Why can’t they never answer the phone? I’ve been calling all day they will NEVER answer their phone I don’t understand it’s such an inconvenience!

Do not go there pay more for other places and be smart. Staff is the worst part of me review they’re horrible and unprofessional and disrespectful. I waited for 6 hours yes 6 hours i swear not lying for 2 tires. It’s even small tires 17 inch they had a problem fitting it because they have old machines. Scratched the rims heavily and they’re lying. Also they didn’t charge me for the installation they think this way i will not complain about it.

STAY AWAY...My tire kept going flat. I have a warranty on tires. Took my truck to auto service Fri 11/27 (Black Friday) about 2pm, it was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! Super crowded! The rep asked if i had an appointment, i didnt and explained the issue. He looked as my warranty and said, you were hear in March and there was no problem with your tire. It maybe something wrong with your Rim. Ok fine, can yall take a look? He said, No. I need to go to a Jiffy Lube or Pep Boys. I said, dont yall do the same thing? He said No. They check/replace rims. So, i drove back in the city and had Brothers Auto Service take a look. Turns out, i had a nail in the tire, which they plugged costing me $20. I called Walmart Auto Service to make complaint and to make an appointment so they can replace tire as a plug only lasts for so long.... i called several times a day, getting no answer or automatically disconnected after 15 minutes of waiting. I went back to store Sun 12/6 to make an appointment. I explained to the rep what happened, after ALOT of back and fourth. He advised they could look now as it was not so busy, but they can only cut out plug and reseal, fixing the prob. After about an hour i was told my car was ready. When i got back a female rep advised me to speak to the guy, i initially spoke to as one tech told her no work was done because of where the hole was located. But, another tech told her the job was complete. She had no paperwork for me, only my keys. I just left, i have NO IDEA what all they did. But at that point I was completely frustrated!!Long story short, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, at this location and AVOID PURCHASING THERE WARRANTY, as it is not honored with a Ton of excuses!!!!

You will wait, no one will pickup the phone. If you show up and there are 2 people in line in front of you, it will take half an hour to talk to anyone.That being said, prices are great! Cheaper oil changes and tires than anywhere else. Just dont go if youre in a hurry, leave your car there it you can.

Absolutely frustrating and disheartening experience. Went in for a simple oil change. Was told it would be about an hour and a half. After waiting 3 hours in the waiting room, I couldn’t wait any more. I had to go. The same cars I. The lot that were there when I arrived were still there. There were two mechanics working on tires and when they were give more paperwork, they seemed frustrated. I don’t think it’s their fault, I think they’re highly understaffed. You think with just a barrage of negative feedback, Walmart would employ a few more mechanics.

Worst place! Wanted to give 0. Never believe when they say the wait hours is 2 hours or less. It’s usually takes 5 hours. I was there from 9:25 till 12:45. Like what the hell! Waited for 4 hours just for tier rotation which they told me only takes 30 mins. Provide a transportation service if you are gonna take longer than 2 hours!

I have to say the service was great and fast. Got 4 tires installed and balanced thought I was gonna be hours like other shops but to my surprise when I was done with my shopping the car was ready for me. Will be coming back here from now on. Highly recommend.

2nd time getting tires here and both times were great. First time I got there right before they closed and they still installed 4 tires quickly. Today I went first thing in the morning and was in and out with 4 tires and an oil change.

The company is one of the best companies in the world. But there is one note for the auto service section of the delay case and only the dummies of the workers. There is a big threat from the workers inside the department, but if you see the four wheels change, you need more than four hours. Please review this

This auto care deserves 0 stars! No one is ever at the counter! When they are the associate is always on their phone or talking over customers to other employees. There is no communication whatsoever as to when they’re going to be done working on your car. Unless you wait there for 10 hours, you have constantly call to get information as to when your car is supposed to be done. But when you call no one ever answers the phone in the whole store! Completely unacceptable! Dropped my car off at 7 am and it is almost 5 and I still haven’t heard anything and have called all day & have received no answer to any department in the store. No I have to leave work and show up !

Ridiculously long wait. Waited 2+ hours to get an oil change and a tire rotation and balance. No one picks up the phone to check if car is ready. Will not be coming back, that’s for sure!

If you want good customer service and people who are knowledgeable then please do not come here.

The rates are cool and all, but the customer service sucks big time.

Need more people working. Went to 3 different department no one to help you. Should have at least one person to help customers. But i still love Walmart

Bought 4 new tires. Had them installed. Heard a knocking sound as soon as started to drive. Didn’t have it before.Took to my mechanic. He said tires I bought were no good.(good year)Came back to auto center, they said I had mechanical issues with my car:) that’s why there was a knocking soundComing from the tires. Never using this place again.

Don’t even bother unless you have plenty of time on your hands. I needed a tire plugged, the shop supposedly opens at 7am, but as of 7:14am no one had even acknowledged the growing line of customers waiting at the register. Took my business to nearby Bridgestone Firestone.

