Without question Bill is the most honest hardworking guy in the business Bill and his team were top notch I couldn’t be happier with his work over the years. Bill came recommended by my mechanic, and I’m so glad I brought my car to him. Bill was affordable and did great work. He explained exactly what was needed and was more than happy to answer my questions. When Bill was finished, the car looked good as new - you can’t tell a dent was there, or that it’s not the original paint. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready by early Thursday afternoon, as promised. Car had been cleaned, too. Everyone who worked in the office was friendly and communication was easy. I had an incredible experience from the moment I drove my car into the lot unti I picked my car up. I was kept updated on the status of the repairs and communication with the insurance company. Unfortunately had my back bumper busted up in a hit & run and shopped around for a while before finally getting it fixed here. Bill was able to beat the prices of basically every competitor and was super friendly and easy to work with. Once he had time to order in parts it only took a few days for him to do the work (replaced both back bumpers and rear turn signal module as well as repainted some scuffs on the front bumper). It came out looking as good as the day I bought the car and I couldnt be happier with the results!

The work this company did on my car was nothing short of a miracle. Everyone who worked here was courteous, transparent about expectations, trustworthy, and kept me in the loop about how long it would take the parts to come in and to be placed on my car. We played phone tag in the beginning because of differing schedules but we made it work in the end. Whether its a broken mirror or a complete auto makeover, I highly suggest coming here to get it done.

Had my car there for couple times and have had great experience. The owner is patient and super efficient. I was warned by others that foreign cars ( Lexus) cost a lot and other shops had charged me an arm and an leg in the past; but Bill Nocella fixed my car with perfection but very reasonable price. I needed a part ordered (the chrome piece under the window on the door). These guys ordered it for me and took the 5-10 minutes to put it on for free. Granted I didnt get any major body work done- but I was so impressed by their friendliness and service.
