I just want a refund.Assures I’ll get a call back same day.It’s Sunday now.No call back.No refund.Update:It’s now Monday and I’ve called again.I was given “ Ivan’s”number and told he would help.Called Ivan, straight to voicemail.I call USA back.“Oh, Ivan is in Puerto Rico.” Call tomorrow.Update #2Its now been 9 days (Thursday) and I’ve called 2 more times.The product shipped Friday, one day after I was told the order could not be found and after I made it evidently clear I hand longer need the product.I was told yesterday I’d receive a call back. Nothing.I was told today they are still waiting on the owner to respond as he’s the ONLY one who can process orders.At first I was understanding about this considering Covid, but I would absolutely never recommend this shop to anybody seeking professional service and on time delivery. This was entirely their fault and responsibility. From what I was told the owner is the only one capable of processing orders so when he is out of town (like now) NOTHING gets shipped, processed or even packaged until he approves it. It’s absurd someone expects to run a business this way.

Ordered an item & paid a hefty shipping fee, said item still hasnt arrived. Out of stock & I keep getting the run around. Demanding a refund be issued & order haulted. Will not be doing business with them again. Will not recommend.

I called to get information on your products and what you would recommend for a black vehicle. I asked the gentleman to send to my email and he told me he couldn’t because he was busy then hung up the phone. I then call back and ask to speak with a manager and surprise it was the same person that hung up on me. Then he gives me a cheap excuse that he hit the wrong button.

Love their products - I use the detail spray & banana wax - the wax is the BEST on the market - BUT, the new bottle they use is TOO STIFF !! Impossible to squeeze the wax out of the bottle . . . Love the Product -HATE THE BOTTLE -- May go back to Formula 113 or Adams so it is not such a struggle to use .

They totally ignored me standing at and in front of, the counter. While customer after customer was happily and graciously helped with their orders. After putting up with this for about twenty minutes I blew a fuse and demanded the location of another paint store. Terrible service n unprofessional business manner outright.

Only place open on Saturday but the prices change from person to person I once paid the same price for a lower grade white paint as I did for a higher grade white paint with a pearl anybody knows anything about paints pearls cost more
