Syrena was great! I got into a car accident and ran into a lot of problems, but they kept me updated the whole way and was both kind and responsible.

Outstanding service. The body work and paint job were perfect. They went above and beyond by also vacuuming the inside of my car and gave the whole vehicle a car wash. The price was very reasonable.

This place got my car looking brand new. They were quick and had friendly people working there. They even arranged for my rental company to drop off my rental and have it picked up after the work was completed. They also guarantee the work for life. They worked directly with the insurance company and gave me updates on when everything would be done.

Great experience. Someone hit the front of my brand new car and Syrena was able to have it ready and fixed for me within 8 days after the accident. The whole experience was pleasant and they were able to answer all my questions with no problem. They kept me updated the entire day. The car looks exactly how it did before the accident and their warranty on their work last for as long as i own the car. I definitely recommend them.

I was rear ended unfortunately and had to get my car fixed. The other party insurance recommended this place and guaranteed the fix for a lifetime of the car. Everything was a smoothe process and breifed on the assessment of my car. It did not take long for them to fix my car neither. I appreaciate the careful detail and protection coat they put on their work. After I picked my car up I was satisfied by the cleanliness and worked that was put in to restore its original look. When I had questions and concerns they assured me I was fine and that my car would be good to go. If I did had a major problem with any area after the fix they were willing to rectify the situation. I wasnt referred but I seen this place often during travel. I came to syrena for a quote and it was reasonable. Ken told me the amount of days it would take. I came back about 2weeks later. Ken helped me with my rental car and had them pick me up too. My car was taken care of expeditiously. Man my car look beautiful it even felt like a new Samsung phone (silky lol), when I ran my hand across it. To top it off my car was cleaned inside and out. BEWARE! When I picked up my sports sedan after having body work completed I thought it looked good but upon entering my car and starting it, I found that it had been in sports mode and someone from the shop had taken it for a joyride!!!!!! I REPEAT, SOMEONE FROM THE SHOP PUT MY CAR INTO SPORTS MODE AND TOOK IT FOR A JOYRIDE !!! When completing the body work I received a phone call letting me know that they scratched my window tint and they would have to replace it. To be fair, who ever they had doing the window tinting replacement could have perhaps taken it on the joyride. But regardless, it is the shops responsibility! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! BEWARE!

My Experience here was horrible. I had my car towed to them and I ask for an estimate on the repairs. Instead doing what I asked, they did the work without my authorization. This forced me to go through my insurance company instead of having the option to do the work myself. A $500 bumper and grill ended up being $1900. When my wife called and tried to resolve the situation the Manager “Bill B” was very ignorant and disrespectful. We had to call a lawyer and go to the police. The owner got involved of he did negotiated the price. We end up paying $600 cash plus the money from the insurance claim. We then got our car back only to find items missing. We called back to respectfully inquire about the items and “Bill B” again was very disrespectful. I don’t understand how they can function as a business with “Bill B” as a manager and his lack of customer service. I will not rest until I exhaust all my legal options.

Went here bc Geico had an insurance estimator on site. They did the work in the time promised and it looks good. One complaint is they replaced my gas cover and now it wont open remotely. They were fine and the work looks pretty good. One downside is you might get work done more cheaply elsewhere. They charge exactly what insurance pays you.

Ive gone here a few times to have my car fixed (its not my fault!), and every time, theyve done a beautiful job at making the car look like new!For the GEICO customers: theres a claims adjuster and an Enterprise Rent-A-Car representative on site, so if you have an appointment, you can just drop your car off with GEICO, sign a few forms, walk literately 2 steps to sign for your rental car, and walk 10 steps to sign forms with the auto body shop, and youre done.

This is a good place to go to have your car repaired.
