They where very helpful and profesional, i had damage to the whole side of my passenger side and was worried about the color matching being perfect and let me just say my car came out looking like no damage had happened, Hugo the manager was very informative and reassured me that my car would be ready in a week and he definitely finished when he said he was.. i highly recommend them .

A friend of mine works in the body shop there and recommended I take it there. After seeing some of his work that was very impressive, I decided to give them a shot. Dropped off on a Monday was told it would be at least 7 days, got a call thursday it would be ready for pick up at 4:30. Not only was the work magnificent they also washed and waxed my vehicle and buffed out a scratch I didnt mention. Great communication and awesome work/ timeline. Staff was friendly and proffessional.

The office staff member was helpful, friendly & professional. This is why I gave 3stars. The paint was not completely dry when I picked up my car. The work wasnt 100% complete and the manager has avoided me for over 2 months. I have filed an official complaint now with the Better Business Bureau.

Amazing 😉. My car was hit from the back and they fixed it beyond my expectations. Thank you guys, can’t wait to get my radio installed...oh and yeah I have had my car back for two days and someone already hit my side door. Soooo I’ll be back 😞.

Incompetent tow truck drivers. I called and gave them the cross streets where my car was located and asked for a tow. After 25 mins, a driver calls me and tells me they cant find me. I repeat it and he says ok. Another 10 mins go by and I call the number back and he says again, he cant find me. Really? Im giving you the exact intersection, what is so difficult?

They will hold you car for as long as they can to make extra storage money. They never call back and response. First few days they make you run around to hold your vehicle so they can charge storage. Tow rate and storage are double the industry standard. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

They charge whatever they want to charge you once you sign in sheet. They always say manager will give you a call back but they never do. They will try to keep your car as long as they can. If your car tow to this store, big troubles. I leaved my car for 5 days they charge me 800 dollars.

I got in an accident and my truck had a bumper that was on back-order. I wanted to take care of the cost of repair outside of insurance since the quote was only $1,000 and my deductible was $1,000. The truck sat in their storage for a long time. I was in contact with the manager Hugo who said he wouldnt charge me storage fees. The truck was there for a long time. When I decided to get the truck out of there without waiting for the bumper anymore, I tried to call up and pay the $1,000 and get the work started. I called for months but could never get a call back from Hugo. I went to the shop and spoke to him face to face, he said the price was still $1,000 but couldnt take my payment because he was closed at the time. I called back when they were open and the receptionist told me to call some guy named Abdul at a different number. Abdul told me he was the owner and the price was now $5,000 not $1,000. He said he didnt know why Hugo told me the price was $1,000 but he wouldnt release the car for a penny less than $5,000 because of the storage fees. Now since this was so long after the accident, insurance wont cover it and the owner is basically extorting for 5 grand.Basically I got scammed by ghetto scumbags. Do not take anything to this place. Hugo seemed like a nice guy but Im not sure if he was part of the scam from the beginning or if he just doesnt have any authority and Abdul is the slimy owner pulling bait and switches. They vulture accidents that happen on Roosevelt Blvd and inflate prices when you try to get your car out.

Ive dealt with them on 3 different occasions and all were very satisfactory experiences, Hugo has always been up front with what needs to be done. I would definitely recommend Rockland to anyone.

Dont go here!!!! Rockland sucks. So my husband came in for a replacement for a door. He paid the guy 350$ because he was getting it online. Everything was fine, and my husband asked the guy to save the window from the busted door. The guy said ok. When the guy was finished he then stated that would be 250$. Huh? For taking out the window. You never told me .I would have to pay for that..The guy said you think that was for free? My husband said..you never told me I would have to pay..The guy said PEOPLE LIKE ME. THEN STATED YOU LEAVE AND NOT PAY. MY HUSBAND DIDNT HAVE 250 BECAUSE HE DIDNT KNOW HE WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR A WINDOW. IT WAS HIS WINDOW IN THE FIRST PLACE...PEOPLE LIKE ME. WHAT A RACIST REMARK JUST BC HIS BLACK. WHY BC HE DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY OR BC HES BLACK. The guy turned around and walked away..kept saying people like me. Great customer service..NOT.
