High prices for poor quality of work. They 4got 2 change waterpump & thermostat while changing coolant pipe. Got my car back & it was over heating & in worse condition then when I came 2 them. They wanted me 2 pay them another $1,300 to install a waterpump they forgot 2 install. Never going back & wouldnt recommend them 2 my worse enemy

Great experience having my car repaired after i turned a corner too close the wall in parking space! The repair looks good as new. They wash the car before they return it and guarantee the paint job as long as you own the vehicle. I would definitely go back if i need auto work again in future my life. BEST shop/mechanics in the city!I had my fair share of shady mechanics before going to European Auto. I bought a 2008 535xi BMW and i was in the shop every month since i got it. I had been to two other shops and both of them just damaged my car rather than fixing the issue. I even had one of those mechanics convince me to sell my car because apparently it was unrepairable. My friend, who’s been going to European Auto for 10 years, referred me to them. He graduated me that all the issues those other shops couldn’t fix properly, they could with no problem. So i took his word and made an appointment to have them check out my car.Honestly i had a horrible experience with my first foreign car due to all the issues i had to deal with but once i took my car to European Auto, they fixed everything that was wrong with my car. Words can’t describe how happy i am that i went to them instead of selling my car and getting another one. Not only do they know what they’re doing, they also have great customer service and are quick and efficient (great prices as well)! 5 star Mechanic shop, excellent service, professional staff that actually know what they’re doing, I dealt with European auto for more than 10 years and I would never leave them because when they fix a car they really fix it unlike a lot other mechanics where they start guessing what’s the issue with the car is and from there waste your time by going back and forth to them every other day because he’s screwing your car up by guessing and not doing his job right, and then waste your money on them. At European auto I know once I pick up my car or van from their shop after fixing it, I don’t have to worry about having issues with my vehicle for a while and I used to drive a lot so I needed a mechanic that I really trust.. thank you European auto for your service and keep up the excellent workIf you haven’t dealt with European auto before I highly suggest that you do and give them a shot you’ll save yourself a lot of headache believe me.. and if there is anything about their service that you don’t like just simply stop going there but I guarantee you that they are definitely worth the shot!!!!!!Love & Peace

I have serviced all my vehicles here since 2008 and I have always been satisfied with their professional services and a positive attitude. If they don’t fix the issue, don’t waste your time anywhere else. They do dealer level services at half price. Based on my experience, I have recommended all my friends to service their cars here, and I still recommend everyone the European Auto Repair for all car services.

If I can rate this shop a negative 5 I would. I’ve brought my two of my cars here and with one of the they charged me $1500 and they still didn’t fix it they put Honda parts in my Audi A6 (I was told by another mechanic about that) and they patched up my problem rather then fixing it. That was one car my other car that fixed my weather pump but manage to mess with my engine and now my oil pressure is low and the light keeps coming on. These guys create more problems then you have to get more money out of you. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt cause there prices were better than Midas but European Auto Repair work sucks 👎👎👎👎👎

The prices here are cheap, But the quality is terrible. I brought my vehicle in for an axle change, and they told me about a boot change which is a cheap and quick to fix. I was never fond of this idea so I asked for a genuine part replacement. A few months pass by and the boot gets torn for no apparent reason. Once I confronted them about the issue they claim I have never did the repair there. I did the axle replacement somewhere else and, I brought the axle that was on the car and showed them it was extremely old and rusted. I was robbed of my money and time . The owner of the shop offered me free oil in exchange, which doesn’t justify the lie. A lot of people have warned me about this place and I Failed to listen. I have filed a civil complaint and I will be getting my money back. A couple days later, the owner is asking me to remove my post, I will not be silent and truth will be known. This place is full of fraudulent individuals and know how to scheme people out of there money.

Ive been servicing my German cars, mostly BMWs and Porsche, here for couple of years now and I can say this is the only place I trust and allow to work on my cars. The place is probably not the best looking workshop from the outside, but Im confident if I come to the workshop with a problem or for a routine service guys will be able to fix that and I wont be overcharged. And if I ever have any concerns about quality the owner and his team will continue working with my until my complete satisfaction. Their diagnostic skills and knowledge are phenomenal. I highly recommend this service.

Did here alignment,after work was done hear some noise,the bolts was didn’t tight so arm control was even shakes and make a noise!