Staff is friendly and polite, but I was told less than 90 minutes for oil change and 2 tires, that was over 2 hours ago and theyve only changed the oil. I honestly think they serviced the people freaking out before me, which is only making me think I need to freak out.Update, we are 10 minutes away from 3 hours now

Waited in line for 20mins just to be told that my tires need to be ordered online, then picked up at the store. Customer service was very slow and well informed of auto products.

Called ahead to see if they were busy and got put on hold for over an hour, got to the auto center and saw they took there phone off the hook, lady behind the counter quickly put the phone back on the reciver when she saw i noticed. Then was told it would be a 3 hour wait to change a tire, will never be coming back here.

1st time it was awful, this was my 2nd time getting the full service oil change and I have to say Joseph was great. He actually did everything that you pay for and I mean vacuuming the car. He was helpful with answering questions that I had. Delightful and knowledgeable Wal-Mart auto care center needs more individuals like him.I didnt give a 5 stars because if I knew my car took more that 5 quarts (actually took 5.5) I would have like the option of putting it in myself or what they did by charging the extra$$ for .5 quarts.

So I shouldn’t even give a 1 star but there is no other option for me to start writing. My husband is being waiting for a oil change sense 3:30 this afternoon and they just got done now at 8pm That’s absolutely Ridiculous he could’ve gone somewhere but he figured sense he was already there he didn’t mind waiting a little bit but almost 5 hrs ? BS obviously They think they are doing the customer a favor! Never never never again !

I dont know how anything gets done the correct way, I asked 3 people there very simple questions and all 3 had no clue.

Got an oil change, they got the job done. But I was hoping it would be cheaper than Pep Boys it was about the same but Pep Boys have 25 dolla coupon. I asked the guy if theres any coupons he gave me a $0.50 coupon, LOL I didnt say nothing, I was speechless.

Worst service around! They are rude, unprofessional and inexperienced. The managers of this store are an embarrassment to themselves and the company.

Worst experience ever. Waited more than three hours to get tires put on and paid close to 300$. I will never come here again. They should hire new people because the lazy workers there are all dragging their feet like they dont want to be working there. Now, there was a customer before me waiting three hours for a oil change that should only take ten minutes at the most. At one point there was no one in the shop for more than thirty minutes, and the customer service is the worst I ever had to ever deal with. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy. I hate this place, ghetto, awful customer service, and lazy worker..

I’ve dropped off my Corolla today to change the tires, and when came home saw the deep scratches on the hood. Very disappointed ....

Prices are good, but the wait time is long

The new staff is better than before but now they charge you more to change the oil before was $9 when you buy your oil & filter now is $19

We spent an hour and a half waiting to get two tires. There were no seats and we had to stand the entire time.

This place is a joke! Youll be in here for 2hrs just to get ONE tire replaced....on a good day with no one waiting in line. Manager has no idea whats going on and cant help u, the workers just walk around, taking their time even to print out some paperwork...

Ordered tires 2 weeks ago still no tires manager could not help us. Honestly the service was so bad and so many problems to write down so when i checked the 1 star it was worse than that.

Took my car to this Walmart Auto Care Cntr & I experienced horrible customer service! I rather pay a bit more & get treated with some respect than to to this place. Spoke with Mgr, who didn’t offer a whole lot. Spare yourself the ordeal; go someplace else.

Great prices on tires and very helpful techs

I purchased a set of tires here. They told me to be there at a time to get them installed. I took off work early when i arived they had me running around the store to get some recipt from the pick up area. When i got back to the tire center (after jogging back and forth) they told me it was too late to have my tires installed. I took my tires and got them installed else were. Never again walmart!

If I had the option, Id give 0 stars! Very unprofessional.

Worst customer service Lauren answers phones says they do tire alignments then places me oh hold for over 25 mins. She comes back to the phone and ask for tire size. She then gives the phone to Bernard who then says they do not do alignments. Total waste of my time.

Good place to buy things for reasonable price

Horrible!!! Waited 4.5 hours for a tire change the mechanics are the cashiers and don’t have a clue on how to use register. The customer service is awful. The staff appears to be lazy and move like snails there wasn’t even a lot of cars in front of me.

All Walmarts are the same, they sell, they do business but customers service quality is too bad, do you imagine I got flies in babies food, yes they dont care about your health just money and money.

They have a phone which no one answers, which means they have no customer service. I would not take my car there.

Ive been sitting at the desk for 15 mins waiting to be helped an employee Daisy told me she had to add paper and then left to help process a guest who came after me. No other employee has approached the desk or asked if they could assist. Slow and unhelpful.

Poor quality service the guy with didnt want to make any deals I was buying all four brand new tires for my 14 2014 Ram pickup and he was just poor quality of workmanship

This is not the best Philadelphia Walmart !!!! It is a trail everywhere. They only have 4 clothing testers for all clothing departments !!!! It takes a long time to go to measure clothes!
