My car was totaled in an accident in the city and they were the only folks involved who were extremely kind and understanding throughout the entire process. I wasnt able to get my car fixed by them but the customer service was so lovely Ill definitely be returning for any future body work.

Degovanni did some purely cosmetic updates on my Jeep Wrangler. Finished out the OEM wheels in black gloss and painted out the silver OEM trim pieces in the grille and around the lamps in satin black. Everything turned out great, pricing was fair, and the work was done ahead of schedule.

They were amazing! Dean answered every time I called and got my car fixed before the original estimated date. These people are wonderful and classy professionals and they did a great job with my car.

Dont walk run from this place. Took 10 weeks to get my car fixed, every time I got the car back something else had to be fixed. They never took responsibility until I had to finally deal with the owner. He is a good guy but his staff is horrible. The one office manager got in a fight with my insurance adjuster, and refused to communicate with her, leaving my car to sit for weeks without working on it. I was in a front end collision, they gave the car back without working head light. The picture is there idea of fixing my passengers side mirror. The glass wasnt properly attached and it came loose as I was driving. Causing the mirror to break. It took another 3 weeks before this was finally resolved.

I had my Honda Civic repaired here and they did an AMAZING job. They even cleaned my car for me! They picked up my car and brought it back to my home once the repairs were complete and I didnt even have to pay for that. The staff was very helpful and updated me throughout the entire time my car was in their shop. I highly recommend this shop!

Everyone at this shop is so friendly and personable. having moved to the city recently, it’s always a challenge finding a new, reliable body shop. every question i had was answered promptly, if not before getting the chance to even ask. they keep you updated the whole time your car is in the shop and will call you with any concerns or suggestions during the process of it. they truly take care of their customers and are very professional about it. 10/10 recommend and will be taking my car back if i need any more work done!

I came in to have repairs done to my car after the accident. The receptionists Melissa was so helpful with the insurance setting up the rental. Someone sideswiped my Honda Accord.They left the scene of the accident.DeGovanni Collision Experts was referred to me by my neighbor. I decided to get a quote for the repairs. After getting the quote I decided to use my insurance company.My insurance company handled the claim with DeGovanni’s through a face time virtual application. I was there when the estimator called my company it took almost 25 mins to get a hold of an insurance estimator. After the insurance estimator sent the quote they did not include the door glass which was shattered.it took DeGovanni’s 2 other face time calls with my insurance company before my company got the estimate right. My insurance company missed the glass, the paint time, and they also kept getting the taxes wrong.I am glad I used DeGovanni’s they handled the claim process which to me was excruciating.Once the claim was handled my Accords repairs were flawless and they vacuumed and washed my vehicle.I am very satisfied and extremely happy.Friendly people. I brought in my vehicle to get an estimate for a bumper repair after reading the excellent reviews. I am generously giving two stars only because of the exceptional attention that I received from Melissa at the front desk when I arrived. Management, however, is a different story...Dean Zafiriadis took a brief look at my vehicle and informed me that although the damage did not look extensive, there might be internal damage. Specifically, to safety components under the front bumper. He gave me an estimate for the job, and I was shocked by the high amount. I decided to seek a second opinion from a dealership body shop that same morning, and I am glad that I did.The dealership examined my bumper and informed me that any internal damage was highly unlikely. Furthermore, they buffed out many of the scratches free of charge. An optional paint job was also offered to me. The cost was over $600 LESS than what Dean quoted me, which is NOT what I expected for a dealership repair! No internal damage to components found either.There should not have been such a large discrepancy in pricing. Either Dean was gravely mistaken, or he was taking advantage of the situation. Nonetheless, I value honesty from businesses, and I do not feel I got it from DeGovannis. Before you decide to spend your money here, make sure you do your homework first.

I received an update daily on the repairs on my vehicle.

I had used them for repairs in the past and they have always done an excellent job. So when I had a minor dent on my my car I took it to them. They were able to bang out the dent for no charge. Excellent customer service

I own a white BMW 3 Series, and I dont trust anybody to work on my car. Unfortunately I have been hit 3 times in the past 2 years requiring collision repair. Only repair shop I would ever trust would be DeGovanni Collision Experts. All replaced parts and paint are always OEM, and each time I would come to pick up my car; I couldnt tell if it was ever hit. They even detail your car to give it that fresh off the lot look and smell. I really hope I never need any body repair ever again, but if I have a collision they are my shop!

