NEVER AGAIN!!! Very rude!!! My son took his car to them because his engine light kept coming on. He paid to get a tune up done because his car was misfiring. He picked it up and its worse. Took it up there a second time and they charged him $50 to look at it and again and still no remedy. I took him back yesterday and showed the man the light was on and guess what, its still doing but again, they said nothing is wronh. The older guy at the desk arguing with me about what they didnt find and then the other guy agreed that its misfiring on cylinder 4. I said well theres the problem. I just told them to give me the keys.

So I just came back from this shop, I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. Just for somebody to tell me that they could not do the work on my car at this moment. I was waiting for an HOUR ! All I needed was a dam patch in my TIRE man! I do not recommend going here. If they can’t get this done, imagine what else they do wrong.

Traveling from Atlanta to PCB had a low tire after a flat . Could not find air at any gas station until I found SCOTTS. They help me right away and checked all 4 tires got me back on road in 15 minutes. A big thanks to the Nam Vet manager who unknowly helped another brother in arms.Great people...

I took my van to be checked out because I had bought a tire and as soon as I pulled out of the tire place (did not purchase the tire at Scott’s) it started bouncing. So they put it on a rack and tell me that it was not the tire but a rack and pin and tie rod ends and was going to cost $1040.00 to fix it. Two weeks later and $300 later I find out that my van’s tie rod ends and rack and pin were just fine. That it was the tire all along. The other place sold me a tire with a knot on it. So in other words Scott’s was just trying to get $1040.00 for nothing and charged me $40 to lie to me. I will never go back to this place, and the tire shop I bought the tire from, I’m going after them next.

They were great. Fixed my car fast and very reasonable price.

Had to leave 1 star or I wouldve left 0. worse place ever. very unprofessional place of business. I brought my truck there to have an almost new tire patched that had a slow leak. they took my tire off the truck and found a nail close to the edge. they pulled the nail out which made the air start leaking out fast. then they informed me they couldnt fix it. I had to pay almost 27 dollars for them to patch it anyways but tell me it wouldnt hold and was told there was no warranty. I had to get upset about them pulling the nail out for them to even patch it. they were just gonna put the flat tire back on my truck and told me it was my problem.

Never Never never in my life will i even pull in this parking lot. Long story short he tried to charge me $700 for a $90 job. Smh shame on Scotts. Dont see how the business has lasted this damn long. A

I went to scotts to try and get my front right caliper replace and kept asking how much it was gonna cost to replace it but they wouldn’t tell me until the next day. So then they said that it was gonna cost me $900 just to replace one caliper then on top of that one of their employees be smoking marijuana in the shop while working on your car. I won’t recommend this place for anybody for repairs or anything their big time scammers and they’ll charge a super high price for something so small so please don’t go to them for repairs.

Scottts Tire & Auto ..update OWES ME 800 $ FROM THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR MECHANIC THEY HAVE FAILED TO PAY ME THIS BALANCE OWED after paying a small amount towards damages they have blatantly ignored the balance ..1,500 DOLLARS IN DAMAGE THAT TOYOTA HAD TO FIX PLUS TWO TOWS IS WHAT WAS CAUSED ..I had to have my water pump replaced ..During the process their mechanic tried to remove the belt tensioner bolt and damaged it..I barely drove the car so imagine my surprise when it broke in my driveway starting the car belts all fell off and Bolt broke..In good faith I had it towed back only to be told they cant drop an engine to fix it..Another tow to Toyota to fix my 07 Corolla to the tune of 1500 $ Damage ..I have yet to be reimbursed..Never heard a word from Mr Scotts so called insurance company and have been given nothing but the put off ..Think twice before you have any major or minor work done here if they screw up theyll admit the screw up but wont follow through & reimburse you for their mistake that they have proof of..Its been months now and I mean months ...AVOID SCOTTS TIRE & AUTO

Drop car off for alignment at 8:00a.m. i was told i was the first car did receive and alignment and i picked my car up at 3:30pm wasnt called and tolded they couldnt do it or nothing terrible customer service i wouldnt dare go back

Went there for an oil change the change oil and filter was under 30 bucks cant be that. Before that I went and got a part put on and both ttimes the service was good. I recommend you price around for other shop prices. I read that said its not good customer service. Its great customer service. The front desk does not talk much unless you ask them questions. But they are extremely helpful they send me a thank you email each time and they let me know other things going on with my car. If anyone has a problem with the repairs you have right to take it back. When dealing with cars you have to communicate. But Overall I was happy with both visits.

My car stopped working a few miles down the road from this shop (which is actually located across the street next to the Advanced Auto Parts store) so I had it towed here. After running the check engine codes they told me that a couple of sensors needed to be replaced. I said okay and expected to have my car back soon. It took them 4 days to tell me that they couldnt fix the problem (I guess the sensors werent it?)!!During those 4 days they never once called me to update me with the status of my car. I had to call them and they werent very helpful at all. On the 4 day I called late afternoon to ask about the status and was informed that the mechanic couldnt fix it (they didnt call me). I paid what I would consider a pretty penny for a failed diagnostic, a tow, and labor. Plus the sensors that they allegedly installed they took back out.Never coming here again.

Crooks is all I can say about this place. I took my truck here to get an alignment done and they told me my rack and pinion was bad along with my tie rods and it would cost me about 800 dollars before they could align the truck, then charged me 24 dollars just to tell me that. So I take it to my neighbor whom is a mechanic and he says that there is nothing wrong with your truck. I will never take my truck to Scotts again and I reccomrec none of you do either.

