. Their customer service /attitudes/all around everything was 100/10. Thank you all so much.

I got there around 8:30 am to in order to have my throttle body cleaned, after talking to the manager, he said that probably I also need to replace the spark plug on my car, my estimation bill was around 500$, I was okey with that since I need my car to get fixed .After having him calling one of the parts shoping stores, he found out that I need a laser one cuz my car has a higher mileage (witch is wrong ) .After 30 min he came back to me saying that they have to go to one of the Honda dealer to get the parts and I was okey with it .2 hours later I had asked one of the front desk guys how long it’s gonna take them to put the parts, than I got surprised by saying that the parts are not there yet and they can’t get them today for no reason !!!I asked them to just put everything together and get back my car cuz I have work and I need to go, then I have this manager coming to me asking me to pay 120 $ for absolutely zero service on my car !!And all they did for almost 7 hours, was just diagnosed engine !!They took 120 $ and also they waist my time and didn’t get my car fixed !!!They are just taking people money when it comes to serious service !!Never ever go back to this store !! And thank for waisting my time and taking my money

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, it’s now Friday and still no answers. Every time I’d call for an update, they would say “we are still trying to figure it out” very unprofessional and not on top of things. I’ve been coming here for 3 years for oil changes and other problems, I will not be back.
