Prices are great. Guy that works at the desk, Ed, is extremely rude.

I use this company for part and let me say 1 thing, the prices are okay but the delivery turn around time is UNACCEPTABLE..I cant afford to wait 2 hours for parts when I have a customer waiting for repairs and customers waiting for an open lift. I save a couple dollar on parts and lose probably hundred waiting for parts..NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. Sorry but I have to keep it 100%. Needless to say, Im closing my account with them!
