Bill thanks for your DIY assistance. Recommended to Global after being told by on line companies that i would have to wait over a month for item. The item was a range oven control board which was bad and caused one coil not to work (l/f) on my electric lg double oven range. Bill was able to get it for me in one day. One of the best appliance parts stores i have ever been to. Bill was so helpful and took the time to help find the fan motor i needed for an LG refrigerator and it wasnt easy. Its not close to me but Ill never go anywhere else.

I ordered a part off Amazon but they lost my order. I called up Global Appliance Parts and picked up my part same day. I installed it myself and was good to go. This place is cash only I believe so keep that in mind. Support your local small business!

He called me right back, talked through what I needed (a washing machine valve for a Maytag), said a universal valve he had would probably be cheaper and work fine. I picked it up, installed it, and the washing machine is back in business. Very easy to work with.

Very knowledgeable owner. Will get the parts that you need quickly (one day). Prices may be lower elsewhere (e.g. Amazon, etc), but the time you may spend locating the part may put you at a loss.
