Needed a brake light replaced on my way home. Saw this place and stopped on a whim. Service was quick and professional. The office was clean, the customer service was outstanding. Being from out of state, I have to say that this is some of the best customer service that I ever experienced. All of the employees here were very helpful and welcoming. The wait was not long and the employees made sure I was comfortable. If I had to pick a place to come again, this would defiantly be the spot. I am very satisfied with the service that I revived. I had a slow leak in my tire and went to get three other expectations on my tire and no one could figure out why there was a leak. I took it to Mavis and Anthony and Josh took great care of my car! Definitely will be bringing my car back if I have any other problem.

I went to Mavis previously this year and didn’t have the best experience. I had a bit of a crisis yesterday and ended up back there and they turned my previous experience completely around. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. There were two specific employees that blew every other experience I had with vehicle shops out of the water… I wrote down names, but can’t find the receipt :( (Rodrigo doesnt sound right, but it’s what’s coming to my head) and can’t find the receipt. To the guy at the front desk and the technician that walked me out to make sure I was okay, I truly appreciate you. To the other technicians that also pointed out future things to look out for, I also appreciate you! I will continue to go only here in the future. Highly recommend!

Stopped by and talked with Anthony about mounting some new valve stems on the wheels for my 2011 GTR, dropped my wheels off and he called me back within an hour telling me they were done. Fast friendly service! Definitely recommend. No issues and new stems are perfect. Will also be starting to bring my girlfriends car in for service. I called on Monday, and my car was towed there the same day. They ordered my tires to be there on Wednesday. Ant made sure to stay in contact with me and let me know what was going on with my car. My experience was excellent!!!

The manager personally comes out of his office and plays an active role to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. I appreciate the way the details of my repairs were explained to me. Me not being mechanically inclined, it was explained in a fashion that I could easily understand. I’ve found a repair shop that I can whole heartedly trust!

My visit was surprisingly quick considering the busyness of the place. I was pleasantly surprised but I had a reservation so I guess that may have helped the time factor. The staff was very friendly. Prices are comparable for the the times we live😖 They were very informative about my vehicle health. I really appreciate that. I will definitely make an appointment for future repairs. The staff says appts are not necessary but an appt is best for me.😀

The staff at the RiverChase location have always been friendly, helpful and professional and have always worked their hardest to get my vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. I have been a loyal customer at the Riverchase location for years. I have always been treated with respect and given the most accurate rates and quotes. Preacher and Anthony consistently take their time to explain the best solution for your vehicles. I have had my tires replaced, oil changes, and things of that nature. Even when things feel weird with my vehicle, they willingly look it over to make sure my vehicle is safe for operation. I had hoped to have a pleasant experience with these guys after reading the positive reviews. And maybe the fellow I spoke with was having a really bad day. He didn’t need to take it out on me though. I just wanted a tire patched until the end of the month. Was planning on letting them put a new set on then. But, instead of listening to me with a modicum of patience, he decided to interrupt me. Then he got snarky with me. Then he yelled at me telling me he had to “go see”. I said never mind and hung up. I have enough bad in my life without being treated horribly. There are other tire companies around. Thankfully.

I went in because I was having issues with my truck, josh and Tay figured out the problem and resolved it very quickly. Very satisfied.

How long does it take to remove a nail and patch a tire? Over two hours if you go to Mavis Tires. One guy writing up service orders and cashing out customers is bad enough, but when hes trying to up sell products and services it takes forever to get in and out. You sit in the waiting area and no one tells you your cars out front waiting for you. The line at the service seems to always be four to five people deep while puts on his charm offensive. To quote Yogi Berra No one goes there anymore or shouldnt.

Customer service is here was a 10. Fast, and friendly. You guys work as a team, and get the job done. All positive vibes. They asked questions to get an understanding, and gave a solution. I was very pleased with the service they provided as a team. I came in for a flat tire, and they notice something even more important. My breaks was seriously damaged and needed to be replaced. I know nothing about cars, and needed to know why. A nice young lady didn’t mind going into full details with examples as well. This what you call going over and beyond. Thank you guys!!! Sooo! This place is AWESOME!!!! I literally got a nail stuck in my tire, I called they scheduled me and got me in right away! They told me everything that was going on and what they suggested that I should do, and I could not be more pleased with the level of service that I received, Anthony up front is a God Sent! I will be returning and my husband and I will only getting our tires from here from this point forward. (And a plus it was sooooo clean in the waiting area as well as the bathroom)

Great service! Had an issue with some tires put on by another place that I didnt trust they would fix correctly. I drove into Mavis Discount Tire around 3 PM and had the issue fixed within one hour. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone (for tires and wheels at least)

I had a flat and went there at 5:30 pm with my three boys on the way to soccer practice. I asked if they could plug it or if I needed a whole new tire. They took it and within 10 minutes had it plugged and back on my car. THEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT PAYING FOR IT! I pleaded to let me pay something, but he said “No, you have your boys with you, y’all go ahead.” I’ll definitely be going back with any tire issues.
