After 3 attempts at trying to get my 2013 Explorer repaired by a Shop that was MY Choice ! I Quickly learned that Management, Not Owners are running that Body Shop ! After the 3rd Attempt at repairing my Car and 4 rentals later ? I went around to the Dealership and did what I thought was the Right thing ? Boy was I wrong ! I was told by the GM that my Vehicle was not a Brand New Car ! His Words ! I bought 5 Vehicles off of Pacifico since 1988 and Never had any problems that rose to this level ! Ive owned 7 Fords So Far all together ! He put his Manager before Established Customer who has All of their Maintenance Work done by them plus I also bring Family members to them ! Im done ! I Told the GM after he made me feel like I WAS the Problem ? That he would NEVER See me there again ! Imagine that ? He and the Body Shop Manager pushed a 33 year Customer Away just by Not Doing Their Job and Having the Customers Back ? Very Disappointed to put it Mildly ! I Hope that this review reaches the Ownership Level Because the GM Level Failed in a Big Way !!

Was told the repair may take 10 days. I expected it to take maybe 15 days to provide them a cushion. They took 30 days without communicating with me after approximately day seven. I had to call them on day 27 to find out that they had to order a part that was overlooked during their initial inspection. Meanwhile, they told my insurance company that the car was ready and I didnt pick it up. The insurance company called me wanting to know why I didnt return the rental. I had to explain my car wasnt ready. A 10 day job taking 30 days is outrageous.

Took my vehicle in 9 am Monday morning was told originally “should be done on Friday “ side panels and rear wheel panel- my mistake was not asking which Friday. Took them until the following Thursday to give me my truck back. When I go to pick it up, a new problem-no more back up assist. Take it and We will have a tech come and fix it Told it’s a simple pull and plug.Had to wait 3 days for a tech to come and look at it (Monday ) only to tell me they have to take the bumper off so bring it back to shop.no one from the shop calls me to schedule this! ! i So on Thursday I call. Yes, we were told by the tech. ( I guess they were waiting for thee grass to stop growing before they call me. -this is on their $ so they are not in any rush to complete this. So I I have to go on Tuesday. I was told same day service . I will update this .

The other reviews on Google will tell you a similar story. Their customer service is pathetic. Even if someone specifically says theyll call you back, no one ever does. You could be waiting weeks to hear about your vehicle. The repair time takes at least twice as much as what they tell you. So be prepared to wait, a while, for your car. Never had these issues with other Ford dealers. Seems like Pacifico really likes to milk their services.

They did a good job fixing my trunk. You cant tell that it was replaced from the outside at all. There is one point on the inside you can but I dont care about that. the only thing that bothered me was not calling back when they said they would and me not really knowing when Id get my car back. It woulda been a 5 if the communication was there.

They did a good job with the repair but there needs to be better transparency between the front office and whoever is working on your car. I kept hearing tomorrow..tomorrow and it wouldnt be done. I should not have to call the day that you told me my car would be ready for you to say oh, its not ready...They need to be more upfront and realistic with the time expectations for the repairs, including when parts, such as glass, are needed.

Great, friendly and curtioues staff!! Bud is amazing! From the minute I walked into the door to the day I picked up my car up I was treated great! The truck came out beautiful like it never had been in a accident. I would definitely recommend this place!

Over priced. $50 to Jerry Rig the latch on my hood so it would shut. So quick job. I was able to get home and not worry about my hood opening on the highway.

Unfortunately got work done here for my company car. Their estimate in the beginning was 4-5 weeks top. My car ended up being there for 3 months, and never got straight answer why the delay. My keys were lost everytime I went to pick up something from the car, and everytime they were in some dudes random drawer. No communication at all or status updates. Will not come back.

Unfortunately I had the same experience here as Aaron and Joe. Poor communication, extremely long service (had my car for 3.5 weeks) and sky high prices (nearly 14k in restorations) when other shops that Ive talked to after the fact gave me much lower ballpark estimates without even knowing what their price was. Do yourself a favor and find another place to do your work. Youll thank me later.

Let me start by saying, this shop deserves more than 5 stars. My vehicle have been there since 7/9/18 and got her today, 7/25/18. With the given time(well worth the wait) my car looks like it just came out of the showroom. The staff is very nice and accommodating (that being said, I can be a real pain in the butt and they kept me afloat, especially, Marlene. OMG...she’s a gem!) I have nothing to complain about. The work done was reasonable in price and time. I even hugged my car when I got her back😂. Having a newer vechicle, patient is a must which I lack😔...but all in all, I’m very pleased with the work done. Thank you Pacifico.

Terrible overall experience. Most of the staff were nice. The body work was ok, but it was the time it took to get the work done and the non existent communication that makes it not worth coming to this body shop.It took almost 3 weeks to fix and repair a side mirror, fender, and some bumper scratches. They do not tell you if any problems arise or if there are any delays. So if you decide to go here make sure you call and follow up with them often, otherwise your car will just sit there. I like the dealership but not their body shop. You are better off looking else where for body work.

Holy dear lord this place is a lesson in how not to communicate. Theyve now had my car for a hair over 5 weeks to put a bumper on and fix a door. At no point did I receive an outbound call saying hey heres whats going on with your car.Every single time I called the delightful grandma-type running the front desk would tell me its just about done, but I dont have your folder in front of me. Apparently just getting it cleaned up, takes about a week.Getting bodywork is pretty much a commodity service - they either do good or bad, and they do it fast or slow. Cant comment on the work itself (yet), but if I come out with anything less than a new ferrari Im never going back.

Pacifico Ford auto body shop they did a terrible job on my SUV they had my truck for over 2 months and then when I did get back someone had broke into my car and stole a lot of stuff out why it was still on there property they gave me back my car it wasnt fixed right they give me so much trouble... I would not never take a car back there again or SUV I have a 2013 GMC Terrain ma auto insurance company recommended for Pacifica why would you take a GMC to a Ford place to be fixed

The people that work there are nice enough, but the service is extremely slow. Some rear end bumper damage took 2 weeks to repair. After the first 8 days I hadnt heard anything so I had to call them to check the status. I cant believe that after a week no one had reached out to me. Service is ok, but not fast and they are not communicative. Would only recommend if you dont care when you get your car back.

Got quoted 3x the amount for a tiny dent. Alex’s Autobody Shop on Broad st got the job done in 4 days (when this place said it will take about a month). I dodge an enormous bullet, and you should do the same.
