Its incredible to have 2 auto parts stores 5 blocks approx. Apart that are so great at giving you the right part the men are experienced in the field.

Walked here to get a new headlight bulb. Service was rude - the staff barely acknowledged my presence during the transaction. Though I was eventually helped and got the correct part, there was neither a thank you nor eye contact as I was handed change and the receipt. I left feeling as if I had intruded, which is an unacceptable way to be treated as the customer!!! I figured Id patronize a local business over Pep Boys a block away but am sorry I did. Go to another auto parts store and get help from real humans.
