They had the car part I needed for a fair price. In this case a hood. Their customer service seemed above average for scrap yards, not taking long at all to tell me whether or not they had the part I was looking for. They took my old busted hood off my hands at no charge. And one of their employees helped me attach the new one as well which was appreciated.

Picked up the part Id search high and low for this weekend. Great service guys, you run a good business.

Great email communication with Nick, prompt response to quote request and answers to my additional email questions.Paid over the phone and was told about 2 hours for the part to be pulled. One hour later I received a call that part was ready to be picked up.Location was a bit hard to find for a first time customer but all was good. I recently salvaged my car here and it was such an easy process!! I was contacted via email after I filled out the online form on their website. They picked up my car from the mechanic and sent me a check in the mail within a couple days. Nick was also super helpful in taking some pictures of the car for me. I highly recommend. This is the BEST place to go if you need any used parts for a great price. All parts are tested before selling them. 30 day warranty as well. Nick and his staff were very helpful and welcoming. Nick even went the extra mile as to come look at under my hood and make sure I was buying the correct part. Very honest people. Very nice family oriented business. Waiting room is very clean. I have all but nice things to say about this place! Oh and me and my grandma enjoyed driving down the driveway to witness old antique fire trucks, ambulances, police cars, etc. Cool

Scrapped my old car with these guys and it was a great experience. Got rid of something I didnt use anymore and got a fair price for it with a free tow. Tow truck driver was very professional and the whole experience was painless and fast.

This is a great place with great service! The people here are super friendly and helpful. They have a large inventory and are always willing to help you find exactly what you need. The business itself is clean and you feel comfortable going in there...most other yards in that area are gross and really rude and can be intimidating to deal with, especially as a young woman. None of that nonsense here. Great service, would definitely return for car parts!

Meet the owner and his son. Very kind peoples that went beyond normal customer service to help. And the place is very professional, well kept and the help was very friendly too. I plan to use them first whenever I have a use parts need. I travel from Delaware to do business there and it worth it. Very very satisfied with the engine I purchased there. Sam made setting up pick up for our car easy. She was able to answer all of our question and definitely confident and well versed in her profession. We were just glad to have them tow our car for free but then they insisted on giving us some money for what we saw as a lemon. Mr. Brosko had no problem towing our car away. We live on a street with street parking, but he had no problem maneuvering his flat bed tow truck. Highly recommend and definitely will use Essington Avenue again.

I called looking for some Acura wheels and the owners daughter (Sam) was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do what was necessary to get the sale (that being sending pictures of the wheels). This is hands down the best junkyard in the Philadelphia region! As a business woman Ive felt uncomfortable in the past entering junkyards that are unclean and have poor service especially towards women. This establishment is the opposite! The business is clean and very welcoming. The gentlemen at the front desk are professional and extremely helpful and the office manager is a woman! They have access to many parts, are reasonably priced, and can ship anywhere for your convenience. I would highly recommend this business to everyone!

This place has a lot of older cars available. The customer service is very helpful. I do wish they would let you work with their parts pullers, as they are not a u-pull yard. Sometimes when pulling older fragile stuff, the customer may know a certain car better, especially old ones that the employees dont work on often, and could be helpful in removing things easier and lessen the chance of breakage of parts. Even charging a little more for the employees time would be fine.

I needed a motorcycle taken when I had to move suddenly and they came through very fast. Today I was looking for a you pull it yard for a customer of mine and came across them and there is my bike sitting there in a picture (former bike). Nice to see it! Thanks for the quick pick up you guys saved me a freaking ton of headaches in a rough time.

There is a young guy there who is always nice and respectful to me. He allowed me to do an exchange on an item once with a $25 extra labor charge of course but I was fine with it. I liked that they had the stuff I needed for my car. The only thing I hate is that if the item is not big ticket enough on price then I feel like I get the cold shoulder because they only have so much labor that they would prefer to use it for something else. Which I can understand. However, when I offer to do it myself because I have done it before many times and can remove it quickly they state they do not allow customers to pull the part themselves. I mean I have spent money there before l, so I am a repeat customer, but I just wish someone else had the car/parts I am looking for as well. I almost want to buy the whole car from them when they say stuff like that just to not have to deal with that stuff anymore. Hmmm? I wonder how much that would be worth?

This the worst business I been too. I came here to buy a used alternator when I got here the caucasian young lady up at the front desk didnt even acknowledge me I had to continually say hello to get her attention. Then the alternator that I brought looked worst then the one I was replacing. I tried to take it back on Monday when they are open cause they are closed on the weekend but when I got here on Monday at 9:30 thinking they would be open cause they say they open at 8:30 but I get here and the gate is still locked and Im calling the business over and over and over and somebody in the business is forwarding the call.im highly upset.never shopping here again. I would take yall money else where.

Get most of my parts here, tires and all. People are pleasant and great to work with and the office is such a pleasant place to go to, clean and family like. They Do all they can to find parts I need and when they cant they let me know where I can go. Thanks Essington Ave

I was looking for ignition coils and lower intake for my endeavor 2006, and I looked all over the place finally I called this place! The guy was polite, helpful and a decent human being over all, unlike other place ( as we all know used parts places are notorious for being rude) so this guy was a breath of a fresh air and I didnt fix my car yet and I dont know if the parts will work or not, but Im satisfied with the experience and just to deal a good guy, thanks

Called to inquire some pricing on a few parts, the guy said that the parts I were looking for would be better off just being bought new, also got some pricing on cosmetics and he was swift with the pricing and info that I wanted. That was my first time I called and I will surely be going back. Customer service was awesome

Im going to be honest. I had a bad experience because of the amount of time the make me wait for a part., and when I went to pick it up, he told me it was not ready, that I had to wait 30 more mns. But after driving two hours to get there in the first place, I was dissapointed for the service. I dont doubt the parts are good, but man, service makes people come back. So, Im not coming back, and will not recommended it unless you have enough time to waste. Good luck!
