Needless to say, they did an amazing job; starting from discussion, estimates, actual work, calling insurance, painting post repairs, everything was impeccable. My cars bumper was ripped off (construction on my block) so I had to file a claim. I was T-boned when a driver ran a red light, which caused my side airbags to deploy and passenger doors to be damaged. Many collision bodyshops decline to fix my vehicle, or they would insist I go after the insurance company, some flat out told me to buy a new vehicle. This place is awesome, I spoke to Samuel. I was at first skeptical about things because a lot of places tell you one thing and do another and not keep their word. However Samuel kept his word and my car was immaculate when I got it back. Thank you Guys over there. Helped save me tons of money. Highly recommended to check them out. Best body shop around. I was in an accident recently and they worked with me on everything from the rental, tow and repairs. They are more than fair and all of their work comes with a warranty. I highly recommend them.

I want to take this time to thank Bill a driver for the tow company handcraft.. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 8/9/20 and was rush to the er along with my 13 yr old daughter.. I was not at fault but my mother had to come to the scene and wait for the police and the tow to take my car... I went with a different tow just because I knew them from past experience but the customer service that was received by this young man towards my mother was beyond acceptable it was amazing 😉 he was professional and caring and stood with my mother at the scene because this is what he does ...it’s shows his dedication and service to our community.. no wonder handcraft has been in business for 16 yrs and are a second generation business. Handcraft is one amazing shop great customer services and they do a dame great job with fixing cars. I have a White Dodge Charger that been hit 2 times and handcraft is the only shop i will ever take my car to for fixing. I had no trouble a rental until my car was completely fixed. I love this shop the owner is amazing so down to earth so he understand how bad customers want there car back and fixed the right way. Theses men are great. my car look like it never been hit.

I recently got my 2019 Honda Accord fixed here ! Yesss 2019 Honda Accord !!! I must say they did an AMAZING job !!!!!!