We’ve been taking our cars here for over 15 years. Between my husband and I, we owned every brand out there and no matter what car it is or what kind of problem - we get best results here. Prices are fair, job is done ASAP, guys working here are very friendly and welcoming. They’ll show you exactly what they’re fixing right here in the shop if you want so you know what you’re paying for. They also try to save you money where they can, unlike others shops, especially dealers, that replace everything in huge kits to do less work and charge you more. They’ll do their best to take you in on a short notice and will work with you if you’re running late to pick up your car. Customer service is excellent. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to this place for three years now and not looking forward to go to another shop. I have been in other shops in central Buck County area where I was charged fives times more for repairs than this place. Best place to get your luxury car fixed. Engine was F***** up on my 2011 range. Had estimates/quotes of 13,000, 12500, and 10800 to get it fixed and was going to sell my range before i found Timur and european auto. Excellent experience at European Auto Repair! I was recommended here by my friend and Im glad I came. I had gotten into accident where my car was side swipped and they were able to fix it like brand new. The whole process took less than a five days. Where to begin? Well I was looking for an E38 BMW, a nationwide search with extra attention given to California and Arizona based on climate conditions. On eBay I stumbled across a one owner, relatively low mileage 98,000 E38, originally registered in Northern California, that appear to be in fantastic condition all things considered. Heres where European Auto Group comes into the picture. Although this was a one-owner California car, for some reason it was in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at European Auto Group. The Carfax attached to the offered appeared clean, yet like any normal car buyer I was suspect of the fact that this car was now in Pennsylvania. I contacted the name on the listing (Vas) he assured me that everything was indeed as it appeared; all items on the car were fully operational. We negotiated a deal based on final inspection in person. Vas was great, assisted me in setting up a local third-party inspection of the car and even arranged pick up from the airport in the car. Honestly, I had my reservations as I was planning to fly up from Tennessee and drive it back same day.Tim met us at the airport and was fantastic. He ran down the history as we drove back to the shop, including repairs he really did not have to disclose. We drove back to their offices, I test drove the car. I looked him in the eye just as we were doing the deal and said “Would you drive 800 miles in this 98k mile car with your child, because thats what Im about to do and I want to make sure I can make it back to Tennessee safely?”. Tim looked me back in the eye and assured me the car was everything stated. I purchased it on the spot. Tim continued to be customer focused after I purchased the car, he replaced the key fob battery and even took me to DMV, so I could drive it home with temporary registration that afternoon. About 5 hours into the 12 hour drive back to Tennessee, I received a text from Tim asking how the trip was going and how the car was performing. He even followed up the next day to ensure I got home safely. I purchased at the end of March. To this day, any question Ive had about the car has been answered same day. (Keep in mind, this is a 18 year old car with 98,000 miles they purchased at an auction for resale). Theres a reason why European Auto Group has 1,700+ positive reviews on eBay. Clearly, European Auto Group earns their customers trust every day with every action. Extremely honest, accommodating and affordable.

I took my car in to get my driver handle looked at, they did not want to do it so I asked if they could look at my control arms they replaced them but one day later my check engine light so I took it to Mercedes-Benz dealership they found that a heater downflow sensor was disconnected and that my O2 sensor fail and my front sway bar had excessive this costed me $0.00 to be replaced that is because I have a good warranty which they knew of, and which payed for the service they did now they will have u come at 8:00am then make u wait till 10:00am to start work on your car to be complete honest if I where a reader looking at this shop its really a waste of time for sub-par work.Update:They contacted me today asking to take down the review offering a “free oil change” they didn’t care how i feel they only care about themselves, the entire time he never admitted his wrong only states it might have come undone by accident. yeah right!Go here at your own risk never will i take my Mercedes Benz here every again2015 C300 50,000 miles with a check engine light is nearly impossible.Attached is the free autozone check engine diagnosticAttached is the service recipe from Mercedes-Benz with Diagnostics and CommentsALONG WITH COST FOR PARTS AND LABOR

Brought in my car heard some good stories, tried speaking to whoever was going to do the work an he completely ignored what i had to say an told me I know what Im doing.. little do they know Ive been working on cars my whole life an at the time my lift was broke, So I said ok fine.. weeks go by finally finish with no phone call throughout the days, Car is in worse shape then it was when it went in.. wheel hub sqeaking, I had exhaust on my car with genuine parts that were never put back on, front windshield rubber is missing so when it rained water ended up in my back seats scratch on the hood, Cheap parts were switched out with genuine an I paid top dollar. Once you talk to them about what they have done wrong they try to over charge again.. stay away.. My favorite bmw is ruined because of them. Thanks. Spoke to the wrong people cause I ran into someone else who had the same problem an never fixed his stuff they just wanted more money. Sad

STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS! I brought my BMW for $5200. worth of work, let me tell you my experience: 1) They have cats in the shop and they crawl on your car at night and scratch it. 2) I was supposed to have valve cover gaskets put on my car they didnt replace them (but did charge me) they put some kind of sealant on them. 3) They cut a bunch vacuum lines and capped them (WRONG THING TO DO!) 4) They replaced transmission gasket it is leaking again 5) When they replaced the motor mount they cracked the exhaust pipe. 6) You must need your head examined if you take a high end car there!

Terrible customer service and deliberately damage your car for you to come back. I didn’t catch on until about 4 trips to their shop. Went south when I went in after they did my serpentine belt, belt almost came off while driving, it’s was being held by the tensioner half an inch. They refused it was there fault although they used brand new parts. It took 2 drives there and multiple phone calls for them to admit fault. Then a couple weeks later I get a coolant low message and after inspection one of my coolant pipes was deliberately cut in the perfect spot for a slow leak. The upper expansion tank line. This being said, do not go to this shop unless you have the money to make at least 4 trips a year.

Had the my trans flushed on my 98 jaguar xjr new filter gaskets oil and it shifts like its brand new
