Someone popped my window with a crowbar and ransacked my car (‘19 Nissan Rogue). I called first thing in the morning got a great quote and had my window replaced by 4pm same day on a Friday. I didn’t even have to clean the shattered glass up, it was already vacuumed upon pick up. Great service, don’t hesitate to use this shop!

On a holiday weekend we had our front passenger window broken out. After making an appointment at Safelite for several days out and several hundred dollars, I found this shop in our neighborhood. Since it was a holiday the shop was closed but I called and left a message. Got a call the next morning from the owner as soon as the shop opened, got an extremely reasonable quote, and had the car in 20 minutes later. It was done by noon. The owner couldnt have been nicer. So glad I called. Will go back if ever I need to. Thanks!

Door lock (or sensor) was coincidentally broken in the same door as the window they fixed when I picked it up. Tried to charge me to fix that too and never even called me back about it.

I highly recommend Auto Glass Installed! I called at about 7:30am and they got back to me by 8am and I dropped my car off by 8:45. It was all done by 12:30- a little earlier then the estimated time. While on a weekend away in Philly we had our car window smashed out. It was a cold Saturday. Insurance was no help in finding a repair before Monday (they contract with safelite). We faced a ruined weekend, driving home 2 hours with an arctic blast on us.Other places that advertised that they were open didn’t answer their phones. This placed did. Within 5 minutes they said they could fix it. 2 1/2 hours later it was completed for over a hundred dollars less than what insurance said I would pay. Hero!!! Saved the weekend.

Horrible! The owner returned my call after my drivers side window was broken, he claimed that the junkyard he gets windows from had the window I needed and as long as I got my car in there soon it would be done that day, however it was not. I called the next day and he was very rude, yelling at me about how it was out of his hands and all of the sudden it had to get shipped in and he could not guarantee me when it would be done. I explained that Ive already missed two days of work and he continued to yell at me and threatened me if I called again I could just come pick up my van and he wouldnt do any work so I found a different shop with a lower price and went to pick up my van from his shop. When I got there he tried to make me pay him $50 for nothing, he did no work at all yet tried to keep my keys until I gave him $50. After refusing multiple times he finally gave me my keys and I took it to a different shop, work was done within 30 minutes from a different shop who was also cheaper. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE AND WANNA SPEND MORE FOR CHEAPER QUALITY WORK. Absolutely the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with.

My car was broken into and passenger window was shattered... Owner here got back to me quickly and offered a very fair quote for fixing the window compared to other places I called. On top of making the repair sooner than expected and doing a quality job, he also vacuumed up the shattered glass. One less headache to deal with. Recommend.

My rear window was vandalized and I called over 10 businesses and none could find a window (my car is old). Rich was great, he found one in ten minutes and did it for literally half the price that I was quoted by others. I cant recommend this place enough!

My car was broken into overnight. The junkie tried prying my door open with a crowbar, bending the frame, and when that didnt work, smashed my window. Upon recommendation of my normal neighborhood garage, I called Auto Glass Installed to see about replacing the window. The guy there said to bring it around whenever I can.Within two hours, Auto Glass Installed replaced the window, was able to bend the frame back in place, vacuumed up the remnants of broken glass and cleaned up dirt the junkie left behind on the door and steering wheel. AND...they did it at a very reasonable rate.Highly recommend this to anyone in Fishtown that needs good, quick work done. They went the extra mile.

I recommend this shop. I was presented with the opportunity to have new aftermarket glass, used BMW glass or New BMW glass for my passenger door window replacement. The glass & the work only set me back $120, a very good price, and the work was done in a timely manner.

Somebody hit my daughters rear windshield with something that shattered it. Needless to say, her morning started not so hot.We called different place and came across this one. They were nearby, reasonable,and enough wait time for us to eat and check out Fishtown.
