Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to get parts, especially hard to find ones. And if they dont have it they usually can get that day,make sure you call first thing in the morning. If they dont have it they can usally get it for by the next day.

They have the WORST customer service I have ever witness in my life. The guy was very rude. I went here to ask to they carry a specific type of brake and he was very dry and rude. He cut me off mid sentence and seemed very annoyed with me asking ONE question. I left so fast because I was so mad. I don’t normally write comments but I can’t believe how rude that man was it was very upsetting. NEVER GO THERE!

The other guy when you need car parts

I called there yesterday looking for a certain metric bolt. The kid assured me they had them and 15 in stock.I got there today. Now all of a sudden they dont have them... and to get the guy to go look was like pulling teeth.Now thanks to Napa my rig is down for a longer period of time. Never again will I spend a dime in their.Thanks again Bubba

I dont know much about the actual store. But I absolutely despise the fact that their employees park on the sidewalks around the shop. I and my dog have both almost been hit when the employees decide to pull out. Very rude.

Any part you need they probably have it or they can get it for you

I bought the life time warranty tools there but when the tool was broken, theyre not happy to exchange at all. Compare it to Sears no question to ask and happy to replace it.

My car battery died and I went in to get it tested and come to find out it was toast, likely the staff was excellent and gave me plenty options, lets just say I left out with a brand new battery at a resonable price.

This store has been closed for a least a year. Product is still in store but never open.

Paint nobody can help me because the paint guy is off today !!!! You should have a back up person !!!!