Would not recommend, owner is very rude and brush you off. Was there to get an alignment came back and said they could not do it, didnt give a reason why, just gave my keys and walked off.

I would not recommend this shop. Went in to mount and balance two front tires. The mechanic bent the strut shock so bad that it was in a V SHAPE on my hatchback door and the owner asked if Id come in with it being already damaged. After arguing that the mechanic knew it wasnt broken when he pulled the tires from the hatchback storage area. He then told me it just locked up and bent when they tried to close the hatchback door. I insisted that they pay for the part. He definitely wasnt happy about that. The manager sided with his mechanic and insisted that it wasnt his fault. After driving about five miles the SUV vibrated so bad that I took it back to have it checked again. Needless to say, a second mechanic had to rebalance the tires again. The first mechanic was inexperienced and incompetent. Instead of pulling down on the door, he pulled on the shock strut while the vehicle was raised on the rack, causing the strut damage. Stay Away!!!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTSRecieved a coupon. For a alignment. And I had to get a part put on that only should take about 5 minutes to do. I would have done it if I had the time and the right tool. They qouted me extremely high just to put that part on.I dropped my truck off monday at 2:00pm and there wasnt but 2 cars in the bays that they were working on. Here it is Tuesday 7:15pm over 24 hours later and they still havent finished my truck. It only takes about 2 hrs for a mechanic to do a alignment. I drove past the place around 11:00am and the truck was pulled into a bay. I called them around 3:45 and they said they havent even lifted it up to look at it. I called them twice today and both times the old man at the front desk answered and was rude with me saying we will get it done when it gets done. Bottom line is this place is extremely slow and they dont update you on anything and the customer service is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend anyone to this shop

Took my Acura to get an oil change and the mechanic went over that car with a fine tooth comb searching for anything that might cause a problem. I appreciate that. Have also gotten tires from Scotts at a really good price. No, they dont chit chat with you, they just get the job done. I will always be a customer.

Went in for an oil change with a $19.99 coupon. Took about 2 hours to finish the job. But here is the real problem. I needed a new air filter so I said go ahead. Charged me $27.14 for a filter. Thats on me. Auto Zone has them for $13. I didnt realize they would over charge that much. I also needed a new cabin filter. Quoted me $29.50. I did no. Went no got one from AUTO Zone for $7. Watched a YouTube video and did it myself in under 10 minutes. Bottom line is they are slow and more important they over charge. The old guy sits behind the counter with his Vietnam Veteran shirt so you would think they would be alright. Wrong. Do not let them over charge because they will. I will never go back. Terrible business.

Really great place alot cheaper than other places

I went in for an oil change (I had a coupon) and tire rotation. No exaggeration, I waited a total of 3 hours. Mind you, I am 8 months pregnant and waited there for my car. It took an hour to even take it back, sat there for another hour then took them an hour to do the services. I was wanting to walk out so bad. No one apologized for the wait and they actually ended up charging me full price for extra oil. Its sad because I wanted to support a small business but never again.

I have shopped here for years. They are always helpful and friendly. When I showed up just before closing, they stayed late to help me.

I went in to see about having them do some work and had a coupon. Was told my particular vehicle the coupon was not good for because it took a different type of oil according to the manufacturer. Even though it had a standard oil in it because we only use Castarol oil. So I left and went elsewhere for my oil change

I wish i could give no starswent for an alignment may 8th (after getting brand new tires from a different tire shop for our road trip).. left after they finished the alignment car was pulling to the right, went back the next day they said it was because i had a bad tire so they rotated the tires... i leave once again .. now its pulling opposit of what it was ...so i go back to the tire shop where i bought the new tires they showed me where the driver tire was getting ate up because the alignment was not done correct. go back on the 11th let them know it was not my tires...almost 2 hours later they tell me they cant fix it and refund my money. wasted a total of about 4 hours and 3 trips... im currently waiting at Firestone to fix what they said they couldnt ...would never get a coin from me again! worst service ever!Also just found out my steering wheel was adjusted .... Firestone is fixing that issue and my alignment THE RIGHT WAY! ha was also told by the mechanic that it could be pulling becauase im heavy set 🙄🙄😂😂 never ever again!!!

Ive been to this location 3 times over a period of time. The old guy in front has a condescending tone to most customers and his overall customer service skills are non-existent. The wait is always long even if there are only 2 customers. They overcharge even if you supply your own parts. Never again!

I could write on and on but Ill put it as simple as I can, went there the first time no problems, the car was fine! almost 3 months later, need coolant, 2 new tires, lol Oil is cheap, and they remind you of any other place that tries to up sell you, dude in the office is cool for the most part, I think he trys to make money as well but really cant blame him, the mechanic is funny, he thinks your ignorant not knowing my family owns a shop, said my tires were about to blow, lol hadem checked at 2 others shops the same day and said were nothing wrong withem, said I needed to do a radiator flush, IT WAS COMPLETELY empty, got home took the cap off, started pouring coolant in it, took about 1/2 cup to 1 cup and it was topped off? I would stay clear of this shop,

Not sure I will go back. Didnt have right tool to take my filter off. Saw the mechanic using a screwdriver and a channel lock type wrench on my filter.

Terrible service. Went to them with a problem with our car over heating. They told us they replaced the coolant and sent us on our way. A few miles down the road the car over heated again due to the fact they forgot to replace the cap to the fluid tank and fluid exploded all over the engine and left us stranded. When we called with the complaint they told us they never touched the cap basically saying we paid for their service of returning our car in worse condition than it already was in. We are still waiting on the refund they supposedly gave us. Do not go here unless you would like to be taken advantage of.
