I have used Faulkner Collision Specialists on more than one occasion. They have done great work on my cars and on one car in particular that had a complicated paint job that they brought in someone who knew how to do that particular paint and he did a wonderful job!

I was there for a repair for my rear bumper and with hindsight I told them I had an issue with my key slot on my door, was told would be fixed, here my door was tampered with from the inner door panel resulting in my handle unable to open the door. I had someone else look at in and I was shown that someone must have tried to fix but resulted in making it worse. The rod contact was broken and tried to be fixed with a zip tie. 0 stars

The service was excellent. I received status updates on my cars progress frequently, which was very different from my past experiences. The team was so detailed on the process I felt confident my car was in good hands. The car was on and warmed up when I went to pick it up. I was amazed by the courteous service even to the last transaction with the customer service representative. My car looked like nothing ever happened. I cant Express enough the genuine full service treatment I received. Excellent Job, Team!

WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND !

I used Faulkner Collision to repair my body. I drove out after they ¨completed the repairs and came back because they damaged my tire´s air pressure detector and brake lights while molding the tire ring. They refused to fix it too. Some scam this company is! They are so cheap that they won´t even fix what they damaged.

Communication was great. After estimate, I was given a date for when the work would be done and they finished all the work as scheduled. There was a hiccup with some of the work done but they were accommodating and rectified the mistake. They were very professional. One of the better experiences that Ive had with auto body shops.

Over three years ago I hit a deer on 611 with my Honda Civic. The whole front end was badly damaged and the window cracked. They have an excellent eye for fixing the inside and out of your car. This is over three years later and I have had no issues with my car and the paint is holding up better than the factory paint has. Been waiting since Friday for a return call! They have my car for repairs I called on Friday to find out what damages I have and they said they would call me back by the end of the day. It’s now the end of the day weds and I have not heard back from them! Hope there work is better then they are with returning phone calls!!!

Please save yourself the headache. The work is sub-par. I had to go back multiple times in order get the work corrected. Even still the work was not done to perfection. In the end, they will blame you for expecting too much. They do not stand by their work. Avoid at any cost or the cost will be out of your pocket.

My Ford was severely damaged by a hit and run. I had it towed to Faulkner Collision on Haldeman Ave. They did top quality work in a minimal amount of time.
