Larry took good care of our tire problem. I use Walmart Auto Care for my tires everytime.

Got an oil change that took 2 hours even tho I was the only one there. Then 2 weeks later my engine went out due to the cheap oil they use it burned very quickly and I only drive to work and home. Will never use them again and other shops have told me not to go there anymore either!

They let me sit there 2 hours before they say they didnt have enough mechanics to put on my tires

Got price quote for tires inside said bring to the woman outside. After listening to her talk on her cellphone for 10 minutes I left. One car inside the building none in the lanes outside.

I had a blow out on work van. Took of and took to Walmart on 280. They closed at 6pm. I got there at 530pm. They said they couldnt help me because he already closed bay doors. I told him thats BS. I hope hes on the other end soon!

Wasted 3 hours after I called and asked if they could replace my battery.“Yes this is John Phenix City Walmart.”I describe my car.“Yes we have that battery!”Drive to Walmart. Wait 2.5 hours walking around Walmart. Girlfriend and I take her car to Chick-Fil-A. Come back. Check the auto center (they are supposed to call me).“Sorry we don’t have the battery.” -Lady at front desk who doesn’t care about her job and has ZERO pride and integrity.Went to Firestone, 15 minutes, drove out with a new battery.This Walmart auto center in particular came off as very professional, but it’s Phenix City, they’re not. Far from it. Do not be fooled like I was, just save your time and go somewhere else.

Literally the least helpful people ever. Truck was dead, all that was needed was a jump. The manager, Paulo, would not help me and was just plain rude. You would think this close to Christmas people would be at least a little understanding but I guess not. Will never give them my business.

I needed my headlight bulb replaced.Even though I arrived fairly early I was still told it would be an hour to two hour wait because they were short staffed. Had the guy look at my car to at least make sure he could change the bulb but he looked very uncertain.(At that point I was sure I didnt want him to touch my car anyways)Said he could try, but no guarantee.Needless to say, I went else where and had my bulb replaced in under 20 min by someone who was confident they could change it.Even though they were unable to help with my headlight everyone was very nice.

I purchased 4 brand new tires about 2 months ago. 3days ago I had a blowout where the whole tire popped off. I took my car to a mechanic shop and he pointed out how my back tire had a bubble in it and said it could just have been bad tires. I called and talked to the director of the auto department and she was really nice and told me somethings that could have been done but she need to talk to the guy over the service area when he comes in. He did give me a call back and really was no help. I would think he would tell me to bring the car in to have it looked it but his only advice was to buy MORE tires.. Will not purchase anymore tires from here.

I had a great experience. Anita was very good to work with. Fast and efficient. Fixed my flat and rotated the tires all in under 15 minutes. Very low price. 👍

Garbage customer service

The people was nice but the man that did my oil change didnt change the rubber on the gasket an caused my car to smell like gas an when I crunk it up the oil leaked everywhere an I had to go somewhere else. They need more training

Tried to charge me for something I didnt ask for and they didnt do!! They use cheap fram products and charge high prices. Tire prices are responsible. WATCH THEM AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!

I ve been here 3 hours just to get 2 tires replaced. Theyre fully staffed because I asked when I first got here...Yes it was cars ahead of me, but 90% of them were for an oil change... I will NEVER EVER come back here!!! If you have things to do go somewhere else!!!

The auto care center is has very nice prices on all products. The shelves are always clean. It is so easy to find what i need with wiper blade book, vehicle battery book, oil filter and air filter book, headlight book, and the gas cap book right in the aisle for easy access for me to find what i need to put in whatever i drive. The prices on oil changes and tire services are great. The technicians are awesome and really good looking and deserve a raise for dealing with incompetent customers everyday. The staff inside that ring up the customers are great and really good looking as well and dont deserve to deal with b.s. from unruly customers that are trying to take advantage of them. I wish that they could tell these spoiled customers all sales final on batteries, oilchanges, and tire work. Everyone should already know by now that there is a core fee charge on all batteries and that you have to pay for the price of the tires and have to pay to have them put on the car.

Lazy workers don’t do quality work! BEWARE!! I went in to get my tire rotated and balanced, upon leaving I got onto the interstate and soon noticed my overdrive light flashing, and heard a noise. I pulled over to realize that I had lost a rym that had not been secured with its center bolt and one of my tires was not secure with lugnuts not even half way screwed on. What was supposed to cost 39.99 ended up costing me 200 with another auto repair shop not including the cost of a new rym. Don’t let these uneducated, uncaring, reckless people touch your vehicle.. unless you just need new windshield wiper blades!

Used to have security car at night but not anymore but its still a Safe environment. Easy to find stuff inside with lots of selections.

Did good job mechanically but long wait to get one tire replaced. They never let me know my vehicle was ready and I sat there for 20 minutes I didnt have to.

Was passing thru.tire pressure light came on..called to see if they were open..i had another 600miles to my destination ..it was 2pm Sunday ..was told theyre not taking any more customers ...and theyre the only thing within 75 miles...already drove thru Eufala and they dont have a tire center ..was another 50miles to this location

Three hours before they closed they told me they couldnt do an oil change becuse they were booked up. I might have believed them if there was more then two cars anywhere near the auto care center.....lazy is the word the comes to mind

Great buy on batteries.

Unwilling to go even slightly out of their way for a customer. Showed up needing a tire plug, due to a nail in my tire and they turned my wife and I away with plenty of time to get it done. We got there 30 mins before closing and they had one car with about 7 employees. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Went to get new windshield wipers, once I paid I asked if someone could install them, I pull my car up to the bay with the wipers and receipt, this man Earnest comes up and says I can show you how to install them, then he walks away and comes back 10 minutes later and changes them with an attitude. Don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Got here at 6:00 pm the only car here. Just need a oil change and tire rotation. Got what I need in the store when I got back 15 min later they ask if I wanting a oil change too. So here I am 40 min. Later. Hope they are done by 7:00 when they close.