My 2014 Accord got bumped by another car (Philly parking, what can you do) and the clear coat was all messed up. I had no clue how to fix it myself, so I came to De Govanni to see what they can do. These guys buffed out the scratches on my car right then and there for free. Took less than 15 minutes. The people at De Govanni are stellar, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been to this body shop twice and have been very pleased both times. The first time that I brought my car in was due to a minor fender bender.A year prior (before I had ever even heard of DeGiovannis), I was rear-ended and my car was towed to a nightmare of a shop. My experience with that other shop felt like it was out of a movie. They were professional scammers to say the least... I thought that was all behind me but when I brought my car to DeGiovannis for the first time, they showed me that the previous shop had scammed me even more than I initially realized. In a nutshell, that shop hid my car’s internal damage by giving me a new bumper and never actually repairing the damage that was done to my car.Jim, one of the owners at DeGiovanni, called me immediately. He was concerned for my safety and told me that he wasn’t letting me leave their shop until he repaired what the previous shop hadn’t. Mind you, I was in his shop for a different reason but he cared enough about my well being that he repaired someone else’s mess. This level of service spoke volumes to me. He didn’t even care about the money, he just wanted me to be safe. He worked with my insurance company to fund the repairs and the process was absolutely seamless. His level of customer service goes above and beyond anything I could have asked for.After that experience, I saved Jim’s cell phone number. When I needed to take my car to his shop for something else, I simply texted him. He added me to the books and kept me updated via text the entire time. I picked my car up last week and she is a beauty again! They do such great work and Jim has been the cherry on top!5 stars all around!

Jim and team are fantastic. Went to them after a truck clipped my car. I was shaken up and they were so helpful and welcoming when I arrived. I wasnt familiar with the process of having a claim handled by insurance, so they explained the whole process to me, kept me updated with the status of my claim and repairs, and even called the rental company to pick me up.

I always do A LOT of research before I buy goods or services. I was in an accident back in January. I finally got around to taking my car in back in April. My car was fixed sooner than expected. They updated me every step of the way. There was an issue and the owner (Jim?) brought a technician out to my job and fixed it. The detail made my car look like new and I fell in love with it again. Lastly, my car was spray painted by some idiot. They tried to get it off, but they didnt know what it was (since my car is deep purple and the spray paint was black, they thought the top layer was coming off). When I picked up my car, it came up in conversation that it was spray paint. A few moments later, one of the managers came back and started wiping it off clean. They took care of it though it was completely unrelated to my accident and claim. I am so appreciative of everything they did. They went above and beyond every step of the way! I will definitely take my car back here God forbid something else happens to it.

I dont usually write reviews but I felt compelled with my experience here. DeGovannis collision was great from start to finish! They quickly gave me an estimate on my 2016 Nissan Rogue and started working on my car. They sent text and picture updates along the way. The car was ready when estimated and they would have dealt with hertz rental for me had I let them. Everything about my experience was convenient. Customer service was excellent amongst reception, mechanics, and I believe I also met with the owner as well! I cannot recommend them enough, especially when you are dealing with a car wreck. They will take care of everything for you!

I have had my car repaired at DiGovannis twice due to hit and runs. Not only are they professional, personable, and so friendly, but they kept me fully updated on the repair process both times. They set up my rental for me, returned it for me, and even dropped my car off to my house (the first time I didnt rent a car). I am a nurse and work long hours, and Jim was kind enough to stay several hours late so that I could pick up my car after work. They really do go above and beyond!

Could not imagine nicer people! Took my car because it had a large dent and various scratches throughout. Starting to look pretty shabby. There was no insurance claim. Strictly out of pocket. Dean advised having it detailed first and returning for them to for the dent removal and scratch touch-up. I picked up my very new looking car at the barest imaginable cost. These people want your business and will clearly work to get it and keep it.

My car was collided into by a giant trucks wheel bolts that made my vehicle look like it has been slashed by a tiger with titanium claws (very difficult to explain, just bare with me). Degovanni made my vehicle look beautiful again!! I really thank this place for all the hard work and quick turn around (and continuous updates on the status of my vehicle). Someone knocked off my passenger door mirror it was hanging on by the cord.The mirror scratched my door.After asking a few friends if they knew any shops in Manayunk a couple said try DeGovanni Collision. Stopped their on a Saturday around 12:15. I gambled since the hours posted are from 9:00 to noon.I stopped in and asked to get an estimateThe gentleman said no problem.He looked at my vehicle and said do you mind if I try something. I said sure he came back out with some type of polish and a rag massaged and rub the door for a few moments and the scratch was gone.He then asked if he could try some glue on the mirror again I said sure.He placed glue on the mirror and taped it up and said leave the tape on the mirror until tomorrow. If it holds you should be good if not call us and we will give you a quote.I asked him how much Do I owe you he said do not worry about it only took a few moments.Well its been about 2 weeks now and the mirror is still holding and the scratch is also gone.If I ever need collision repairs (I surely hope I do not) DeGovanni Collision is the place I will go to.

My mother is 83yrs old and pulled her bumper out of alignment when she parked too close to a high curb. She took it to the Nissan Dealership first where they quoted her over $1500 saying it needed to be replaced and painted. When I found this out, I told her to take it down the street to DeGovanni Collision because Ive always heard good things about them.She was greeted by a nice young man who took a look and asked her if she wanted him to call me.I briefly spoke to him and he said it could be fixed with a couple clips and a dab of touchup paint. Jim DiPasquale (the owner) came over and introduced himself to her and said There is no charge for today, but please come back and see us if God forbid you need us in the future.Now that is a trustworthy business and a smart community oriented businessman! Theyve got our business!
