Highly recommend this place. Came in with unique solutions for a unique problem and got unique and educated help from manager (?) chuck. I had to walk a mile to pep boys, but drove home. And if Chuck ever sees this; Im glad we went with the 2 pack, the smaller one ended up working. Thanks again.

This store sucks with customer service. No one will ever answer there phones on any line. Terrible time trying to get service. Im sure they lose tons of Business because of this issue .. autozone and advanced auto always puck ul their phones.

I was completely satisfied with my service tonight at this Pep Boys. A particular product I walked in seeking was not in stock. Much to my dismay, I knew I’d probably had to walk away and seek it elsewhere. The associate Earl, who I had contacted moments before arriving at this store and even had a pleasant demeanor on the phone (which is scarce & rare for people to do nowadays), did the utmost to try to locate the product I was looking for. He went above and beyond by advising as to where I can find what I was looking for. He even exceeded great customer service by accommodating a similar product that works just as great. Earl & Charles teamed up to win a customer and they did just that. I’ll be coming here from now on for all of my vehicle needs.Thanks guys, keep up the excellent work! I appreciate the help!

Would have been 5 stars but the line for commercial customers gets backed up and busy. This store routinely schedules 1 person for the phones and the commercial customers. They should remedy this quick. What should be a 10 minute trip turns onto 30-45 minutes easy.

Workers need more schooling. Cant do simple math. Need training on how to speak with customers. Will not be receiving my business at this location ever again!

I needed to replace my tail light bulb and even though Pep Boys is not a service center, the older gentleman was gracious enough to aid me in this slightly complicated procedure. He grabbed his coat and didnt hesitate to help, despite the freezing temp! I am happy to go there for future purchases.

I did not want to review bomb however I must penalize for the lengthy delay between ordering tires and having them become available for pick up. I had tires shipped to the store. I made sure to click pay in store as it is the safest option for a consumer to never spend money before seeing a product in person. In this particular case the item never arrived as of 1 week past the received order email. Meanwhile... I have successfully ordered and received tires from a different establishment and have order higher quality tires at a cheaper price that included free shipping direct to home.I want to send a specific message to Manny, Moe and Jack as listed upon my pep boys received order email. It is extremely important to give proper updates to customers in the event of a delay. Please just cancel the order or make a simple call if there are any complications. I mean do something a week later an no word???I strongly believe that the items were available in store stock as the pep boys website seemed to only show items that where available for pick up. I called several times to no answer as well as an email never sent. This type of customer service should be embarrassing.(For anyone wondering why i was waiting for an additional email. In the initial received email it was stated that I should wait specifically for a confirmation email after the order was ready for pick up. I never received this. This review was made in an attempt to help others not fall into a troubling situation of having to wait weeks for tires that I was able to avoid. )After all that being said my money is more satisfied somewhere else.

If I could give half a star I would and they only get the half because one of the sales associates tried to fix the situation the guy gave me the wrong brakes and rotors after he had all my cars information I bought them back he was about to give me the wrong things again then he said they didnt have it until the other guy came and helped me he ordered my parts so I went to pick them up today and they never arrived they didnt call me to say that it wasnt there or anything now I have to go back for a third time tomorrow to get my parts if its not there Im getting my money back should I ask for my tip back

Waited 7 hours for an emissions test and obviously couldnt leave because my car was there, they tightened my parking break before asking me or telling me something was wrong Id have to fix. The 7 hours they said they called me but I never recieved a call and it was awful. Some staff were great. Too long of a wait

I needed a windshield wiper replaced and the help I received was great. The employee was very knowledgeable and patient he even put the new one on for me. Also I received a military discount. So if youre a veteran dont forget to ask.

Staff is fine, no issues with them, very nice and knowledgeable. CORPORATE though. They decided to close the store that was big, easy parking and good selection to move to a shopping center. They are buried in a corner and cut a huge amount of product. WHAT AUTO PARTS STORE DOESNT CARRY SOME SORT OF SPEAKER WIRE. Auto Zone took over the previous Pepboys location and they are going to bury them.

I ordered a part online. Received email it was ready for pick-up. The store manager Chris tells me they dont carry the part I ordered and could not give me something comparable at the same price. Associate Earl chimed in to also tell me what they couldnt do. So, I have the order, paid for it, but have no part. Then Chris tells me there is no one above him I can speak with. Thats never true. I have used site to store ordering before, but never dealt with these two individuals. This experience makes me not want to shop at Pep Boys again.

My car broke across the plaza from the pep boys store and aaa said they will be there in 3 hours. I could not stay in the car because the ac was not working and it was a very hot and humid day. So I decided to go in the store and see if anyone can help me. The guys there were so nice and friendly! One person went cross the plaza twice with me to check what was the problem with my car and tested and replaced the battery. The price was reasonable and the installation was done swiftly. I was able to get back to the road in very short time. It would have been such an awful day without those kind people.

Chris and earl did a wonderful job with awesome customer service 😁 Earl was very polite and helpful and Chris helped me with getting my head light on my car
